I would give them a 0 star rating but it's not an option. WAY overpriced on their puppies and rude customer service. I'm not even sure how they are still in business. Puppies are in small cages and look skinny. It screams puppy mill! Do NOT go here!

I would give this a zero but unfortunately it won’t let me.Four days ago I got my sweet baby leopard gecko Arlow Greene. As a new leopard gecko mom I was new to handling them but the second I walked in I knew it was wrong to have a grown leopard gecko in the same size enclosure as two baby leopard geckos that were together in the same enclosure. Now that I know what I do now the two shouldn’t have even been put together in the first place. As I was shopping for supplies for my new leopard gecko I asked them if the cage him and the other leopard gecko were in now was safe to get for them and they immediately said no we just put them in what is available explaining that it should be much much larger than the one they had.I took my gecko home to immediately notice that he wasn’t eating his mealworms.I panicked and called them to ask what to do and they decided to blame it on me and put me at fault. I rushed to the store to get crickets for him to try and he also refused.Four days after taking him home I took him to the vet to find out he had a severe bone disease causing him to have almost no density in his bones and making it hard for him to walk or eat. Today consisted of me crying all day due to the fact that my baby will probably never be able to walk normal or have a normal diet that he deserved to have from the beginning. This place has giving me the impression that the animals are just money to them and nothing more. I now have to feed him through a syringe with chicken flavored baby food and calcium drops. The vet declared that Arlow has a “long road ahead of him” they also explained that this disease was caused from not getting calcium at the pet store for MONTHS.This could have been preventable.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THE STAFF ARE RUDE,the poor animals are not kept after and Arlow deserved better. All the animals there deserve better.SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Called to find out how much a dog was they were advertising, and got the response "we don't give out pricing over the phone". Okay. That's a little strange in this day and age, but whatever. I told him I wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time and get there to find out the dog is thousands of dollars to which the response was "all of our puppies are between $1000 and $5000 dollars". That saved me a trip. Adopt pets, don't buy from places like this.

Its a bummer how much this place has changed over the past years. I requested to see a dog and he said we could if we were buying. He still let me pet a dog but felt uncomfortable. Also, extremely overpriced. I could not believe a dog cost over $3,000!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. Apparently the owner and or animal supplier's house was condemned and over 500 animals were seized from the property. Second offence for ed luben. First time was in 2008 where 250+ animals were seized.

I purchased a hamster from them for our children for christmas. When we paid for and picked out our pet, we had wonderful service. However, after being assured they would not sell it they did and when we showed up to pick our our gift for our kids' Christmas, they had sold it and did not have any others in stock. The customer service at that point was unexceptable. Refusal to refund. No care that they ruined a gift for our children the day before christmas. No help! And quite frankly disgusting. I would not recommend this place and should have listened to the advise from others to avoid this shop.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad customer service and overpriced puppy mill dogs. Also, it seems that I’ve been blocked from commenting on their Facebook page, so they only want the good reviews and feedback to be visible ( I’ve attached a picture to prove that I can only “share” and not comment on their page ). Do your research. They say they can’t discuss prices on FB or over the phone to lure you in. Expect to pay $4k - $6k on any puppy!

Loved it! The pets are adorable. I did get bitten by one of the birds there, so be careful when handling them! ????

Birds are very expensive. Kelly on the other hand is very rude and disrespectful. I asked her a few questions. Was very rude. Good store but overpriced. And honestly the employees could be more friendly and are not. Will not put up with a toxic environment. And for those who are writing about ed. Stop! You want something to say message me on Facebook. But leave him alone. This store shouldn't be blamed for him either.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. If you're getting charged with animal abuse, you should not be working at or owning a pet store ???? disgusting place that shouldn't exist. If you can't do it right, don't do it at all...

