Dr. Falloon has a big heart for all animals. He’s taken care of my pet mouse, Duke, the stray cat who fell in my pool, and my White GSD, Rocket. All the providers at Pitts Veterinary Hospital are professional, caring souls.

Best vet Ever! I will never go anywhere else!

Best (possibly only) small critter after hours emergency veterinary care. Reasonable cost for emergency situation; paid $200 for diagnosis & meds, no treatment or overnight stay. Calling ahead may have contributed to our very short wait but would encourage doing so before putting an injured or sick pet in the car to have a long wait in an unknown bright environment. I will definitely return for any future emergency animal care needs after hours.

We have been bringing our cat to Pitts since he joined our family. They have treated our other cats as well. The doctors at Pitts and the rest of the staff have always been professional and genuinely care for the animals they treat. We will continue going there.

Highly recommend Pitts Veterinary Hospital! My family has been taking our dogs there for over 20 years. This past April, our puppy contracted parvovirus and was very sick but he survived thanks to the vets at Pitts! The whole staff is very friendly and helpful! They called us every morning and evening with updates on how he was doing while he was hospitalized. We trust Pitts most when it comes to treating our dogs!

We have used the vets at Pitts for years and trust them implicitly. Their extended hours have kept us from having to use the Emergency vet several times.

Had to take my dog Rue in for an emergency and they were wonderful with her. She can be hesitant when meeting new people and she wasn't at all. The vet actually listened to my concerns and really checked her out. I will be keeping my baby here.

Staff is great. I saw a doctor Falloon. My dogs have been patients there for 26 years. I appreciate the evening hours. All the vets do a great job explaining Care options for your pet.

I’ve taken my German shepherd to them for a few years now and he is healthy, and has now started to exhibit what my guess is a urinary tract infection. They would not listen, we’re not responsive and just wanted to force expensive tests. I’ve noticed this trend since they started their remodel. Prices raised, trying to push expensive tests and vets filling in for my regular vet who don’t know me or my pet. If this is the price of their expansion I am most certainly going elsewhere

Received wonderful service and care from the friendly staff at Pitts Veterinary Clinic today. My dog was experiencing some digestive issues on day four of a cross country trip. Dr. Hiebner was compassionate and reassuring to me and my dog. Gave us some yummy meds and we were on our way in less than 30 mins. Office followed COVID-19 mask protocols, which was also welcome.

I've been taking my cats to Pitts for about 35 years, and they've always done their absolute best to treat them well, keep them healthy, and get them back to purring if they're sick. They've always been very responsive to e-mails as well, which I appreciate. They offer online appointment scheduling, automatic text reminders, etc. They're also very compassionate when it's time to say goodbye to a terminally ill or invalid pet, and they work with a pet crematorium if you want your deceased pet cremated. Good folks.

I called the office because my dog was sick. They had treated him last year for this same thing but they couldn't get me in for like 10 days. My dog is a small breed and he is 13 years old. He was vomiting and had diarrhea. As the vet we saw there last year said, "a dog can go down pretty fast under these conditions."Yes, that is correct but they obviously didn't care about my dog this time. Lucky for me I was able to get him in that afternoon at Hillcrest Animal Clinic. They put him on antibiotics and within a couple of days he was feeling better and now he is back to his normal, happy self.

We have been bringing our dogs here for over 30 years. We got our last 2 just as covid was gearing up. It was so difficult to do anything during those times. Pitts did everything they could to keep everyone safe and still give our dogs the care that they needed. That meant a lot to us. They have always been there.

Just thinking about the care and compassion the staff at Pitts Veterinary provided to our loving and beautiful lab, Mia, before she became ill and during her illness brings tears to my eyes. The whole staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. A heartfelt and special thank you to Dr. Forgey for all that she did to make Mia comfortable during her last few weeks and for the support that she gave to us. It was priceless and we are forever indebted to her. In addition to this, we received a sympathy card from Pitts and another card from the Arbor Day Foundation that Pitts Veterinary had donated 5 trees to be planted in memory of Mia ❤️

The service was excellent. They provided all the information we needed to help our sick pup and will be better in no time.

Extremely overpriced. And they incorporate lots of added things in the bill that you do not need. Like nail trimming, and microchipping. Even when you haven't asked for these things
