Every time I visit the store all the people working there are always so friendly and helpful. The pet grooming services are always top notch as well????

This place has a whole staff that is so sweet and helpful . This is the best pet store I've ever been in.

I never get his name, but he is the biggest help to me and my Petco app. He's the cashier and last week he helped me save $10 of rewards I didn't know i had. Thank you Petco for hiring this awesome person! He's one of a kind!!!

Everything went well in the store. I did try to order on line and the product was cheaper on your web site. But it would not take the credit card that was used in the store.

I use Petco often but, we moved to a rural area in Iowa and now have to drive over an hour to get what we need for a gecko. Took some time to find what we needed since we hadn't been to this location before. However, staff was Friendly and we were able to check out quickly to get back on the road home..

I found a baby green anole outside I brought it in to this store #01663 this past Saturday 11/27 had a lovely experience, the lady I spoke with then was very kind a helpful. I have never owned any reptiles so I had a lot of questions. I called yesterday 11/29 to check to see before I did the drive over to buy some pinhead crickets. I was told yes they sell them and they get their shipment tomorrow. I called this morning 11/30 and was told to come around noon, so I did. I go to request the pinhead crickets at the front register and was asked the quantity I wanted to buy, I was hesitant for second and explained this is my first time buying crickets and told my story about having a baby green anole the guy Ray referred me to a woman named Alex. I explained my situation again to Alex and she went and got me 35 “pinhead crickets” she handed me the baggy of them and they ranged to 1/4 of an inch to about 3/4 of an inch I then spoke out that my baby 2 inch green anole will not be able to eat almost half of these. All Alex and Ray said was this is the smallest we have and the small size is a mixture or small and pinhead. Overall just disappointed in the customer service experience. They were well aware I had a very small green anole at home and they still had me pay for crickets that I can’t use. On top of that I got home and a majority of the pinhead crickets I needed were dead.

Every time I step foot in this Petco, I am welcomed verbally which is a great way to validate. Everyone is always super helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for our service dog needs as well as our kitten.

When I bring in my psycho, diva chihuahua, staff is always so understanding and patient with her. Great selection of small dog toys and food.

Really enjoyed our visit to this petco. Employees were friendly, and seemed to genuinely care about the guinea pig we adopted.
