Animal Spay-Neuter Clinic Omaha, Nebraska

Avoid this place at all costs. This place left my dog locked in a cage for over twelve hours with no food, water or potty breaks. The employees were physically fighting, yelling and shoving each other when we arrived. We filed a complaint of animal neglect but nothing was done.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would, my friend took her cat in to get neutered and vaccinated and within 12-24 hours he passed away and they won't even give her a refund so she can cremate her lost kitten...this kitten was only 5 months old and they refuse to take any responsibility. AWFUL place, do not take your fur babies to these crooks.

On Wednesday Jan 5th, I took my 5 month old kitten in to get neutered and vaccinated and within 12 to 24 hours after I brought him home he died. I was made aware of the risks of putting him under, but when I asked for a refund of the services I paid for SO I COULD AFFORD TO CREMATE MY BABY. They refused and came up with excuses. I used to recommend them strongly but after this I'll be telling everyone to steer clear.

Their procedure is for all animals to be dropped off at 7:30a.m., then they call when the animal is done. At 4:00p.m. I called to ask if I needed to do any prep work prior at home: what kind of litter, can she walk downstairs to use the litter box etc-I was told the instructions would be given when I picked up my cat l, then they said they were just getting started on her. Which means she sat in her carrier for 7 1/2 hrs scared. I picked her up, the instructions were read off a pamphlet by a staff member, any additional questions they had no idea, and had to track down an actual vet tech. The fact that they let animals sit in their carriers or cages all day represents they are all about quantity verses quality. Had I realized that, I would have paid a more and taken her somewhere at an actual appt time. Their process of having all animals dropped at at one time is so very cruel to the animals that wait throughout the day.

Excellent clinic and all staff is very professional. Jane the receptionist is amazing. She went above and beyond for our entire visit. The doctor even came out and was very helpful with our pet. Jane is very pleasant and explained everything very well. Thank you

No space receptionist was fighting with other staff instead of helping. Didnt give any medications. Never even shaved my cat.

These guys are great! The best price in town for getting your little one neutered and a microchip. Right after the procedures, my cat acted as nothing had happened!

Horrible place, do not take your animals here. The receptionist is downright rude and they make it a point to blame their customers when they are the ones running behind schedule. I took my puppy Sara to get spayed here and the receptionist greeted us with a rude attitude and told us to wait in our car. Then when I went to pick her up, I found out they had kept her in a cold cage for hours before they called me, no bed or even a ragged cushion and she had been laying in a puddle of her own drool for hours. The receptionist must have seen the look on my face and tried to wipe it off before handing her to me with a chuckle. Then when I told her she had her on worm medicine and didn't need to buy any, she cut me off mid sentence and said I could leave. Just goes to show they don't really care about the animals, just their commission. I didn't pay attention to the bad reviews (on Yelp) because their prices are not so bad, but I will never do that again. If you care about your pets, do not bring them here.

They were extremely friendly and did a fabulous job with my lil fur baby. They were extremely knowledgeable about everything and gave me more than enough information to ensure she was properly cared for after her surgery.

Amazing place. People are kind and they are very fast and clean with their job. Also the price is affordable. My cat was neuter there. Good job. No complain.

I did have to wait past my appointment time to be seen but they were friendly, knowledgeable, and surprisingly affordable. I will be a return customer.

My dog has had real bad diarrhea for the past 2 weeks something in which she's never had an issue with before. i call them to possibly book an appointment to have her checked out, get some suggestions, recommendations anything to help. All they told me to do was monitor her for the next couple days.. I have been monitoring her why do you think I'm calling?? I asked can I speak to a vet to further explain what's going on they said the vet cannot talk because surgery all day nor could they offer a call back, they even said I could go to another vet if i desire.. Absolutely no help and concern for somebody who's been a customer with them for years. They are terrible

It has been 3 years since I took my dog to have him neutered and I still have to sedate him to take him to a vet because of the awful experience he had at this place. I have no clue what happened while he was there, but I do know it changed how he reacts to all vets and staff. Don't go to this place if you love your animal

Took my dog in to get spayed. Month later my dog went into heat. ?????? Found out she had a retaining ovary. So had to take her somewhere else to finish what animal spay and neutered got paid to do. Will never ever take my animals there again dnt care if its the cheapest place. Its time they close down.

I would give a higher rating because their animal service is good. However, their people skills could use some work. I have called no less than 40 times today to get through and only get a recording and it doesn't allow you to leave a message. Their website has no way to get in touch using another method. Their website should have prices if they aren't going to answer their phone or allow people to leave messages.

I taken all my pets there. Had some issues otherwise I would given them a higher score.
