I had a great experience buying fish tanks. My wife had purchased one tank in another story & wanted to get to another at another store for the same price. The other store matched the price and we’re very professional about it. They take care of their two legged and their four-legged customers very well.

Want to give you a hint next time you want to adopt cats or kittens.Say that you don't have cats at home, because if you do they make you wait days for some protocol on the application. Or just say no, you can walk with one on the same day. Ofcourse with cash or check.

Love it here. Always go here and staff help and are friendly. Matter of fact going today to purchase new fish for my new tank.

Throws away goods instead of donating

Took our French Bulldog to the groomer, Leiliana. She was so wonderful and considerate. Our puppy is 10 weeks and Leiliana took such great care of her. Lilo came home smelling wonderful, shorter nails and looking so good!

I ordered 100 crickets for my Beardie (online ). When I went to pick my order up they handed me a bag that looked like only 20 crickets in it. I ordered 100 this time because the last time I ordered 20 my young Beardie ate them all in one day. THAT'S how I know that it's not even close to 100 crickets in this bag. When I expressed my doubt to the person at the back I was directed to they said, "What? You want me to count them?" I just want what I paid for????‍♀️

Standard petsmart, a little cleaner than some of the others, a lot less traffic since the far north 72nd plaza never took off. Fish seem ok but quite a few bodies in some of the tanks, fairly typical for the industry. Non fish pets were surprisingly in stock, I'm used to seeing most habitats empty at the other 72nd location. Overall, I'd rate it the standard meh most chain pet stores deserve with a little plus one for the store staff and upkeep.

This place would not let me buy 1 gold fish for my daughter because they required me to have a 29 gallon tank or bigger. I've had fish numerous times and a 10 is just fine. 2 employees harassed me to the point that I ended up walking out and my daughter is still crying because of it. I will only be going to PETSMART for now on.

I've had my dog, Heckler, groomed here for a year and it was good but last time i came in he was trimmed way too short in his groin and now this time when I took him in for his normal Doodle cut, they completely messed it up. His ears were trimmed completely. He normally keeps his long fluffy ears and now its all gone, trimmed all the way down. Theres also places along his head and body where it's super uneven. We have made our appointments with the same groomer each time but this was obviously someone else. It's so bad, we may switch to a new groomer entirely instead of coming to petsmart

The fish side of this petsmart, is petstupid. I felt bad and someone without experience can kill half of thier inventory. And the guy at the register so killed my fish while bagging him up. Do I have to mention this location only has sick fish so prepare when buying to have segregated tank for your new fish before you enter with tank mates, and never I mean NEVER add thier water to your tank. They don't deserve a one star if you'd ask me, These are all facts. I will update the man's name,, that was at the register. Dealing with someone's pet regaurd less of species. They are that someone's additional family member, and they deserve to be treated with respect. Like when you drop your kids off, to the first day of an unknown day care. You want that trust in them that they are in good hands.

I went in for two dog toys and my cashier left mid transaction and i was charged twice :) then given a cs number because i live 18 minutes away with no car and they made no effort to even try to fix the situation. If i could give no stars I definitely would

Kitty's was so cute and loving wish I can have them all to love but I can if you or someone you know is looking for fur baby the people at pets marts will help you out to get you started right

Great service and great workers. Know some of them personally and it's a good environment.

What's the point of making an appointment at 12:30 if they don't take my dog right away and they're going to keep her from 3 to 4 hours and she's a small dog and there wasn't like there was any dogs in there until people brought their dogs shortly after and those dogs are on the table but my dogs not on the table never taking her here again I don't think you guys should either!!!!!!!!!!

My cashier was super friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed. I had my puppy with me and had my hands full but the cashier was super patient and nice.
