Wow these guys are awesome, especially Nina (Fatima) Hayes. She is such a caring and careful Veterinarian. Everyone l have met here is helpful and considerate. I wouldn't dream of taking my pets elsewhere. Nina has since moved on to Canada, but the staff remain committed and diligent at helping my 2 pups!

24th st clinic has always been a pleasure to work with. I have been there for both emergency and routine care, and I have never had any issues. My most recent visit was to get 6 puppies their first round of vaccinations and I am glad I did. The check in process was easy, the staff was friendly and the office was clean. They do require masks when you visit them, but I dont see that as an issue.

First time and loved it. I was scheduled the same day that I called. My cats were very calm and behaved, the atmosphere was great and the prices were also!

Took my shepherd mix in with ear infection. Amazing friendly staff and very reasonable prices! Been coming here almost 10 years with multiple pets and always get taken care of.

We've been patients here for over 15 years w/ various cats, and liked the service, especially when Dr. Dobson, who was great w/ elderly animals, in particular cats was still around. With the new management all of that has changed: not only the staff seems to be rude, but a number of the vets there don't even bother to do tests anymore before telling people what their animals "might" be suffering from. This happened to us w/ our cat when one of their vets, "Celene" told us that "maybe" our cat has conjunctivitis, w/out ever bothering to run tests or any kind of diagnostics to actually fact-check that, in fact it is what she said it is. She simply gave us eye-drops and sent us on our way, even though we told her that our cat is very anxious and it'd be hard for us to deliver those to him, since it's not a cat that likes to be held esp. when delivering something like this. As we were afraid, given the cat's anxiety to be held and be squirted eye drops into his eyes, this delivery method did not work. Enter now "Kate": we called back about asking for a med that does the same thing as the eye drops do, but can be delivered differently, preferably in the food.....this "Kate" calls us back, and instead of working with us, or providing an alternative solution said, "nope, you have to come in again".....how is that?!?...they already know what the cat has, they gave us the med, so why do we have to bring him back in (again this is a very anxious cat, esp. with vet visits) when all we're asking for is a similar med that's delivered differently??....We made all of that present to her, and also that if we're gonna have to bring our cat in again, we're going to consider bring him to a different clinic, since this visit she wanted us to do is unwarranted given his anxiety and their knowledge of the situation. Her reply is simply "yea, whatever...". Great customer service and way of retaining trusting, long time patients. Clearly things have been going downhill there, and as another recent reviewer mentioned, turning a quick profit is the only thing that seems to matter for the current/new management. Like others, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. If I could give them a zero rating, I would.

I Love Each and Everyone at 24th Street Animal!! My husband and I have been taking our fur babies there for over 40 Years! They are nothing short of WONDERFUL!! I could go on forever about how AMAZING they are!! I live way out West and will gladly make the trip any time my babies are in need. I can’t imagine going anywhere else, nor would I ever trust anyone else with my animals! They are simply THE BEST IN OMAHA!! ????❤️????❤️ On a personal note: Dr. Dobbs, I wanted to thank you from my whole heart ❤️. Because of you, I was given extra months with my Doug Bear!! Although, Doug is now gone. I will NEVER forget your kindness and compassion! Thank You for always being there! ❤️

They got me an appointment right away and took care of our sweet kitty when his breathing was challenged- they had not seen him before but treated him well. Clearly explained what was going on - got us medicine and told us what to expect. And when to bring him back in if he had a reaction. Quality place and will be our new vet clinic

They're great at communicating with their customers and they can arrange for you to drop off your pet in the morning in case you cannot stay through their appointment.

I have been going to 24th Street Animal Clinic for almost 20 years. I have had so much information, support, and loving care from this facility. 24th Animal Clinic will continue to celebrate milestones, provide medical care for my pets, as well as have sympathy when the time to go happens. They have been a part of our 'fur-babies' for many years. Steve and George are in good hands. Keep It Up!

They do good by the puppies...it seems they are pushing medication a lot and then the last time just automatically thought I wanted to buy 3 cans of their $4 canned food. I knew I needed one...but not 3. Yes..I can bring them back for a refund but the point is I didn't ask for them nor was I told about them.

I have been taking my pets here for over 15 years. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are always extremely friendly, helpful, thorough and less expensive than any other animal clinic I have ever been to. I would recommend them to anyone who needs regular or emergency pet care.

Have a excitable way to much energy, & does not like vet or basically anyone touching her type of dog. They were helpful also informative & got all shots up to date. Pricy yes but like always pay for what you get.

The staff are professional kind and always go above and beyond. I've been taking my bebbies here for 30 years. They will work with you if you have a large bill and I appreciate that very much .

I have been taking my dogs there for a few years now, sometimes when you go to places that cost to much, to some place where the prices are a bit cheaper, you lose the quality of service. However, when I switched to 24th street animal clinic, I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of service, professionalism, and overall care from the the staff was not an issue and I know that even with the curbside service my pets will still be taken care of even if I’m not sitting in the room..I am glad that I made the switch to them, I am very happy with the service and quality of care!!!
