Goodrich Veterinary Clinic Omaha, Nebraska

For those of you with a high rating I hope you do not have to experience what we did last weekend. At 11am on Saturday my little dog of 12 years was very sick. This clinic has had her since a puppy. Went in explained and wanted her seen. Comment unless you want to euthanize her now we can not see her. I am sorry that someone had something more important at noon and was afraid they may have to stay a little longer than their required hours. heaven help that person some day may need some help and they be turned away. We did go to the urgent care down the street and were treated with the utmost courtesy and care. We did loose our dog, but made sure that if something could have been done we would have done it. I do not recommend Goodrich, nor would I ever make a referral.

In the photo I've posted, there is a combined 14+ years of evidence that shows how good this veterinary clinic is. Also 2 surgeries. I have probably interacted with every employee there over the last 8-10 years, just look at these dogs. Nothing but positive things to say. I appreciate them so much for the health of my boys!

Can't get us in or return a phone call. Staff at the front desk is rude. 2 stars mainly because Dr. Mongan is so great. We like her as a vet but will be moving vet offices due to the staff at this place. We never feel welcomed or like staff there likes our dogs or values our business. They all seem miserable and are always super unhelpful. We will call and ask if we can stop by for a nail trim or for a weigh in for our puppy's monthly meds and be told yes then get there and nobody has time. Yesterday was the final straw. One of our dogs was in bad shape with vomiting and dehydration. He had been to the ER vet the night before and wasn't better. Goodrich told us they couldn't get him in. We called another local vet and they stayed late to see him and made sure he got the care he needed - even though we did end up having to go to the ER again because since it was late, he didn't have the staff after 5pm to do a surgery. At least he cared enough to help us. Goodrich could care less even though we have been there for years and have multiple pets. I can't even get them to return a call to me to get my pets' records to switch vet offices.

This clinic is by far the best in town. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Mongan is highly recommended.

I spent hundreds of dollars on my cat at this vet. Each & every time I took her in the vet said she had dirty ears. Cha ching, I was charged over $75 each time. Nothing was done for my cat. After 3 years of them not taking care of my cat, I went to another vet. My cat had a severe case of ear mites. So basically my cat suffered for 3 years without treatment. She is getting treatment now thank God. I am angry that she suffered so long. How dare they take money just to send a suffering cat on its way. Inhumane is what this called & taking money for it is sick. Their web site only wants you to leave "positive reviews". Why is that? Hiding the truth?

Dr Mongan has taken excellent care of my Sophie from the time she was a pup until the time I had to say good bye. Even to the end, care was given with the pets best interest always foremost. I would highly recommend Dr.Mongan at Goodrich.

They treat my dogs well. All the docs are wonderfully kind and thoughtful.

Dr. Garner was so sweet and thorough with our new rescue dog. She was even available by phone for our questions after the visit.

Dr. Garner was kind and caring. She made sure the first option for my pet, when there was another she could have chosen, was not the most expensive and it turned out, the less expensive was just fine. She chose not to withdraw urine and keeping him a while. Prices were great for the visit and meds.

I recently moved here from Florida and was referred to this vet by my neighbor. Today we did curbside for our visit and I have no complaints. The staff was friendly and informative. I am excited to call this my new vet clinic and look forward to bringing my animals here for years to come!

My name is Quincy. Quincy Jones. This is me after I got home from Goodrich veterinary clinic. My mommy thinks it's the best place in the world. Dr. Mongan takes care of me..I like her a lot. All the techs are nice and smart..they trick me into getting my nails clipped. I'm sorry if I got grouchy...I didnt feel good..but I love my nails today. I think all kitties should come here.
