Incredible professionalism and care. Dr Brandon is an knowledgeable, big hearted vet who makes sure you understand what's going on with your pet. Also they have a belief if having your pet enjoy a visit instead of dread it. I'd recommend these folks to anyone.

One of our parrotlets has been losing feathers and is pretty naked. Called and took her in. The vet handled her so gently, and they took feather and skin samples. They called me later and asked me to collect some poop samples, and the vet tech met me half way, (we live about 50 mins away, and picked it up after she got off work. I was very impressed with the whole experience. They are very nice, and explain things very well. I appreciate that kind of service.

Dr. Adrian treated my pup like his own. He listened to me and did a full exam to find the problem. She needed emergency surgery. And he pulled through on that. They are amazing at Hilltop.

This vet is our number 1 choice because they are very trusted and we trust them with both of our dogs. Go ask questions if you are curious because they are willing to answer.

Good place , accept very smelly

Dr. Neil is gone now (retired) bur he was the reason I tried this place to begin with. After doing everything I could and going to multiple vets about my GSD's allergies, he was the first to offer a real solution and not simply push Science Diet at me. Then I met the Beebouts. Wow. These two have animal passion oozing out their ears. They are amazing at their job and treat my furry babies as they would their own. Then there's the assistance staff who are all amazing and so kind, especially if one is facing pet loss. I love these people with my whole heart because of who they are and all they've done for my pets.

Dr. Beebout is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Always takes time to thoroughly explain things, offer options regarding treatment, and takes time to listen to concerns! If there's something he might not know the answer to, he will research and do whatever is necessary to get the answers.

Honestly, calling to tell someone you “got rid” of their animal instead of the cremation that was promised is highly insensitive and unprofessional. Consider the impact of your actions and try to correct it rather than telling the traumatized person it was somehow THEIR fault. Would not recommend this place to an enemy. Thanks, Melissa, for making the loss of my puppy that saved my life while I was in the Marine Corps that much harder to cope with.

I’m not from the area, but my parents live in the area and recommended Dr. Neil to me after many unpleasant experiences with my Shiba in our home city. He is the most caring, helpful, and knowledgeable vet We’ve been to. Even though my Shiba still has massive vet anxiety, the team here goes above and beyond to accommodate her anxiety, and do everything they can to ease her fear. Dr. Neil even calls to check on her after our visits. I have a lot of peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. We now include her vet visits in our visits back home. Thank you Dr. Neil and Hilltop for taking such good care of my girl!

I cannot say that I am satisfied with this clinic, the impression is created that they are trying to earn as much money as possible from the client. I also do not recommend leaving the animal there with an overnight stay, because it seems to me that they do not walk the dog three times a day for 15 minutes as they promise, since when I took my dog, her bed was in urine.

The best Vet's in town hands down I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else 100% 10☆s.

They love my dogs and they care about what I think for treatment. Great place for your four legged homeskillet to get healthcare.
