Great Vet! You can tell he really cares about his patient and will take as long as you need for you to understand what's going on with your pet. Definitely returning as needed.

Good afternoon or good day. I'm new in town but I was born and raised here. I took my fur baby his name is Ike For me this Hospital and after reading all the positive reviews of the clinic I decided to take my pet to see Dr Z. The doctor was amazing he spoke to me like a friend. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in to the clinic. The front staff was excellent. My baby was having moment of fainting and has a grade 3 heart murmur. I love my baby so much and I appreciated the server if I received today.

Best vet in the area hands down. Benson Animal Clinic is to Omaha what the Sausage King is to Chicago.

I called a lot of vets trying to find one who could see my pet without having to go to an expensive emergency vet. This vet was out that day but the woman who answered took the time to hear what our problem was and told me how to care for my pet until I found a vet, what my best options were for immediate care and a clear idea of the cost of different options. I wish I had asked her name! She not only told me how to save my pet but saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank You Benson Clinic!!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff and doctor. They really care. The doctor explains your options and answers all questions. I always recommend them to my friends and family.

Got my dream dog from nhs, she was pretty sick, within a day if doc z seeing her , she is doing so much better!!! That is why I have been a customer for over 20 years. Thanks doc z and wonderful staff!!!!

The staff and vet where awesome. So very attentive and pleasant to speak to. Very affordable rates too. I would definitely recommend them to any pet lover!

I walked out before I even spoke to anyone there. The receptionist wasn’t wearing a mask, and I could hear Dr. Zimmerman explaining to a client why he has chosen to forego receiving a Covid vaccine through the door. I would not trust them with my pet if I were you.

Reminds me of the small town clinic back home. It felt quaint, cozy and personable. The Vet was super nice and took great care of my kittens. I've been to several other clinics around Omaha/ Elkhorn and though they were nice places...... I didn't feel like "family", like they didn't remember us the next time we came in and that really throws me off. Here, they know who we are, there is communication between staff on issues and the prices are much more within budget.

I made appointment for my puppy, So I am really unable too gv them a 5 start rating at this time , But I've heard great things about them but until I see it for myself then I've too wait an see !!. Thank you

Benson Animal Clinic is absolutely amazing. We have hard-to-handle dogs and have gone through so many vets/ kennels who just don't work with the dogs well. But, from the start the staff at Benson Animal Clinic has been kind, patient, and understanding with our dogs - they truly care. I recommend this clinic to anyone I talk to.

I've been to several veterinary clinics in the Omaha area But Dr. Zimmerman and his staff are the best I've found In Over 20 years .

The staff here is wonderful. They always do the best for my dogs and truly made a horrible experience of putting my dog to sleep more peaceful for me.

Dr Zimmerman and his staff are the absolute best. Our family has been using this Clinic since 33 years. We have always experienced professional & treated like as if we are family. Keep up the great work :).

This is a smaller office, the Veterinarian and staff are so nice. We walked in right after they opened with my dog who was extremely sick. They treated my little buddy immediately without trying to charge for frivolous things we couldn't afford. The doc took time to talk to us after he treated our dog, we were so upset when we walked in, he took the extra time to calm us down. I am so happy we choose this office and we will be back ( with an appointment next time).

Great vet very good with animals

Such great care, my puppy was really sick from Parvo and when no other clinic would see him, they said Yes right away without hesitation. Another office charged us $1,100 for 2 hrs of urgent care for my sisters puppy and then finally told us the dog had to be euthanized, he died from Parvo. I am so thankful to this office for the amazing care they provided and it's so affordable. I was truly amazed at the services and the prices. Please bring your furbabies here. You will not be disappointed. It's not fancy looking like the other clinics that charge an arm and a leg for the same treatment but I for sure will be bringing my pups here and will tell anyone that asks me about an amazing vet office. If I could 10☆☆☆☆☆.
