It's great. But hardly any pets to adopt their.

Visited 20 minutes before the store was to close and was told I couldn’t buy fish because they needed more then 15 minutes to ask me questions to make sure my tank set up at home was right. I’ve bought fish from not only Petsmart but Petco and have never been asked about my set up. When I told the employee I was adding to my existing 10 gallon she still refused saying it was a company policy. I then asked for the manager and she said she was. When I got to my car I called another Petsmart and was told that they don’t have such policy. Even the employee who helped me at the register didn’t even know what the manager was talking about. In my opinion she was just lazy and didn’t want to do it.

So many different types of food for any species practically!!! I have to buy my kitty cat a special urinary food that only petsmart has!

We've been using the grooming services for years for our dog and were happy with the service. We really liked that they have a time limit for how long it takes. No more than 3-4 hours. Unfortunately the last few times we've taken our little dog for her grooming appt something will happen. She's been cut twice, had bows with rubber bands tightly wrapped around each ear and not able to get them out. Those things caused her discomfort and pain. We're also incredibly tired of being told she's matted with each appt. We would never let her get that bad. Not sure what happened with her appt today but we're very disappointed. We dropped her off at 8am, first appt of the day. They had her for 6 hours. No call to explain the later time, no apology either. They didn't do a nice or good job with her haircut sadly. And why do customers still have to go into the grooming one at a time?! Ridiculous. We're not in a pandemic anymore.It's time to find a new groomer.

Well no checkers you have to do your own entirely. I dont like checking my own groceries. Aldis checks you out at least.

Petco is better but hamsters are cheaper here

Sadly, my groomer moved out of state and I had to find someone else. I called Pet Smart and explained that I like my dogs cut with scissors. The person making the reservation said no problem. I arrived at the appointment with both dogs in tow ready to drop them off when Justine helped me. When She was checking them in and I reminded her I want a scissor cut, she said oh let me trade place with the groomer-whose name I don't know but it was her first day back from maternity leave and she has two years grooming experience. When she went to the other gals station she said, "Scissor cut, sorry." There were only 3 of us in the area and I wasn't speaking so I heard her loud and clear. The groomer then came up and said, "What does scissor cut mean to you?" I explained and then I said they get puppy cuts. She replied, "What does puppy cut mean to you?". She then proceeded to repeat that it was going to be A LOT more money to scissor cut and a LOT MORE TIME at this point I knew she didn't want to use her first day back from maternity leave grooming dogs. At NO point did I ever ask how much it was because I didn't care. I am willing to pay what they charge to use scissors. Finally I said, "I would prefer you to say you just don't feel like grooming these dogs today because I am not leaving them with someone who doesn't want to be around them." We walked out, happily. I would have gladly paid what it cost to get it done the way my 9 and 10 year old dogs are accustom to and tipped you accordingly.

They did not carry dewormer for cats they were out what a ???? shock

I've always had great experiences at this store and my dog loves it too. They price match things from their website and maybe a couple of other websites, which is awesome. They have a Banfield Pet Hospital at the back of the store, which is convenient in it's location. It's not a walk-in clinic though, so be sure to schedule an appointment.

Usually a very good selection of food and treats for my finicky kitties, including most of their favorites. They've had some supply chain issues during Covid, but who hasn't?? Employees are always friendly and helpful.

For a place that lets you bring your pet in with you, and a tendency to have...accidents, It is amazing how clean the place is kept. They always have what we are looking for, whether it be toys, collars, etc. This particular visit was for the Groomer. They took care of our two chihuahua mixes with exceptional care. We got the bath, nails, and teeth cleaning. they came out smelling and looking fantastic. We are regulars here, and that is because the service is always excellent.

Groomers there are absolute trash at their trade, can’t follow simple requests and when they do they leave your dog looking like an absolute mess. Will not be coming back here.

The store has almost everything that our dog needs and it's easy to make returns if what you buy doesn't work out