Only place in town that sells feeder mice and rats!! I have a 2 year old male ball python, and he will only eat live. Worth the 25 minute drive

This place is disturbing, depressing, just beyond awful. Ferrets are in a glass tank, feces everywhere, along with flies. The ferrets are chewing on a foam ball that can seriously hurt there intestines and cause blockage or be fatal. Dogs are in glass cages. Food bowls mostly empty, and all animals drinking from water bottles even dogs. The reptiles and insects have water in moldy sponges. The staff is rude and for anyone working there or shopping there needs to take a step back and seriously understand the poor conditions these animals are in. I don’t understand how the NHS hasn’t been able to do anything about this…

Pretty cool pet store with a big selection of pets, accessories, foods, and health supplies for your pets. There is a wide variety of different dog, rabbit, bird, fish, and reptile breeds to choose from. Most of the animals are in open pens so you can reach in and pet them! I wouldn't recommend going over to look at the dogs unless you bring enough money to buy them all because you'll want to! The staff was friendly and seemed to really care about the health of the animals in their care! Only knock I can give the place would be on the prices of the dogs. Other than that it was a cool store.

The animals here are all hand tamed and very friendly. I love spending time with them and the employees are so kind and understanding. If you want ti get an expensive pet, like I had bought my African Grey Parrot a few years ago, they do offer payment plans! I definitely recommend getting your pets from here.

I don't agree with some of thier practices but still thankful they are there to sell pet supplies and unique animals. They charge more than what the animals are worth.

I can not believe this dump is allowed to do business. The state should be ashamed, truly a blemish. The poor dogs are kept in horrible condition, with small enclosures with wide grated floors, no stimulation, and many look depressed and malnourished. I will be looking up how to report this establishment, because surely they have breached some kind of animal abuse laws.

Great customer service. While they didn't have what I was looking for, their selection of reptiles was excellent

First of all they are charging 3000+ for fully grown dogs that are not even close to being puppies and 3000 is ridiculous even for puppies but to charge that much for these dogs is sad and they look miserable. I went to pet a hamster and it was dead and seemed like it had been for a few days. Don’t go to this place it’s sad and I feel bad for the animals.

Extemely rude, unhelpful staff. Animals kept in poor conditions. So many people touching the poor birds. While I was there some man grabbed hold of one of the birds and it absolutely SCREAMED at him but he just manhandled it into submission and then passed it around to all of his kids. Saw a macaw face down in an aquarium when I was in earlier (10/3/21) couldn't even hold itself up. Every animal looks depressed. The poor dogs have to be going insane from lack of stimulation. Totally understand why pet stores like this are illegal in so many places. This is a catastrophe. Very dirty cages. I'm honestly appalled that they're allowed to operate like this. All these 5 star reviews have to be people who have lost touch with reality. Please think of the animals.

They let you grab all the animals willy-nilly so kids were dropping hamsters and rabbits all over the place!!

Please do not buy dogs from this place. I really do not know enough to speak on the other animals at this store. The staff is nice and talkative but this is not how you purchase a dog. I wish pet stores would offer adoption events, they did a whole remodel for a bunch of terrarium cages. I would be so much happier to support this place if they remodeled for large, comfortable kennels and had varying dogs at varying times from either NHS or other rescues. Do not waste your money, upwards of 4-5 GRAND on a puppy you know nothing about. Most of the dogs there are mutt designer mixes and the numbers they get in constantly probably from a puppy mill. If you want a dog, get one ethically where you can speak to the breeder, meet the parents, and the puppy is raised in a safe home environment. Not some sterile glass box for weeks on end. Ethically bred purebreds rarely EVER exceed 2 grand and usually hover closer to 1. Rescues as low as $30. The place is honestly a joke for dogs. Ive heard countless stories from people and clients saying their dog from here got sick, some died, many had severe behavior problems the day they brought them home, one dogs neuroticism was so bad they were euthanized before one years old. Nebraska pet store laws dont require vetting unless the dog is actively being purchased so medical issues could go on for weeks on end. Buying and supporting dogs in a manner like this increases the shelter population. Bad breeders and suppliers do not care where their dogs end up. Ethical breeders do.
