Very pleasant surroundings was very relaxed... didn't get bothered by salesperson got to enjoy my time which is always nice. Cashier was very polite and knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk with... it's nice that people can be very cheerful and pleasant especially this time of year...congrats You get a 10!!!

Smelt bad in there temperature was hot .

Not happy about the way the birds are being taken care of! They are not supposed to have plastic perches! Because they get this foot disease probably from the plastic! I seen about 3 of the poor birds with there feet all held up close too them poor birds! And I also seen this at petsmart! I have always bought my pets from petco! I bought a bird from petsmart and a week later it died! I know the time and age we live in right now! But don't take it out on the animals it's not their fault!

Got beta fish here . They had one container of pellets and the cashier didn't put it in my bag . Typical pet store .

They have most items that are online posted for shopping in store but not all is available! Great customer service!

The service was fast , efficient, friendly. The store just isn't the closest pet store to my house but if I need something on the drive home from work I would stop there!

The staff was very helpful! They looked up the dog food I’d bought previously when I couldn’t remember and then helped me get it out to my car because my hands were full with my newborn. They even waited for me to load her and and took my cart back inside

Order was ready for pickup as promised. No wait for pickup.

This Petco location has friendly store associates, is always clean and well stocked, and has quickly become my go to store. It feels less crowded then other petco's, and its location is easier for me to get to.

When me and my children and fiance went in there we were looking at certain animals to get all for our two oldest kids in the lady said that we couldn't get them even though they were on the shelf in the case and they already had a tag on the front of it and everything and just kept saying we couldn't have them so we turned around and had to get something else and then the next day we had to go back in because we bought two animals one had died on the way home and so we went back the next day and got a different breed and we were interested in a different one in the guy this time told us that we should get a certain kind of breed rather than the one we chose and this certain breed ended up attacking my oldest daughter's other animals pretty bad when we specifically told the guy we didn't want it to get harmed they didn't listen to us at all now we're stuck with this animal that attacked and still continues to even attack us we've only had it in a short period of time I'm not happy at all
