Staff is friendly but the store has narrow aisles which can make dogs anxious.

They were able to order 2 cases of cat food I had been having trouble finding so I no longer have to drive all over town to find enough food for my picky fur babies.

Nevaeh did a great job grooming our pup! She is so kind and graciously listened to my feedback and noted it for the next cut. Our puppy seemed really happy after his appointment - he’s not the easiest guy to wrangle, so I’m thankful for their patience with him. Would highly recommend their grooming services. I go here basically weekly to get my dog cbd treats. They're always nice and can answer any question. They have a reward system for buying our dogs food which is really nice since it's pretty expensive (worth it obviously). They have a ton of stuff and some of the product is made in house which is really cool.

Amazing selection on food for my furry buddy also they have amazing customer service always greeted with a smile and I always feel taken care of there

Very nice place. Brand new it looks like. Had my chihuahua looking cute again. Just make sure to leave a tip not on the payment but in cash so the groomers get what they deserve. ???????? 9/10 would come again.

Didn't have basic things I need for my Dog. Wasn't worth the money I put in the parking meter.

Was hoping to get some more variety of pate Tiki Cat, particularly the After Dark Venison & Beef Liver, After Dark Rabbit & Chicken Liver Pate, Tuna & Prawn Pate, Mackerel and Sardines, and Nutro Cat Pate Chicken, Chicken Liver & Shrimp, Chicken & Shrimp, and Chicken & Salmon Has some good quality food but the selection is small

The groomer was nice, but it was absolutely not worth the $70 I was charged for each of my dogs. Being able to pull fistfulls of hair off of 2 short hair dogs is unacceptable, especially for the price. Only complaint is the poor quality grooming. I expected better quality from them.

The employee who assisted me helped in picking out treats for my dogs birthday. She was super friendly and conversational. She was able recommend things and show me where everything was and even added me to their loyalty program and ensured I got all the discounts I was supposed to. I like the selection of safe items for my dog and would recommend this place to any pet owner!

Staff was so helpful! I was buying dog food for my granddaughter and they were able to check in their computer that I was getting correct dog food! Plus parking right in front and meter still had time left....win win!

I won't go anywhere else to get nail trims for my dogs. Always easy to get in, extremely reasonable pricing and she is always so sweet and gentle with my dogs.

This is a fantastic store with plenty of healthy options for your pet. The staff has always been friendly and are there to help you find what you need. If they are out of something they'll call other locations to see if they have it. You can always call ahead and see if they have what you need in stock and they'll be happy to hold it for you.

The staff is incredibly knowlegable and super nice. I have been buying both my dog and elderly cat's food there for the past year. They always remember mine and my pets names and make great recommendations on food, treats, etc. Cant recommend this place enough. I have also been to the village pointe location and had great experiences there too.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! All of the staff members are very friendly and courteous. They offer all different types of healthy dog treats. I also bring my dog here to get his nails trimmed. It only costs $8 here. You don't even need an appointment. I just call to make sure that the groomer is in. She has my dog in and out in 5 minutes or less. Very quick and very affordable. I highly recommend this place.
