Dr. Berglund is AMAZING. I would trust him with the world. He is very compassionate, but will also tell you how it is. He never tries to beat around the bush or hide anything from you. My kitten was pretty sick and Luke did everything and anything to get him to feeling better, and that he did!!! I had to leave my kitten overnight for a couple nights and I knew he was in good hands. His staff is amazing! All of them! Super caring and kind. I would recommend this vet to anyone and everyone in Omaha! My two kitties love this team!

My dog is not easy to deal with. The techs there take charge and I have no worries when she is with them. They are great, but she is not happy with any vet. She had ACL surgery and hit all milestones to recovery. I will take my Xena there for the restof her life.

I took my overweight cat there to check on her. I was trying to find a solution or diet for my cat. The vet was so rude and started making jokes about her. You should let her watch my 600 lbs life tv show. I didn’t said anything because I got more and better values than this guy. I guess he lost a customer that trust him with his 4 cats. What’s going on with people in this world.

At the time of my puppy's appointment, I dropped him off inside and when the lady came and took him to the back room she DRAGGED my puppy. this is the most unacceptable way in Taking a puppy that was not fighting back AT ALL into the room. After his check up she then followed to DRAG him out once again. My Puppy does not fight back at all and listens to commands. He had blood work done as well and they mentioned NOTHING about the blood work done. I had to even ask them about it and they forgot they even did them. When I asked they stuttered and looked at each other due to them not knowing if it was done or not. HORRIBLE place!

Nice friendly staff Very professional

Our initial interaction with the owner was amazing, but that quickly changed when we had to bring our severely sick dog in and were given a different vet. We brought him in and were instantly given a ton of tests to run with several different possible reasons for the way he was acting. Anything from poison, something in his stomach, etc. we agreed to several blood tests and eventually an x-ray. The vet explained he had something in his stomach, and after discovering that, there was NOTHING else that could be wrong, we had to open him up. We explained to her that my dog is always in our yard or house, that he doesn’t eat things he’s not supposed to, and that we don’t have anything in our home that she was referring to. Didn’t matter. Her recommendation when we finally declined was to open our dog up for exploratory surgery. We ended up taking him to our normal vet, which we should have in the first place, and found that he has some type of auto-immune disease which affects him producing platelets. Something our vet never mentioned to us, but had we gone with her recommendation, our dog would have bled out and died. We requested a refund for her horrible bedside manner and attentiveness to us, but, despite the owner agreeing that his employee got “stuck” on the X-ray which is why she didn’t give us any other options, he flat out denied it. The owner of this place is an amazing vet, but the vet we saw that day would have killed our dog because she refused to listen to anything we said. We left there with more questions than answers and were given a big “sorry but no” to any refund because the vet “wrote down the platelet issue” even though she never told us. We will not be returning.

Staff was very nice, fast service. I didn't like that I could not go inside. I had taken a bus, I have heart and lung problems. I was sitting outside in over 90 degree heat.

Great clean place. The Dr is Easy on the eyes to..lol Took time to talk to me about my puppy.

Well I got in quick but cost me $ 214 dollars and got pain meds for my dog but he still limps and had to take him to ER cause he got into them and ate all of them . So had to rush him to ER for a overdose and that cost me $550 so yeah it really didnt help matters out . But it was fast service

Love bringing my dog here! The vet is super nice and they have done a great job with all of my dog’s vaccines and his neuter! They are also super affordable! We will be taking our dog here for as long as we are in Omaha! Thanks guys!

A year ago, our dog was under the care of a different vet and was very sick but with no clear diagnosis or treatment plan except "wait and see". We wanted a second opinion and our dog was diagnosed with likely lymphoma. It wasn't the diagnosis that we wanted but at least we knew and could enjoy the last few weeks that we had with our beloved pet. We now only go to this vet with our other two dogs. We're not rushed during our visits and the staff listens to all of our questions and concerns. They are all very friendly and caring!

Very nice people there???? Listened to all I had to say about my kitty. Now he's feeling better and we will be returning. I got an appt on a Saturday at a time I needed. So accommodating. Thankful they are there. We have a large family of pets and I will recommend this office to all of them.

The staff was very kind and helpful when I dropped off my dog for her to get spayed. They explained the procedure and also told me what to expect. I can not recommend Omaha Animal Hospital enough for all that they do! They have helped us on numerous occasions and have made owning our first dog much more enjoyable!
