Great service, love how my pups look after their grooming

Absolutely love the staff at Paw Spa Resort! They take care of my 2 dogs like they're their own. Very friendly and professional, taking time to train staff, and the owners are fantastic! Our pups are never in a hurry to leave, they want to stay and visit their friends (the staff) on the way out. Thank you for giving us peace while we're at work, knowing they're taken care of so well.

They do a great job grooming. I have bringing my dogs to them for a while. They don't like coming but they are home bodies so I don't blame them. Watching on the cams is a good way to see if my beasties are doing okay and they always are.

These people love dogs and treat them like family. We left another place to come here and never looked back. It's a 30 minute drive for us to get here and worth every minute. Our pup has a great time, we can say the word daycare and she gets super excited at home, and the front desk people are always so nice and happy to see her when we get there. We have had a couple communication snafus and emergency situations and they've been able to help us out and been understanding every time. The owner is great as well. We love it here and recommend it to everyone we know!

as a previous employee i certainly have an insight on what happened and what continues to happen here. i hope future clients take the bad reviews into consideration. i do hope that they have found employees who truly cared about animals, because while i was there no one did but me and a few others. you know, being left alone the day after thanksgiving to care for 75+ large dogs by myself DOES show how much you care about your employees and the animals themselves. i did like working here because of the dogs, they made my day. But everyone reading these bad reviews PLEASE do not take your dogs here. they care more about money than they do about your dogs. i will say your petty reply says more about you than it does about me, it really makes me laugh. it’s really not hard to just do better and be better owners. the day sheila and kevin become good owners and can actually back up what they say, then ill listen to what they care to reply. but i digress. have a good day tho????

I love this place! I board my dog here, no where else. They take wonderful care of my lab Cole! He gets to play with all the other pups and the employees play with him as well. Great outdoor spaces to play and climb. It’s very clean and the kennels are huge and very nice. The owner Sheila is fantastic! Thanks again Paw Spa for a superb experience!!!

Literally the worst place you could ever take your dog. They show no concern or respect for any of their customers. They deserve to be put out of business yesterday. Absolutely under no circumstances EVER should you entrust them with the care of you furbaby.

We used to be regular stay customers of the Paw Spa, our pup has stayed there since 2018. However, during her most recent stay we paid for a nail grinding which resulted in a fracture of one of her nails. After that we had to go to the vet which costs hundreds of dollars, not to mention the stress it put on our dog. When bringing this to the attention of the paw spa, they displayed extremely poor customer service and essentially listened to nothing we had to say by talking over us the entire time. At one point saying, “we don’t pay for vet bills regardless of the situation” and giving us a lecture about how we need to take better care of our dog and this won’t happen. Even though, we have never experienced this in her 4+ years so it is not due to “not taking care of our dog”. The inability to care and plain lack of compassion the person on the phone showed, tells me no one that cares about their dog should allow this place to watch their pet. The only thing the paw spa attempted to provide was refunding us the $15 they charged us for grinding her nails incorrectly in the first place which is nothing compared to the black eye they continue to receive by providing such poor service to not only the dogs but inability to be accountable for actions of their staff. You can GUARANTEE we won’t be back and will make sure to spread the terrible experience we had with others considering where to board their dogs.

Our typical place was closed for renovations. We took our two boxers to this place for a week. Our old boy had to be picked up by my mother-in-law because they said he wasn’t eating and puking. My mother-in-law saw he was with the other active and younger dogs and they were spraying them with hoses. Our younger dog stayed there and he came home limping and with bite marks from other dogs on his head and throat. They said “he got his paw caught under a door and bit a worker”. Looking at the other reviews this appears to be a consistent review lately of dogs limping and the staff blaming the dogs behavior! Thank God our typical place isn’t closed forever! Do not bring your babies here!

DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE. We used this facility for our dog for the first time over the weekend. All that we were told when we picked him up was, “He did great!” with no explanation for any of these injuries or why he is limping. Needless to say, I will never go near here again and hope that others will avoid this facility as well.

