I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Callow! Long story short I stopped going to my animals old office because my dog had fleas but was never treated for it they just kept saying he had allergies. So we spent a ridiculous amount of money on allergy shots and other treatments. Finally I decided to get a second opinion so I brought all three of them into Dr. Callows office and they were finally treated for fleas. Couple weeks later my dog starts limping so I take him in and instead of right away doing all these expensive treatments she tries to save us money by starting out small and gave him pain medicine because she didn’t think X-rays were necessary just yet. He started to get a little bit better but it was still bothering him so I called them back to let them know, unfortunately my whole family tested positive for Covid and she could tell I was really overwhelmed. DR CALLOW OFFERED TO BRING THE PAIN MEDICINE TO US!! Never in my life have I met a veterinarian that genuinely cares as much as she does. She is honestly so good with all of my pets and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much Dr Callow we are so lucky to have found you!!!

A very special thanks to Dr Marnee Jepsen for saving my dog, Thor's life. I rushed Thor to the clinic because he was having some violent seizures. Dr Marnee dropped everything to immediately administer life saving treatment to Thor. Her quick diagnosis saved Thor's life! Words can't begin to explain how appreciative my wife and I are for Dr's Marnee's help in our time of need. God bless her veterinarian expertise.

I think most of the reviews are probably fake. The last time I was in, Dr. Jepsen suggested I buy some calming plug in. Just a waste of money to line her pockets. FYI you can buy it on Amazon for half the price. It did nothing. They cant handle my english bulldog, A super sweet dog that any Dr can handle. I have had a horrible experience here and would not recommend them to anyone. By the way if you give her a bad review she will drop you as a patient. Super ego maniac. A male attendent yelled at my dog for no reason. They insist on filling my dog up with treats in order to just clip his nails. I have lived in three states and two countries. Worst vet I have ever come across and the most expensive one too. Stay away from this place at all costs. Just awful. Every single thing I have stated above is 100% true. Feel free to message me. Also check dates of reviews. I would guess Dr. Jepsen will fill this up with more fake reviews so stay tuned for multiple great reviews all coming through about the same time

My sweet senior kitty is actually doing better in the last few months!! With a senior citizen pet, you do what you can to maintain their quality of life. It's been great to see that with some reasonable adjustments, she's improved! She naps on heating pads now to help with her arthritis, and has had to make some diet changes, but most of the time you wouldn't know she's an old lady. Dr. Callow always takes time to explain things to me and make sure I'm comfortable with the go-forward. I try to be practical and focus on the quality of my cat's life, not quantity, but of course I want the most I can get from both.

I started going to see Dr. Jepsen because the adult cat I adopted had seen her previously. And I’ve continued to go since after adopting a dog as well. As a first time cat and dog owner on my own, I’ve felt so comfortable bringing my fur friends there. They listened when I was convinced something was wrong with my cat’s breathing and tested until we figured it out and got me in right before closing when I called because my dog ripped her dew claw when I got home from work. I will not bring my pets anywhere else.

I was looking for a veterinarian clinic that I would feel comfortable in and feel that my dog was more than just a number. Dr. Callow was absolutely amazing!! I would highly recommend this clinic!

Love love love Dr. Callow. She really cares about the health and well being of your beloved animals. All other staff are wonderful as well. I'll be returning for regular check-ups. My pup was loosing weight and she helped us find a better food to try before suggesting a bunch of unnecessary tests. Pup is gaining weight and full of energy! Thank you All About Pets!

This vet clinic was by far our best experience with such quick, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Even when we were out of town, they were able to quickly help for our dog and have a prescription faxed to a nearby pharmacy to get our dog the help he needed. I would highly recommend using this clinic for all needs!

Dr. Callow and Dr. Jepson are two of the best Doctors for animals. I can’t say how much we appreciated them throughout our dog Oscar’s life. He lived to be 13 years 8 months old b/c of not only great care, but cutting edge treatments that were available for our best friend. I was an emotional wreck during the last few weeks of our Black Labradors life and they were the most kind, sympathetic, and provided very good advice. The most kind and caring Veterinarian Clinic in Omaha. Not only will our dog be missed, but we will miss the staff at All About Pets until the time we decide to get a new pooch. They are truly amazing and think the world of them. Thank you again for taking such great care of our dog Oscar and being so kind to us during the end of his life. You are all truly amazing. They really take time to explain everything to you. Also my sheldon our cat was so comfortable it took me by surprise. He's not one to take to strangers and he was so good.Sheldon has been having some serious problems lately.Both doctors and the entire staff have been so kind and I can't thank them enough. I hope you all know that everything you have done for us and sheldon means so much and we will be forever grateful.

They are truly all about pets here! Dr. Callow I always so kind and thorough making sure both my pup and I understand any procedure or meds. From puppy shots to spaying, Layla is always in good hands and spirits both going to and leaving a y visit!

I took my elderly cat Lucy here today and received the best service! She has never had such a thorough exam. You can really tell that Dr. Jepson and her staff really care about your pet's wellbeing. I will continue Lucy's care here. I am very happy with our visit today!

Dr Jepsen is so fantastic. Great care. Great explanations of what's going on. Takes plenty of time with her patients. Staff are wonderful, kind, and efficient.

Dr. Jepsen really cares about her patients. She is caring, kind, and really shows that she is passionate about her work. When my cat came in she gave me a follow up call making sure she was doing better. They REALLY love their jobs. Come here if you want the best service possible!

We saw Dr. Michelle Callow and she was wonderful. Very genuine and caring. It was obvious that she had our dogs best interests in mind. She explained everything throughly even with a busy clinic. The entire staff was great. We were previously with a different vet & went to All About Pets due to our doctor not being able to get us in, we will continue to go to Dr. Callow in the future!

An excellent choice if you are an animal lover, because the vets here definitely are! I can't recommend this center enough, as Dr. Jepsen is easily the best vet I have ever dealt with, and she has an awesome staff that rounds this place out fully.

You can't find a more wonderful or caring vet that Dr. Jepsen. She's the best and her staff is awesome!
