So very friendly I can't even handle it!!!

We recently lost our beloved dog due to cancer. We were seeking a second opinion from 5 elements. The receptionist, Laura, was rude, unprofessional, snarky, callous and not someone who should be the first impression for any company. We were unable to get in for a visit and now we've lost him. This was literally a life and death situation and the team there didnt seem to care at all. We were told the earliest availability was 30 days out. He only made it 21 more days. Thank you for nothing.

Dr. Jack is the best vet I've ever worked with. She really cares about her pet patients and their families and gives excellent expert pet care and recommendations. Thank you Dr. Jack for the medications protocol you recommended for Tank. Five Elements Body Sore herbal medication has been the best at addressing his knee pain.

They cared for Gansey very well

It seems I like EVERYTHING about Five Elements! TRUE! Thrilled to have found you for both of my dogs that's our challenging corgi and the easy going golden. The vets: Dr. Terri and Dr. Michelle are both amazing, knowledgeable and generous with their time--caring for animals is their passion. I am especially amazed NOW that they are there working diligently with an uplifting attitude now during the crisis. I'm not sure what I would do without them.The staff cares deeply about animals and they are extremely efficient in everything they do. Laura is the best and it always make my day to talk to her. Miracles happen here! Old dog had trouble getting g up and walking. Prancing now - and pinned the puppy (finally!!) Highly recommend bring older dogs here when they show any signs of difficulty getting up, going up or down steps (or furniture) or even trouble walking. Wish I could give you more stars!!! ❤????????????????????????????

The vets here love your babies as much as you do. Bourbon gets chiropractic care, cold laser therapy and electro-acupuncture here because he has degenerative disc disease and I legitimately thinks it helps because it relaxes him.

Love the care and concern of the staff

I would recommend this to anyone. They are assisting us with a 7 year old Yorkie (Emma) recovering from hip surgery.

Front desk staff is rude, in person and on the phone. I was misquoted on the price of service and then overcharged. There was a two-week delay in the vet emailing information to me. Other than that, this is a good option for pets and owners seeking alternative measures to promote health.

Clean, inviting, friendly, they took their time with me and my puppy, were creative in how they comforted him for his first shot. Definitely staying with them as his vet.

The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Trost has the best prices in town.

Michele, their chiropractor, was excellent with my dog! She was so great and kind as well as the dr. who helped us with the herb supplements. Thank you guys so much! I had a great experience and will be back! I would highly recommend getting your furry friends a chiropractic adjustment!

It was AMAZING care and my dog always looks so much better and she is a HYPER boxer but always sleeps like a baby afterwards

When western vets were at a loss for 2 of my foster dogs' cyclic vomiting and diarrhea issues and wanted to use steroids for life with one and suggested euthanization of the other, five elements identified the problems and provided protocols that have BOTH of them thriving in their forever homes!!

Drs. Jack and Michelle have worked wonders on my girls. I am forever grateful to them and the staff.
