Pricing is very inconsistent and not at all transparent.

I went to fit Denis try not the vet. Excellent service and exam.

Great Veterinarians and staff who truly love their animals.

If you would've asked me a year or two ago, I would've given them 5 stars in a heartbeat. This place has gone so far down hill so fast. In my opinion, they could care less about the animals and only care about how much they can fish out of your pocketbook. The new receptionists are poorly trained and their communication is mediocre at best. We recently brought our puppy in to get spayed, dropped her off, and they proceeded to call us AFTER we left to tell us it would be 450 bucks. We took our other puppy in a year ago and it was less than half of this price. A nail trim used to be 12 bucks and is now 30, please explain that one to me. We have 3 dogs and give this place hundreds (thousands this year) annually, never again, we will be going elsewhere. Another case of a company screwing a loyal customer over and not caring at all.

I've not once been disappointed with my visits to Fort St. Veterinarians. Outstanding service, caring attention to my dogs, and exceptional personel.

Dr. Jones was very thorough with my cat. She is a wonderful vet.

Our dogs always receive great care from all the doctors here. The staff here are all great.

I am so incredibly thrilled with our experience at Fort Street Vet. I truly felt like Dr. Tordrup took care of my dog as if he were her pet. She is patient, kind, inquisitive and extremely knowledgeable. She offered cost effective options and solutions for issues that my previous vet didn’t ever mention. The entire staff is friendly, kind to my dog, and communicates effectively. I am so thankful to have found such a great place to care for my sweet pup.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Banks is the best. She really cares about her patients, and my dog loves her.

We cannot recommend Fort Street Vets enough. There are Doctors of Veterinary Medicine, then there are people who seem like they were BORN to do this job, all the doctors and staff at FSV are remarkable.

Our 3 dogs have gone to Fort Street Vet for over 7 years now. The vets are thorough and caring. The staff is just great and very helpful. I would not take my dogs anywhere else.

We have been with Fort Street for over 13years! They are amazing with our pets and always make themselves available in times of emergency. We moved far across town but make that drive so our pets can continue to get the best care in Omaha!

We have been very happy with the care and treatment from these Veterinarians. They saved our puppy with their quick and competent care and treat all our animals great. We have been with them for over 8 years.

They were very good with QuikTrip, let me know in advance what the basics will cost, then let me know what the more specific issues would cost. No surprises.

As an owner of a rare Breed (Irish Water Spaniel), and a new resident of Omaha, I was delighted by the staff and information regarding my dogs health in Nebraska. Things I didn't even know about, were expalined in detail, and with great regard for my doggos health. Highly recommend

The vet techs and assistants are the best! Bob (chihuahua) used to be so afraid when he realized we were at the vet. He’d whine and try to not be taken out of the car. He did this the first few times we came here too. However in the last year or so he doesn’t at all. I truly do think it’s the staff that make him feel comfortable even though he gets poked and prodded. He doesn’t shake in the office and I am very grateful to have found a vet that is so caring and has such a good staff that I know take such good care of him.

Positive environment and always cheerful and happy to help. I have never felt like they are trying to push procedures onto my pet for the sake of money - they genuinely have the best interest of my pet in mind. They are always more than happy to answer any questions, even after you get home and call after your appointment.

I made appt for a bordatella shot & an exam to get an estimate for an ACL surgery. Without prior authorization, they did over $400 worth of exams and additional vaccinations and I still haven't gotten my quote, even after following up with them over a week ago. Worst service ever.

The personal attention the Drs and staff give to my dogs is fantastic! We have been going to Fort Street Veterinary for years. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure the care provided is top level. I trust the Drs and staff 110%! When we needed to put our Greyhound down, they were extremely supportive, gentle,respectful, kind and caring. They made it personal, reassuring, sat with us, gave us space and as much time as we needed before we said our final goodbye. Best experience for a difficult situation.

We are very thankful for the care Chipper receives from the entire team at Fort Street Veterinarian! Dr. Banks always goes above and beyond to make sure Chipper is well cared for. We would recommend any of the vets there to care for Chipper or anyone else's pets!

Decided to get a puppy after not being around one for 20 years. Fort st vet answers all my questions for me and make it easy to have a pet. Everyone is very loving of our dog when she comes in and that makes the experience even better for her.

I enjoy working with the staff at Fort Street Veterinary Clinic. The technicians are caring and confident. The doctors really listen to my concerns. My dogs receive great care there (and are spoiled by too many treats). Fort Street also uses the Pet Desk app which is really convenient.
