Once again a great visit with Dr. Jones! She’s so gentle, my three dogs don’t mind coming here a bit!

I’ve always had great experiences here! They are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they’re very speedy!

I have three dogs who are patients at Cotner Pet Care. I am very pleased with the care received and have no reservations about recommending them to others. My dogs have been seen for well care and for surgeries by both Dr. Otto and Dr. Jones. I have complete confidence in them for their knowledge, skill and for their gentle, compassionate care of my pets. Their staff seem to be committed to the doctors' mission and I have nothing but complimentary things to say about my experiences with the entire team.

This clinic needs to do better when dealing with conflicts that they created. Also if you’re going to have a membership program that covers costs, learn to take accountability when you make a mistake. Laughing in someone’s face and attempting to hold their pet hostage over a customers concerns is extremely unprofessional and downright inhumane.

Very concerned to hear of unprofessional and borderline bigoted treatment towards longstanding customers. Should take time to listen and be compassionate to all customers.

I would never take my pets or recommend anyone to receive service from this company. They are all very unprofessional, no empathy and treat people of color with no respect or integrity. No follow up and absolutely no remorse or explanation for their lack of mixup when it comes to the services they provide and their so call membership plan they offer. Only time you get a response from someone is when you leave a “good review.” No wonder this Company has changed name/management, they have no understanding of how to take criticism or how to run a business

A friend brought in her pet regarding a matter that had been taken care of over the phone earlier today. Upon arriving at the facility to retrieve her pet, her spouse was greeted with disrespect! My friend spouse calmly stated that the membership plan that they pay for with this facility covers the services performed today.The tech at the desk argued and became disrespectful and ignorant and threatened to call the police when my friend spouse asked to speak with the Veterinarian. The Veterinarian intervene and was able to rectify the situation. How can. You feel threatened by someone calmly speaking with you? I would never bring my pet here! Also will be leaving a review with Better Business Bureau because this type of service is disgusting and needs to be dealt with immediately!

After hearing how the pet owner was treated by staff I do not recommend anyone this place. Please train your staff to be culturally competent.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Cotner Pet Care. Just this week, we were in a terrible situation with our very young dog and we received the most amazing care here. Dr. Jones is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She went above and beyond to help our girl, calling specialists and making sure we were doing the proper things for her. And the rest of the staff loved on our dog and made her feel safe. All the staff helped us in any way possible and explained things thoroughly. We are forever grateful to Cotner Pet Care for taking the very best care of both of our dogs but we are especially grateful that we could have Dr. Jones during this difficult time. Thank you all SO much!

Do not take your pets here! Workers obviously dont know how to be professional and treat people humanely! Disgusted!

I have been taking my pit dora to Dr Jones since before she went to cotner pet care Dora loves her she is the one who fixed my sweet Dora and pulled one of teeth for me . Dr Jones is the only one who can cut doras nails as well. We will keep seeing Dr Jones now taking my minpin there too we will see how that works .he is kinda grouchy at times with strangers .

My dog wasn’t eating or drinking and was acting weird so I tried to get into a few different veterinarians in the area, but they were all booked. Luckily, Cotner Pet Care was able to get me in and I’m so glad they did! The care I received was excellent. The staff was kind and attentive, and I felt like they really cared about my dog. The veterinarian and the vet assistant were amazing! They answered all my questions and concerns, and they knew I was traveling so they made sure I had enough antibiotics and recovery food for my dog and they even offered to ask family about vets in the area I was traveling to so that I’d find the best vet if I needed follow up care. I had some follow up questions and wanted some extra reassurance so I called the clinic and the veterinarian took the time to answer everything! They didn’t offer any unnecessary procedures, so the care was affordable and efficient. My dog is getting back to his normal self now and I’m grateful to the staff. I highly recommend this clinic!

Cotner Pet Care staff were excellent to work with - even over a holiday weekend. They took excellent care of our small dog. His behavior after being boarded always tells us how he was treated during his time at boarding, and when we picked him up from Cotner Pet Care, he was as happy as if he had been at home the entire weekend! The doctors and vet techs are amazing but the manger doesn’t do her job and is terribly rude. I have always enjoyed going there but they made a mistake and were not willing to apologize for their short comings. Instead they attacked me and made it all my fault. Please consider their poor customer service by this woman.

This clinic is absolutely amazing in every way. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, loving, compassionate and just all around great environment. We are partial to Dr. Young but loving every single per sa one we have come across. Karmen (aka pretty girl) has absolutely no nerves going in she knows she is going to get all kinds of love and attention from everyone. They are and will forever be our Vet. Thank you for all the love we receive from everyone and thank you for all that you do for my fur baby....

We have seen a good number of vets in Lincoln for both our dog and our cats. We have settled on Cotner for several reasons. They are polite and professional, they are open late several days a week, and they almost always have a same-day opening. Dr. Jones is helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jones is great. She has cared for our dogs for years, and also taken the time to know us personally. She is a wonderful animal health professional and I highly recommend her.

I recently took my dog in to Cotner Pet Care for the first time. They had given me advance instructions for curbside care. Everyone was super friendly and great to work with. They helped answer my questions and got us taken care of. My dog wasn't even mad he had to get shots, as he came out in the same mood he went in. Happy dog. Good experience. Would recommend.
