All of the recent 1 star reviews are either people upset over tik tok videos or even worse upset because bri isn’t accepting new clients. Just because you can’t get into this specific groomer at the time doesn’t mean they deserve a 1 star review. Bri is a great groomer and genuinely cares about her clients, you can view her quality of work on her Tik Tok too.

Bri is amazing! She has been grooming our corgi for about the last year (ish), & we are so happy to have found her. She does a great job with him (even when he’s a little spicy), & we are always happy with the results. Plus, we love all of her TikToks! We love you, Bri!

I’ve seen her work it’s outstanding! She’s amazing with animals and they seem to always leave happy and in very good hands! She’s great at her work and will take care of any pet that’s in her hands! Highly recommend!

I called around to find a grooming facility, The mobile units would have Ideal for us because I do not have a vehicle, But I was told they were not taking any new clients and that they were full. Shall we never got to experience the mobile Unit for pet grooming. We were disappointed, But still trying to find a grooming facility. Thanks for asking.

Bri was kind and passionate about her work. My brownie was token care of on short notice as I was traveling back from vacation. Brownie decided she wanted to test her ability with a skunk. Sorry took so long to write this, as we’re back in California once she got skunked. Thanks to bri help I was able to wash her myself and the smell was gone 90%

Very disappointed they are not accepting new clients. I looked at everything on their website before deciding to reach out for availability. It would be nice if they put it on their website so I didn’t waste my time.

We have had numerous groomers because we wanted the best for our furbabies and were never satisfied UNTIL we found Black dog! This is the ONLY groomer we will use! She is AMAZING with our babies! They are always so happy to see her so I know she treats my dogs well! It's so convenient that she come right to our house! They always look perfect when she is done! I highly recommend her!!

I was referred to her by a friend that uses/used her and texted several times with no response. My friend who is/was a customer she didn’t respond to him either. Sounds like she might be having a few more openings soon.

Sent a text to see if they could groom my dog ..never got a reply. Reached out 3 days later still never replied. Terrible Customer Service...

Bri has been so amazing, grooming both our 10lb maltipoo and 60lb German Shorthair. The dogs are less stressed with the convenience of the mobile grooming, and Bri does a fantastic, thorough job quickly. Her pricing is perfect for our needs.
