Kenl inn was very good to my hoppy which is my little dog he did really well there he also had a haircut and they did a good job on his haircut they did a wonderful job taking care of him and he did just fine I would recommend them to other people the staff is very helpful and very kind and with covid-19 you just have to wait outside and that's no big deal because they do come and take care of you I would recommend them please bored your dog at Kendall inn

I warn you to not take your dogs here for boarding. They get more dogs then they have staff. Dogs are Left unattended at night so alot happens to them. KQ and her sister are the worst and treat employees like dirt. So no one wants to keep working for them and the ones who do are crazy. Things do not get cleaned properly between employees being lazy and the high turnover with dogs so the rooms get cleaned half way. KQ hears a dog bark to will loss her mind over it. The vibe is so bad at the place that it stresses dogs out they can feel the stress from the employees. They are so short staffed it's not even funny at this point. So please consider what I'm saying to you I don't want anything bad to happen to your loved family. I wouldn't even wanna board my dogs if they paid me. Good luck if you do decide to bring your animals here.

Kenl Inn Inc. has been my go to for dog care and training for the past 20 years. My dog always comes home happy and in good health. I would highly recommend Kenl Inn.

I have a 13 year old Min Pin who has diabetes and she recently stayed at Kenl Inn while we were vacationing. She was treated very well, and they were very helpful when she experienced some anxiety. I would highly recommend them to any dog lover.

My pup gets excited for her spa day. Cuts are always good and allow for seasonal needs.

I take my two dogs here anytime I go out of town. It's the only place in the area that will board my APBT and Staffy/Viszla mix kiddos and allow them to play with other dogs. I love the ability to add on play time and activities a la carte based on my budget and length of stay. The pups are always excited when we pull into the parking lot, and staff is always friendly. Highly recommend!

Our elderly dog has cancer that we had just found out about before our time at Kenl Inn. She started getting sicker within the first couple days there. The staff called us and kept us updated on Miley’s condition and took tremendous care of her, even though it was a lot of extra work. We are beyond thankful for how they treated our sweet girl while we were gone. They went above and beyond what I expected to keep her comfortable and okay until we returned.

Very nice place to board your pets. Everyone is very friendly and there are lots of options to make your dogs stay better Overall pricing is fair and the facility is huge and full of activities. We like to take our dog here because he doesn't get traumatized like at other places. One bad thing is our dog smells quite bad after picking him up. So bad that even three baths doesn't help much, not sure why but it is a factor to think about

We board our dog here when we have to go on trips, they are always so sweet and patient. We just signed him up for training here, too! Very excited.

I would never leave my pup anywhere else - love that he plays all day with doggo friends and I never ever worry about him when we travel ❤️

We have been going to Kenl Inn for boarding our dog for 6 years. The staff is always friendly and they treat my dog like their own. I love the report cards that I get when I sign my dog up for extras like Play Pals, Husker Tailgate, or holiday meals! It’s also great to be able to have grooming services done while my dog is being boarded. I highly recommend Kenl Inn!

My dog loved his time at Kenl Inn. I had to board him for 2 nights, when I came to pick him up he was excited to see me but he whined as we left because he had made friends while there.

Diane is an amazing trainer, she is patient , kind and works wonders. Our male boxer mix is high energy and needed alot of help. Diane helped us understand him and how to better handle him!

We were happy with the communication and care, but our dog did come home with a cough.

We use daycare pretty regularly. It’s a great way to socialize and wear out our dogs in a safe space. In years past we boarded our dogs there and always had good experiences.

My dog absolutely loves coming here and is good and tired after a day of doggy daycare. I have also used their grooming services and was very happy with the results. Kenl Inn is a far drive from my house on the opposite end of town, but I'll make the drive because my dog is so well taken care of there and loves his Kenl Inn visits!

Our dogs have a great time here. From grooming, doggy daycare, to overnight stays, we have had great experiences. They have flexible hours and professional staff who truly seem to care about the animals.

My dog did not eat for 2 days. The staff failed to notify us. He had half a day of yard play on an empty stomach and had a seizure. This is an extremely healthy dog. The vet said lack of nourishment and overexertion caused him to go hypoglycemic. generally I think this is a great facility for your dogs but this last experience will keep me from taking my dogs there ever again. I was treated rudely by the manager. I couldn't get our dog in until Tuesday due to the vet being booked... The manager says to me"if you cared about your dog as much as you say you do, I would think you could get him in sooner.

They care very much for our girl. I hate when we have to board her but I feel comfortable when she is there. I know she is good hands..

Our dog was well cared for she is 8 years old, this is the first time she has eaten all of her food that we provided. I am sure she was more comfortable at Kenel Inn than she has been at other boarding facilities.Thank You Kenel Inn.

I've been a Kenl Inn customer for some 15 years. I was impressed that my dogs happily returned to Kenl Inn each time we went -- for day care, boarding, grooming, and training. There was no hesitation in their reactions as they got out of the car and headed into Kenl Inn. They received excellent care in a safe, clean, knowledgeable and caring environment. The grooming and training were outstanding. Now I have new puppies who are becoming acquainted with all that Kenl Inn has to offer.

They take great care of my small dog and everyone is very professional! I’ve been trusting them with grooming my dog for 4 years now.
