Dr. Gealow was absolutely fantastic! Our pups have some PTSD from other vet visits, so we were ready for the worst when we went in for our updated shots. We’ve had previous instances where our dogs had to be muzzled for procedures, and we could tell they were anxious just walking into the building. Dr. Gealow & her assistant took their time and let the pups get to know them before gently assessing them. The pups were so calm & comfortable that they didn’t even realize she had given them a shot! Strategic treats did the trick! No muzzle needed! Dr. Gealow was also very kind and helpful to us humans; she answered all of our questions and gave us the info we needed to continue to be the best per parents. I would HIGHLY recommend this office, they are incredible!

Totally worth it to change to this vet. Caring techs and vet. Get seen right away unlike the other vets where you wait forever in waiting room and exam room. Not the case here. They are effecent and caring.

Loved everything about this team. We had to change vets when ours retired, literally when we were getting a new pup as a companion for our 7 year old fur baby. The team was amazing! Always hard to change vets, but these folks were great. Highly recommend, from the desk staff to the vet techs to the vet to everyone in between. So professional, so informative.

My (my cat's) experience was great. This Vet is very careful about social distancing. The Vet and her staff are personable and helpful. She was very thorough and seemed interested in my cat's health. Me: Enjoyed the visit =) My cat: Not so much. I don't think anyone likes getting their temp checked, or vaccinations. But this Vet gets a two thumbs up.

I have been a patron of this Veterinary service for years, and highly recommend them. They have adapted SO well to the necessities of this pandemic. But one thing has never changed...their commitment to those they serve...people and pets!

Called same day and was able to get an appointment within a few hours for my kitty who got a burn on his paws. He was so relaxed and comfortable with the staff that he was riding on their shoulders and getting belly rubs! He usually hisses at his normal vet so it meant a lot that the staff made him feel that way. The Doctor was so helpful, gave lots of useful information and practical tips for helping him through his burns and avoiding infections. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I think we’ve found a new vet for good! Thank you so much!

Was glad they were able to see my cat on short notice for a rabies shot. Unfortunately, I couldn't meet the vet in person due to pandemic rules, but we held a conversation on the phone.

It can be difficult to trust someone with the health of your pets. The wonderful staff at Optimum love my kitties almost as much as I do. I have a scaredy cat and the vet and nurse examined her where she was comfortable, on the floor. They have been there for me during a kitty emergency, and for the general health of my pets.

We have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are compassionate and Dr. Gealow is amazing with our dogs. She clearly loves animals and treats both animal and owner with patience and respect. They always check with us before doing anything with our dogs, ensuring we are able to make the best decisions for our pets every step of the way.

I took our "kiddo" in for his yearly checkup. Dr. Gealow found and identified a nasty ear infection that our cat was hiding. I grew up on a farm and know animals so it was a surprise to me, but the professional staff took care of his problem with amazing care. Not too expensive, amazing care, friendly staff and wonderful accomodations. I have no doubt my animal is in the best care possible here.

Today I brought my cat to Optimum for his annual rabies vaccination and due to the pandemic, it was the first time I had to leave him in a strange place to be poked and prodded since he adopted me 3 years ago. He was his fraidie cat self. They took the best, quickest and most painless care of him and I could not be more grateful. They take great care of of their patients and their people. 5 stars every day.

I can not thank Dr Gealow and her staff enough for helping my thirteen year old dog. My dog just wasn’t herself and we made an appointment to see Dr Gealow. She checked her out and did some tests and concluded that she was very anemic. We were lucky to have Dr Gealow. She gave me a couple of options one was very expensive (transfusions) and the other less expensive. With some medications and lots of love, she is better. Thank you for all that you do!
