Great job on a very difficult groom

Has done an awesome job grooming my pups. Knows dogs -- very good at "reading" them. Cares about the dog, not just getting the dog's hair done.

I’ve never seen such an awful business. All of the employees appear to be alcoholics and do not take care of dogs. Long wait for dogs to be done. Very dirty salon. Awful staff and no customer service. Sad that you can’t give negative stars.

The last time I take piper here! Thay cut my basset hound hair an right down the middle of her back worst grooming place! An where it is in back ally so you know it's look illegal by looking at it! It will scare you where there located at! Just try to find it an take a look it will turn you away an you will know you dog won't gets good grooming!

Entered the shop looking for a nail trim and was told by Michele, “we don’t do trims on Fridays. Especially at 4 pm.” They closed at 5 pm. I understand that they don’t trim on fridays, but the “especially at 4 pm” comment was passive aggressive and unprofessional. As if a new customer is supposed to know their schedule. It made me think if that’s how they treat a stranger, how will they treat my doggy? Also, I didn’t see any employees wearing masks.

Absolutely the best service and quality of work performed. They took there time to make sure my baby girl was perfectly groomed. She was there almost 12 hours. They stayed 3 hours after they were closed. They really care about the animals first.

We had our husky done one time. We thought they did a great job. We were scheduled to go back in March but we're called the day before and they cancelled saying the groomer couldn't get day care now that school is not in session. They said they would let us know when we could bring her back in. Never called. I called them after memorial day to find them open and was told huskies are too much work and they wouldn't groom her again.

I brought my dogs in to get their nails trimmed and they made me hold my dogs while they filed down their nails with a dremel. I had to breath in the nail dust. I had my mask on but the gal doing the nails did not have a mask on and I was made to stand less than 2 feet from her. Should have turned around and walked out the door immediately. Won't be going back.

I wouldn't take my furry little ones anywhere else..

Kelly always does an incredible groom on my Chinese Crested. This isn't a typical groom. She is a perfectionist when it comes to grooming . I appreciate her knowledge and hard work she does. I don't think I know another groomer that works as hard as she does. Thank You

We take our chihuahua's there to get there nails clipped. They are always very busy but have always taken the time to do their nails. Very affordable and very good out standing service ❤️

Our two dogs are always so soft and fluffy after we take them here. They also shed way less for the nwxt few weeks.

My friend took her sweet dog here to get groomed very first thing in the morning. This place didn't request or require any vet paperwork hen scheduling or dropping off which is (and should be) the norm. She received a call at lunch saying he would need to be shaved. She went to pick him up at the very end of the day and he was shaking and clearly hadn't received any attention ALL day and was NOT groomed in any way! Totally unacceptable.

Kelly grooms my two dogs and I love her! Yes, she is firm with your pet but not mean. She absolutely loves the animals that come into her shop. She gets to know your animals and their personalities and genuinely cares about your dog. Also, her pricing is great! She has been seeing my seeing my Cattle Dog for about 5 years now and she shows him so much love, and he is the biggest baby (cries over everything). I recommend this shop!

We've been going to Michele's pet spa for years. They are the ONLY place we take our dogs. I have giant breeds (saint bernard, and great dane) and it is very difficult to find a good reasonably priced groomer. Michele's is the best we've found by far. Highly recommended
