Our golden retriever absolutely loves going to see Shelly. We say beauty shop and she sprints to the door. That has not always been the case. Shelly does a great job and Piper trust her. Enough said!

Recently took my pet to Shellys. I was greeted by Shelly and gave her my directions for grooming my pet. She seemed to be listening and I left feeling confident that those directions would be followed. Of the 3 clear and simple instructions, only one was followed. My pet looks nothing like it should. Very disappointed in Shellys Pet Parlour.

I was taking my dogs there on the regular, but this time when I picked up my pooch, he was bleeding profusely from having his nails cut WAY to short. When she was trying to clean him up, for the 3rd time, he winced and whined in pain and then she fussed at him. My dog bled all over me, my car and my livingroom. I ended up packing his nails with flour to stop the bleeding. I am a firm believer that familiarly breeds contempt, so I will NOT be going back there again.

To be honest I didn’t have the best experience at “Shelly’s pet parlor”. They tugged on my dogs hair multiple times.

My first visit and first time pet owner. She walked me through it all. Great staff! Took about 2hrs or so. An got a call to pick him up. I got full package and was so happy to see my Golden doodle all groomed he loved it! Will go back again :)

We have been taking our dogs to Shelly for years--she always does a great job at reasonable prices.

WOW! $10 for claw clipping. Just call ahead and she does it right away. Our babies never even wimpered.

Always pleasant, reasonable, clean and my dog always looks handsome when I pick him up. Shellys is top notch. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else!!! A++

Have been going to Shelly's for at least 11 years now and would never think of going to anyone else. My dog can be super grumpy but Shelly does a great job with him and always has. Price is great and it's a great shop and wonderful owner. Highly recommend!

I took my dog Jaxson there for his first grooming and they did a beautiful job. He looked so wonderful. I was worried about leaving him because he was a rescue puppy and he gets nervous around new people but they were so good with him. I would recommend them 100 percent.
