Our bulldog has seizures and they are always so caring, loving and helpful when we need to replenish his meds or they need to monitor him after he has one. We really appreciate how they care for all the animals that walk through their doors.

Going to the vet with a sick animal always makes me nervous. Thinking about the cost, and what is going to happen to my fur ball. We knew it wasn’t good, they let us take our time with our dear Charli. They brought in a cost sheet and went over it. Dr Young explained what was happening to Charli, and was so compassionate about it. When we made the decision to have our baby cross over the rainbow bridge, they gave us more time, explained how things would happen. We watched our Charli girl pass and it was so peaceful. She was so loved by all. Thank you for the kind words and the hug.

Really disappointed with the professionalism here. They tell you one price before cares and a higher price when paying. Noticed other people had that issue while I was in the waiting room as well.

Jodi was the most caring person I have ever met behind a desk. She answered all my questions, catered to me and made me feel so comfortable. As I was price shopping for a spay and neuter service for my 2 cats, Jodi’s service and hospitality stopped me in my tracks. She was the first vet to bring to my attention that the Lincoln Animal Ambassadors offers assistance for spay and neuter. The way she thought of others was the reason why I chose superior vet. I got approved and she got me in right away! Jodi went out of her way to make sure me and my babies were taken care of. She deserves a raise!!!! Keep doing great Jodi!! We notice the small things you do for us.

I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years and they're amazing. My cat Lilly was recently assigned to Dr. Young as a patient. She's very caring and knows what's best for my pet. She always has the greatest attitude as well as all of the employees. The prices are great! I recommend Superior Vet Care to anyone!

I have been going to this clinic for 10 years. I used to greatly enjoy the vets along with the other staff. However, the vets have, for the past two years, seemed to lose interest in adequately conducting check-ups and diagnosing issues. Additionally, receiving conflicting information from the various vets associated with the clinic is frustrating (e.g., one told us we needed to have my dog’s teeth professionally clean because they looked “absolutely terrible” and Dr. Otto told us, multiple times, that my dog’s teeth were great and looked healthy for his age). Dr. Lore has consistently regurgitated the same information every time we see him (e.g., buying a powder to improve teeth health even though we had bought it on his recommendation just 5 months ago). The same doctor also did not catch a respiratory tract infection because he did not check my dog (e.g., did not feel his throat, listen to his lungs, feel around his stomach area, etc.). Rather, he insisted on doing expensive blood work. On top of that, he refused to listen, causing him to prescribe medication that was entirely unnecessary and ask questions that were clearly marked on my dog’s information sheet. It is safe to say that the care and dedication to quality services has long left this clinic. Lastly, the prices keep rising. Unnecessary products are continuously pushed onto patients and you are charged $58 for check-ups that do not actually occur (i.e., they look at your pet, maybe glance at his/her teeth for a second, and then they are done). The amount this clinic has cost me since January of 2019 is crazy (nearly $400), especially given the few services we have required. If quality service was provided, I would be willing to pay more. But, with the obvious lack of care, the unwillingness to perform services that they charge for, and the lack of motivation to properly diagnose pets, the price is not worth remaining a patient here.

We went years to this vet. Our cats always came up terrified even sick even vomiting which we spoke with them and made no change. As soon as we went somewhere else night and day difference. Also seemed they were about trying to get us to buy different food and spending money then they were knowledgeable. Our cat seems so much happier somewhere else and so am I. ^_^ P.s. a few months ago I over heard of the "nurses" talking bad saying the cat was fat and acting nasty sounding.

Been coming here for over a decade and will probably never go anywhere else. They are extremely caring and understanding. Very professional and not judgemental. I had a "bully breed" that I rescued as a pup and she was the most loving and tamest mommy dog. They took care of her until her last day and let me stay after hours in the room while I broke down and offered so many options of memorabilia for us. They even let my son, who grew up with her, sit and hold her to keep her comfortable during the last few moments. We love everyone there! I recommend Superior Vet to everybody I know who has pets.

Superior has always done well with Lucy for any treatments she may need. We also use them to cut her hair and nails because she gets very stressed when anyone is doing that.

