Dr Morgan and the other Doctors have been terrific in the care of our new puppy Cooper. Dr. Morgan listens and explains very well. Recommend the clinic to anyone with a pet.

Our dog had her first visit today. The clinic is so clean, and the staff is so kind and caring. Our pup was happy, even during her shots.

We take our dog and cat to Morgan Pet Clinic. We love that when needed, our pets can get in to see the Dr. We even drop off samples if our pets cannot get in that day. The samples are read, we get a call back from the Dr and either get in sooner or get an RX to pick up. They are extremely helpful and reliable. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have always loved taking our pets here. However, their change in staff is horrible. The last time our dogs were boarded, they were supposed to be in separate cages as one of our dogs is a puppy and likes to chew on everything. They put both dogs in the same kennel so our older dog spent the whole weekend getting chewed on! We decided to give them a second chance since the doctors are so good. We won’t make that mistake again. Our dogs were not properly fed while being boarded this past weekend. When questioned about it, the doctor said one dog ate great while the other dog wouldn’t eat much. Probably due to being away from the family. If one dog ate great with no issues, why were we handed back some of their food as if they weren’t fed each time they should have been? And why were we given back exactly half of our other dog’s food as if they were only fed half of the time? Don’t trust your fur babies at this facility!

They take their time, and make sure that the animals are treated with the utmost care. They offer a lot of different options as far as medication (flea/tick/heartworm) so they aren't just trying to sell you on something they get a kickback on. The lobby is a little small, so if it is busy it could get a little noisy.

Very happy with the care they provide our dogs. Four stars because more than once I've called and left a message during business hours and never got a return call. After 24 hours, I've called again and kept calling until I got a live person.

Always caring and knowledgeable. Also treat my cats and dog like their own.

Dr Morgan & his crew are the best vet clinic I’ve ever had and I’m very picky when it comes to my fur babies. They run a great office, are always pleasant & actually care about their customers - both 2-legged & 4-legged. I trust all 3 doctors there implicitly. Have lived in 4 different states & they are definitely tops. ????

After 14 years with Morgan Pet Clinic, we finally switched to a new vet and are very happy with the decision. When our dog was a puppy, we were quite pleased with the level of care she received from Dr. Morgan, but in recent years this has been far from true. Below, I've outlined two specific incidents that made us realize we needed a new vet. In spring 2019, our dog had a terrible eye infection. She saw Dr. Summer who started her on eye drops. When we saw no signs of improvement using the drops, we called and tried to get back in with Morgan Pet Clinic for a progress check, but the clinic couldn't see us for a week. We pushed for a second opinion. Upon hearing the symptoms our dog was experiencing, the veterinary ophthalmologist in town rearranged her schedule to make time for our dog within a day. Thankfully, she saw the veterinary ophthalmologist the next morning, who said if we waited even a few days our dog would've lost her eye. It's not Dr. Summer's fault that she is not an expert in veterinary eye disease, but she should have at least recognized when our dog needed to be seen by a specialist. We were also shocked that this clinic thought themselves too busy to make time for our dog when the only veterinary ophthalmologist in the state was willing to come in early to see our dog. A few months ago, our dog fell and got a bad gash in her tail. Despite calling over an hour before they closed and trying to get her in to have it examined, Morgan Pet Clinic turned us away and said they didn't have time to examine her. A family friend who is an ER doc knew how worried we were about her tail and took time out of his evening to examine her cut, clean it up, and bandage the wound. We quickly realized Morgan was not interested in caring for our dog unless it was easy and convenient for them. When another vet and a physician were more willing to take time to care for our dog then our vet of 14 years, we knew Morgan Pet Clinic was no longer the place for us. We also cannot trust Dr. Summer's treatment plans, given that her treatment plan would've resulted in our dog losing her eye. We couldn't keep seeing a vet who viewed our pet as a burden and who was only interested in the money they could make on our dog. For these reasons, our dog now has a new vet. Happily, the new vet is very responsive and quick to care for our pet.

Great, caring staff. Got my pup in same day. Reasonable prices.

Update:I wrote this review 7 years ago. A few months after our dog passed we ended up getting 2 puppies. Dr. Clark has been taking great care of them these 7 years. She continues to amaze us by her care, compassion and knowledge when caring for our fur babies. I would not visit anyone but this clinic. They care for the pets and people. ❤️ I had been going to another Vet for over 10 years. My dog had gotten really sick. He wasn't getting better at our other vet so i wanted to take him to another opinion. Dr. Kayla Clark was the Vet we saw at the Morgan Pet Clinic. She is AMAZING!!! I haven't had an appointment with Dr. Morgan yet but we LOVE Dr. KAYLA CLARK! She was able to help my dog get back to normal for a year of good quality life before he developed an in-operable tumor. We had to make the tough decision and let him pass away. Dr. Clark and the staff were amazing and so compassionate with our grief and took great care in our feelings and pain. When we get another pet we are coming back to Dr. Clark and the Morgan Pet Clinic. I send everyone I know there. I love that place.

Went there today to get a simple anti-biotic for my dog and trusted they were giving me a fair, yet slightly higher price for convenience, which I was fine with. Instead, I come home to find out the same anti-biotic they charged me $52 a bottle for is on Chewy.com and 1800 pet meds for $7. That is a good way to lose a lot of business! Shop your meds before buying from this place.

We have been a customer of Morgan Pet Clinic for the last 10 years. This is the first time we received such poor customer service. Very disappointed. Looking for another vet.

They have taking care of our pets for 10 years, won't go anywhere else !!

Love this clinic, easily the best vet I’ve ever been to. My parents dog is a little hard to handle but they take good care of them there while his old vet got very annoyed with him. Also has seen my girlfriend’s dog a couple times too and he is also difficult. I am very lucky to have chosen this place after moving back to Omaha
