The vet allowed me to be a part of every part of my dogs care and did what was best for my dog. He doesn’t like nail clipping or being away from me at all and instead of continuing stressing my dog out when they couldn’t get him to calmly clip his nails in the other room the vet brought him back to me and allowed me to pet and hold him while she clipped his nails taking the time my dog needed not hurrying us at all first vet to do this! They were amazing and considerate of my dogs special needs and not in a hurry to rush in and out to the next patient. Very pleased beyond measure!! Also the office staff were very nice and friendly. The whole clinic was very clean as well.

Called several places to get a price for an ear infection for my dog. Lady said it would be max $100. Came out to be $142. At that price, I would have gone somewhere else, when I asked to speak to a manager, they promised she would call, she didn't so we called back. They said she was out with a sick child and promised she would call the next day. She has never called and I've been going there for 9 years. I will never be back. Not only that, they called me a liar the night I told them I had called before to get a price. They said they don't give prices over the phone and if they did it was a new girl so sorry. Never again. Stay away from this place.

I took my dog here to get her teeth cleaned. When she got home she had a seizure. She ended up at the emergency clinic twice. $1200 later she still has seizures without medication. Good job!!!! She began having seizures right after she returned home from getting her teeth cleaned, NOT "several days later. Thanks for for your concern!

Dr. Lackovitch always listens and is genuinely concerned about my dog's care. The vet technicians are always very friendly and caring. I have been going here for over 40 years and the service is excellent and I wouldn't go anywhere else because I totally trust my vet and the care my dogs receive. It can be a little pricey sometimes but it's worth it

I’ve always had excellent care and great service for my Norwich Terriers. I’m a helicopter dog owner and worry about the smallest things, but they always make me feel confident that my boys are in great hands. I would highly recommend them.

Called last minute to get my pup in for a check on a sore before the holiday weekend at the lake. Very accommodating and professional. Visit was quick and thorough. Also discussed meds for the 4th of July fireworks and it was a great weekend, Luna handled the fireworks great!

I love taking my dog here for his checkups! The prices and charges are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Haney always answers all of my questions and is so thorough and knowledgeable. She is gentle with my shy and anxious dog, and he feels safe and cared for by her. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with his health and well-being!

I could not explain how happy I am that I found a place to take care of my baby. My little sunny d is on the mends because of the best vet any rat mom could ask for!!!! The staff was amazing and so helpful. I went in thinking my rat would have to be put down but they did wonders on her. This will forever be my rats place to go when she needs anything. I can’t thank them enough.

Switched to this hospital after having not the best reptile care elsewhere. Dr. McWilliams and Dr. Shrader have both been absolutely fantastic to work with. We have learned so much more about our bearded dragon since going there and feel our little dude is in great hands. ALL staff is very kind!

I have been taking my pup Zoey to this clinic since I got her in 2008. I must say through the years I thought of switching to another clinic closer to my home but now that Dr. Lackovic is there, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is the best and so caring not just for Zoey but also how I feel about her and her treatment!! She is a great listener and understands how important our animals are to us. I highly recommend Prairie Lane, especially Dr. Lackovic!!

First time visit and with a furry potato. It’s hard to find someone in the area that can help treat guinea pigs. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

This vet is AMAZING! I’m originally from Sioux City and My boyfriend and I drove 1 hour and a half for my cocktail to be seen they knew exactly what was wrong with him and provided us with the things we needed for him! Doctor Shredor is amazing Thank you so much

The vet (Dr. Schrader) that saw our ferret was very kind and knowledge. We got our guy(Leo) as an older ferret and noticed almost immediately that he was having some issues. We only have 4 vets in Omaha that see ferrets and we called all of them. The others were at least three days before they could book us and I knew he just couldn't wait that long. When I called Prarie Lane it was about that same but when I explained what was going on they were able to squeeze him in the next day. We took him to see Dr. Shrader and I could tell his main concern was to make sure that Leo was cared for. He explained everything that needed to be done and why. He was also cognizant of cost and finances and told me how much things were going to cost before he did them. Leo ended up having to stay the entire day with hourly feedings and repeated blood sugar tests. The cost was much lower than I expected and I was so great full for Dr. Schrader's kindness. I'm very happy with the service we received and the care Leo received.

I brought my dog to see Dr. Heaney at Praire Lane clinic because she had two seizures. She was very thorough and spent a long time explaining what could be going on. Dr. Heaney called me the next morning to check on my dog and to give me the test results from the blood work she had taken. I can’t say enough about how kind and compassionate she is. I was so upset and worried about my dog, and she treated me like a family member. I can’t say enough about Dr. Heaney.

We’ve been going here since they were called mobile animal clinic. Very helpful and available staff of vets never had a hard time scheduling appointments. Tons of attentive care to your requests and the health need of your pets. Would not go anywhere else. And they give military discount.

I have taking my hedgehog, Penny, with a bladder issue. Prairie Lane's Vet has been kind and considerate and very gentle with her.

I came in to support a friend today who had a difficult decision to carry out. The staff here was extremely compassionate to our sorrow and decisions...the doctor was very professional in his communication explaining procedure and how the dog react. He ensured us based on prior care and dogs symptoms that this difficult decision was not only the right one but the kind one. The aid came in and accommodated us because we wanted a paw print by Father’s Day which is only 4 days away....I will consider moving my pets here in the future. I was a extremely impressed with the care given to my friends dog and his family!
