They helped me with my dog on short notice

I do not use this vet myself since I don't live in Kearney. grandma uses this vet. I took her elderly dog in to be put down since his health began to decline rapidly. They have always been very nice to my grandma. She has always spoken very sweetly of this vet. I was so impressed with how they treated me even though I was not the dog's own. Just bringing in the pet for my grandma. They treated the little dog with so much care and gentleness they were so sweet to my son as well since he came with me they let him decorate a Little Rock which they seem to do for everyone that has to put their pet down but as a memorial and then we were also giving the option to do a paw print and they made a little clay paw print for him they let me rock him and sooth him and they were just so gentle and comforting with him and me.

Everyone there has always been wonderful and helpful. I also trust them very much with my fur baby Chewy ❤️

People are very caring. They genuinely care about you and your animals. Will continue to take my 4 cats to them for Yeats years to come.

People were nice. The vet seemed too busy. Not quite for sure of my cat's problems. Didn't seem to care to find out when asked a question about the cost of possible myeloma. Pretty new vet. Tonite the lady vet called to see how Gizzmo my cat was doing. She was really busy yesterday, and was sorry about being short of time. She researched the melanoma and gave me more information about it. She was very nice and friendly. She also suggested a new dental exam if the antibiotics don't work. I am correcting my initial opinion of West Villa.

A young new doctor who didn't seem to know what the heck she was doing

This animal clinic is good-sized but maintains a small town personality. They offer grooming services , boarding, a full line of pet food, assorted toys leashes , collars, Gentle leads, treats, Meds, Urns, and Personalized Keepsakes . I personally had to let my Boxer that I'd had for 10+ years , go due to old age and the staff was so very kind. They let me just sit on the floor with my precious baby . She sat there on the floor with me and we talked about Rollie until I was ready to let her go , as ready as I'd ever be. And as I held her , she injected the medication and I got to be with her as she quietly went to sleep. I honestly think they would have let me stay there for hours, for as long as I wanted to, for as long as I needed to , to say my goodbyes. I highly recommend this facility for all of your fiur babies needs.

The West Villa employees were very cordial, helpful, and pleasant to visit with. The Vets are very thorough and genuinely care for their furry patients. Service with a smile!

Very helpful and understanding in a stressful experience for us when Baxter was injured

Office Manager was very rude. Always seemed short staffed. Felt bad for the gals working the front running their tails off. Loved the vet and vet tech that helped me though. I was misquoted the price by the front staff and I told the office manager. When I told the Office Manager that I would like to talk to the owner, she said he wasn't there. Then I asked for his phone number and she said "you can make all the calls in the world, it isn't going to change anything."

The staff were very friendly and attentive. I rescued a couole kittens from a field near my home. The mother escaped from my home and never returned these babies were barely 4 wos old and one of them suddenly became utterly lethargic completly unrespinsive except for an occasional agonizing meow. I was panicked and so scared. They brought us in immediately almost knew right away what was wrong with him. Even though they were closed they took their time and were able to help him recover quickly. I would highly reccomend West Villa animal hospital. Thank you for your time and the jobs you do every single day to help pet owners keep their fur babies safe and healthy.

Sick dog and regular vet couldn't get us in. West Villa was very accommodating and gave us medicine. Our baby is running and eating again. It was a really good experience there.

I've taken my cat here since I got him last year, and they've taken such good care of him, even when he needed to be fixed. I absolutely love them being so caring for the animals that come in and need their care.

You never know which doctor you will be seeing. Went three times and seen 3 different doctors.

They are the best. We had to put our 15 yr.old shih tzu's to sleep. The care Georgie received and the comfort afforded us could not have been better.

Great group of professional's from the front desk to the Doctor's. I've been a long time customer at West Villa Animal clinic, but my last visit was a bit different as my Aussie had a leg amputated and all of the staff was so great. They kept me informed as they said they would,and when they said they would. I definitely felt like our little girl was in great hands. The transition home with Lucy has been just like they said it would be and Lucy is doing great. Thank you West Villa????????

We have taken our dogs to West Villa for years, and have always had a great experience with them. They are professional and were very thoughtful and considerate when we lost one of our dogs.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would have stayed with 5 stars but at times the appointments can feel slightly rushed and not as informative. This may be because I am more inquisitive and like to know the ins and outs of my critters. So maybe for some, they would be 5 stars.

Everyone is friendly and caring. I'm thankful to have this facility here in Kearney.

Staff was courteous, helpful and kind. Responded to our questions while we were away. First time leaving our pet for boarding and she did very well. Would trust their care again. thank you!

Poor educated doctors don't get on floor with pets all around no good

they are every good and kind to my fur babys i had little for 17 years and she passed away then we had jack he way 15years old he passed way it got so i got sweetie now she is only 9 week old they are great with her thank you.