We have been coming to Superior Vet for about 6 months and have always had good experiences. They have everyone wait outside due to the pandemic now, but the system works well. The doctor(s) is usually very informative and helpful, and the technicians do a great job as well. The service is quick, and my dogs seem to tolerate the experience pretty well. One of our dogs was put under anesthesia for a tooth removal and cleaning and everything seemed to go well. We also just finished taking our new puppy in for shots and tests and such. Staff is great and dogs are healthy.

Whenever I take Baxter either for a Vet visit or Groom I feel like he is treated like one of their pets not just another fee. I like that because he, and his health snd safety, is very important to me.

Tuxedo has never been anyplace else in his nine years of life. The service, love, compassion that they all give here is the reason I continue to go back. The groomer Dawn VanArsdale is the best. I tell my Tuxedo that he is going to go see Ms Dawn and he is right at the door

The vets, techs, and receptionists at this office have always taken such good care of my pets. They cried with me when I had to put my old boy down, and they helped me through the first few months of having a new puppy.

I took my dog in because she had rubbed her eye raw. I thought it was allergies Dr. Otto diagnosed her with a skin mite and prescribed the correct medications and less than a week Marley was back to normal. He even contacted me the day after the appointment to make sure she was improving. Great experience and very reasonably priced.

Reception is very lazy when trying to help customers when checking out and planning future appointments. Have called multiple times to get answers on tests and no answers or phone calls to let us know what is going on. If you worry about your pet and making sure they get well treated at the vet I reccomend to go elsewhere. Have gone here more than twice and nothing but subpar service.

Our Pug Rynan has been coming here for 10 years. Everybody here deserves to be recognized for their professionalism. The best Vet in-town and the groomer Dawn is awesome as well!

I heard about this vet through family. My parents and sister go to the sister location, Cotner Vet . And I am so thankful I decided to leave my old vet for Dr. Otto. I brought my cat in due to vomiting, and I was so pleased with the care he received. The vet tech when we walked in was very friendly. She called me "mom" which I thought was so cute because we all know how much our fur babies mean to us. The Dr. Called me often while I was working, to update me and get my consent so I didnt feel out of the loop nor had a surprise when I checked out. When I arrived to pick up Oliver, the Dr explained what was going on very well, and even showed concern for things that I wasnt very aware of, so I felt very involved. He complimented on how sweet my cat is, which told me he didn't just rush through him, and he spent time making Oliver comfortable and got to know my boy. And when we were leaving, both the Dr. and all the techs said goodbye to Oliver which I thought was so darn cute!! I didnt feel like he was just another # for the day. I will definitely be back and bring my other cat too!!

We had a horrible experience at this clinic. The staff behind the desk were extremely rude and careless. Neither of the two women who we interacted with seem to understand the concept of customer service. The elder lady rolled her eyes and acted completely put off during our conversation, and the younger one was disinterested and un-attentive. We definitely will not be coming back.

We've been with this vet almost 2 years. 100% Satisfied! Everything from check ups to even a complicated amputation on our cat Zeus last spring was done amazingly. Staff is exstremely helpful and willing to work out payment plans as well as offering amazing care plans at very affordable rates. Highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would. First off I brought my deceased dog in to be cremated was charged an amount at drop off. When I was told she was ready, I came in and was told I was undercharged and had to pay more. They told me the paw print was burned and they would make it right and special for me and call when it was done. Almost a month later I received it. The print was made up of someones fingerprints. Dr. Otto doesn't want to admit of any wrong doing.

I had the puppy plan for 2 of my dogs, which are year long plans. I had my first one for 8 months and always paid on time and I set up a second plan for my new puppy. I was told it would auto pay from the same account, just like my first one. After about 6 months I called to ask to cancel the second plan, as I no longer had that dog. I was told I could but I'd have to pay the amount I owed .Apparently the entire 6 months they didn't charge my card that they already had on file and told me they didn't have it, even though my other dogs plan was being paid at the same time. And I also received an email each month stating my payment for boths dogs was acceptee. In that 6 months I was never informed it wasn't being charged but they told me I'd have to pay all 6 months I missed, in full at once. There's a reason I'm on a plan, because it's too much to pay all at once. I don't understand how they let me keep going to the vet when I wasn't charged for 6 months. I'd recommend Vondra vet, if you'd like a business not trying to screw you over.

Dr. Otto is very knowledgeable and a caring man. I won’t take my cat anywhere else to be seen. Getting appointments are easy and quick. The staff is polite and responsive.