I boarded my lab Cole here for a week. He was very well taken care of and the staff was friendly and loving toward him. I like that the staff members throw the ball and actually play with the dogs when they are outside. At other places I've been to the staff doesn't play with the dogs at all. Thank you for taking great care of my pup!!! He came home tired and happy. I highly recommend Paw Spa Resort!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. We made the mistake. We dropped our healthy and happy dog off while we went out of town and picked her up 5 days later to find her limping on an injured leg. Not happy and likely headed to vet.

I took my 2 dogs here while I went out of town on a business trip for 7 days. The worker hung 2 little pails of water on their door. Those pails looked like they held 10 ounces of water each. When I got my dogs back, they must have drank water for at least 20 minutes. That next morning is when I discovered that my dogs poo was so dry due to dehydration that it was white!

I trusted my 2 dogs to this facility about 5 years ago while my family and I went out of town. We had to cut our vacation short due to them leaving my dog out in 100 heat and high humidity. He was taken to a urgent care and they said he suffered heat stroke. He then had to be taken to a specialist for emergency care. We were 12 hours away and got calls from the doctor for updates. His organs started to failed and we made it home barely In time to say goodbye to our boy. We picked up our other pup and we NEVER have returned and NEVER will! They did pay all of the medical bills, but that is not enough for me to forgive or forget that horrible horrible experience for my family.

I was worried at first based off some of the reviews but my GSD stayed five nights here and was very well taken care of. The staff was very friendly as well. would use them again.

Saturday we decided to try doggy daycare for the first time due to having a baby shower at our place. We figured we would try the one right up the street from our house because it looked nice and a few years back I took a dog to get groomed there and had a good experience. Well NEVER AGAIN will we go back.To give a little background, We were going to try it Thursday and Saturday. We have a Beagle and a litte 6 lbs. Malti-poo. We cancelled Thursday because we ended up not needing to that day and confirmed with them Saturday was still on. When I got there Saturday ,they only had one dog marked down but not the other in the system the girl told me, but they could put them in the same suite. I told her that would be fine. I come home, we have the baby shower, I go back to get my dogs. The beagle comes out right away. I then ask about my Malti-poo and she says she will go grab her. Well, they LOST my dog. I stood there and me and the lady behind me watched all the kids working go back and forth and huddle together. after about 5 minutes the lady behind me said "I think they ost your dog". They sure did! They were walking back and forth and started looking in every kennel. My heart sunk afer seeing they had lost another dog a month ago and it got out. Finally, they brough her up to me. They told me they put her in the WRONG kennel and it was probably because we had 2 appointments in the books (which the girl earlier said we only had the one with the one dog) and that they have a new girl so that must have confused her and she put her in the wrong place! Our Malti-poo loves playing and being around all size dogs but the second we got in the car she jumped over to my lap and wrapped her front legs around me and had a death grip on me while she was shaking. I don't know what happenned in there, and I know they found her, but to go through that emotionallly, not being able to find a dog your bulding, and to blame other employees/new employees just makes it a place I will not do business with and will never recommend it when asked.

Horrible. They have a reputation for abusing animals, yelling at them. My dog came back severely dehydrated so I believe they didn't give him water. My dog acted scared when I got home back.NEVER AGAIN will I set foot there.

I was extremely disappointed tonight upon picking up my pup. We have been using this location for our pet care needs for a while now and NEVER have trouble with the front desk workers. Tonight I was FLABBERGASTED at the words I heard. I walked in to pick up my dog and the front desk lady was entering the back area after greeting me. I heard her cursing at the dogs or cursing at other staff in the building as well as let out an extremely disrespectful racial slur. Truly will NOT be bringing my dog back here as this is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The front desk lady had blonde hair and had a blue/teal staff shirt on. This had better be addressed as this is extremely EXTREMELY disappointing and now I will need to find a new place to board my dog.

Very reliable and will go above and beyond to make sure animals are cared and loved. Clean, professional and great positive energy environment. I’d recommend for anyone who wants their second child (dogs) cared for!

Anytime I’m in the Runza drive thru right next door, you can hear employees screaming at the dogs. Not friendly at all, and today a friends dog was actually LOST and no one even knew he was gone until the owners came to pick him up. This is completely unacceptable!! Why is there even a spot that a dog could escape??!

