They checked over my cat who was limping while my regular vet was on vacation. That went well but I was disappointed when I witnessed a client drop off their cat to be declawed. The receptionist/vet tech did not share any information with the lady about how traumatic amputation is for a cat. Perhaps this had been done at a earlier appointment but it seemed callus.

I have been taking my fur babies for 4 years, they always do a great job. Prices are reasonable, considering vet bills can get crazy. For the care and attentiveness they give to everybody I say they are well worth your time! Friendly and knowledge-able.

My family and I recently had to put our cat down because he was hit by a car and injured pretty badly. They were more than kind and caring in allowing us to visit him for however long we wanted and let us be there with him until the end. I highly recommend this vet clinic in every way possible for your pets. If you want quality care for your furry family members, come to the Cedar Ridge Vet Clinic.

They are great with both small animals and large animals. I raise angora goats, and this is the best veterinary clinic I have found (with goat knowledge - very hard to find!) in the area. They are about 40 minutes from us, and are well worth the drive for the great care they give animals.

Best vets ever!!! I live just an hour away but still take my old chihuahua to the mccools, now the new boxer pup goes there too. They truly care about your animal. When I had a standard poodle that got shot in the leg by a distant neighbor, I showed up at the clinic at 9 pm and they were more than willing to open the clinic to help. I won't go anywhere else.

The McCool's are stellar vets! They've taken care of all our animals during our time in Atchison. They really care about your pet's well-being but aren't ever going to guilt/coerce you into expensive surgeries or treatments.

We wouldn't take our animals anywhere else. The friendly and caring staff along with top notch care at a price that is not trying to gouge you for every penny. Honest and upfront. Our pets actually enjoy going to this place.
