We just moved here and needed to get established at a new vet's office. Dr Turner was great with our dog even with his crazy temperament. She took extra time in explaining everything to us. We also had to board our dog for a weekend and I have no doubt they took excellent care of him. The staff is always very nice!

We have just moved here with our goldendoodle; the staff is friendly and it was easy to get an appointment to establish care here. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable, and also helpful in answering questions. She was not hurried, and interacted with our dog in a caring manner.

Tender Care takes great care of Molly and Sky. They are friendly and professional. You can tell they are animal lovers! I highly recommend their services for your pets.

Tender Care was truly the best vet clinic my wife and I could have ever taken our cat. All the vets, techs, and staff care so much about every pet that came through the doors it was fantastic. The cat we adopted turns out, has chronic pancreatitis, through every trip to the vet they made sure he felt fine and walked us through every procedure and result until we could get him into a good spot. I recommend this place to everyone.

Staff was friendly, doctor was informative and provided clear instructions on applying medication. Very pleased.

We have been patients of TCAH for 4 years and counting now, and could not run out of nice things to say about all of the staff there. We have two dogs, an 8 year old Pit Bull and a 5 year old Shih Tzu-Rat Terrier Mix. Our 5 year old terrier mix is very high strung and suffers from anxiety. The employees at TCAH have always taken the time to understand our concerns and finding solutions to our problems. We feel heard and know that they will always put our dogs first and will do everything that they can to take care of them. Their vet clinic is always clean and picked up, the receptionists are always pleasant and makes sure that you and your pet are comfortable while waiting for the vet. We have never had a bad experience, and have always left feeling confident that our pets are happy, healthy and safe. All thanks to Tender Care Animal Hospital.

Great folks who don't treat me like I'm crazy, just a cat lady. ???? They are gentle with my high-strung kitties. I feel like they give good recommendations without trying to "sell" me on unnecessary treatments or items. They are patient with my questions.

I am very happy with my service, staff were nice, and the doctor (can’t remember name) was very caring. I am especially pleased (if I understood it correctly) that my cat was given a 1 year dose of rabies vac. instead of 3, being she rather is an old girl...Thank you!!

Our furball of the canine kind recently had a much needed dental cleaning and two tooth extractions. Dr. Turner and team were amazing in keeping us informed on the procedure and post-op care. They provided great info so we could keep his recovery smooth and quick. The personalized service and genuine caring is so refreshing and appreciated! Dr. Shelly also was great by doing a follow up call the day after surgery. Great care from wonderful people!

Staff provides curbside service, picking up pets from the vehicle and returning them to the vehicle. Clear instructions on what to do when you arrive are poated in the front window of the hospital. Very caring and excellent service.

The staff is very personable and professional. They are always kind and supportive, filled with knowledge. I never feel nervous leaving Ruger in their care. I wish I could bring my other dog to this vet but he cant do very long car rides. The 20 min drive to Tender Care is worth it for Ruger. He starts whining with excitement when we pull in the parking lot and park. Ruger loves seeing his girls at the vet ????