Took our dog for the first time this past weekend for daycare and grooming. He was to be groomed at 1:30 so he would have the morning to play. I checked each camera every 15 mins and never saw him. I saw a few dogs in one 15 min check I was doing. There was a black dog in the pool area alone for hours, just sitting by the gate and I never saw the dog get in the water. When we picked up or dog I asked if there had been any problems and they said no, he got bathed on tyne am as the scheduled dog for grooming didn't show up. Therefore he couldn't go out because he would get dirty. If he was going to sit on a kennel all day I would have kept him home.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! The staff had NO IDEA about a dog that broke through their fence. The dog was gone from 9:50 am and had no idea until the owner picked him up at 5 pm. I took my dog here once for a weekend, they FAILED to let my dog out of her kennel. She peed and pooped all over her and thats how they brought her to me. They left my disabled HUSKY outside in 90 degree weather and did not bring him in for 3 hours after I called numerous times to let him inside. He clearly wanted inside and could hardly move. I thought I could trust them with my disabled dog but I would never in a million years allow anyone I know take their dog here!!!

After everything I’ve read and experienced while trying to schedule I would NEVER take my dogs here. Multiple reports of potential abusive actions/“unexplained” injuries; losing a dog for literally 8+ hours (today) and not noticing AT ALL - found lost and terrified in a neighborhood outside of this busy traffic area, miraculously alive; and snarky, rude, unprofessional responses from the “owner” to customers being honest about their experiences in reviews make this a major “NO” for my babies. If you want to be responsible for living creatures who are family to their owners, you need to be mature and deal with the deficiencies within your business, not lash out at paying customers online. There’s a pattern here of being unresponsive to major concerns - this review thread alone is evidence. My family has tried on several occasions to schedule, only to be cancelled or not responded to, which led us to read these reviews and social media posts. Totally a blessing in disguise because I can’t imagine what horrible things could have happened based on what I’ve heard from others (both via these online reviews and everything I’ve seen on social media, not to mention people I’ve spoken with personally). It’s scary. Love your pets and go elsewhere.

After hearing about this place losing a dog and the dog wandering around town all day scared, I wanted to make sure I did my part to leave a well-deserved review.

I wanted to share my experience with this dog service. This was our first time coming to this facility with our 10 month old boxer/husky mix dog. I dropped off at 7:30 am for a day to "wear him out playing with friends". That was my intent anyway. At 4:30 my husband and children went to pick up our dog and the staff couldn't find him. I eventually joined my husband at the facility to figure out how you lose a dog. All while thinking that there was NO WAY he was missing. He had to be there somewhere. A worker had me walk all the kennels and look in every single one... my dog was not there. The staff continued to assure me that the owner was on his way and we would figure this out. The owner, Kevin, showed up and went right away to review video footage. After 20 mins or so, Kevin came back out to talk to us and show us a video of our dog breaking out of the outside fences. There are 2 fences and somehow our dog broke through both. He then stated that this happed at 9:50 am. This all would have been more of a deliverable message at 10:00 am not at 5:00 pm. I called the humane society and they tracked down sightings of a dog like this in a nearby neighborhood and we were SO very lucky that our pup stayed in one neighborhood for 7 hours. This could have ended so much worse and I am thankful it did not. Kevin along with the 2 managers called me this morning to go over where the process broke down. They stated that normally there would be a sheet of paper on the outside of my dogs kennel so there was a cross check when dogs are coming in from the outside. My dog did not have a paper on his kennel and no one knew why. The manager stated that they were going to revamp all of their processes due to this incident. I appreciate that they are doing that because I can't imagine this happening to anyone else. The business also needs to fix their outdoor fence. It is currently duct taped held together from the wind breaking it recently according to the manager. I took pictures. Also fence number 2 is super lose and was not hard at all for my dog to just bend it up and slip underneath. The owner did not really apologize or seem apologetic in the heat of the event (when to me he should have been). We never did get to speak to a manager the night it was happening. Today when they called me they all were apologetic but it felt a little too late. Receptionist staff and other staff workers last night was all SO apologetic and I realize that this is the worst case scenario but you can't just lose my dog for 7 hours and not know or not tell me. You can't just not have processes in place to prevent things like this from happening. You don't wait for them to happen to then revamp your process. Luckily for everyone involved our dog was found... found cold, wet, shaking, scared and exhausted. That may not be the result if this happens to another family.
