Absolutely amazing techs and Doctors! They truly care about your fur babies and will do whatever they can to help! Everyone in that building has huge hearts and it shows! Dr. Wachal helped fix my cats bilateral cherry eyes and helps me control my dogs anxiety and allergies! The Owner and office manager are always there to help as well and are such amazing people! Thanks Cottonwood for everything ????

The Doctors are really great and have always done well. I'd give a 5 star but I can never get anyone to answer the phone.

Dr Cash was wonderful! She spent so much time with me and my cat Tiny. She's thorough, empathetic, kind, and really went above and beyond to make our first visit go as smoothly as possible. It's obvious she really cares about the animals she treats, and their families. We are new to the area, but I won't take our pets anywhere else.

My gun dog suffered a laceration to her leg and had multiple cuts on all of her paws from hunting on the Missouri River. I bandaged the wound and kept an eye on it on the drive back home, but one of her paws was swelling badly. I called Cottonwood for an emergency appointment. They got my pup in right away and took such good care of her. They explained the entire procedure to me before giving my dog a few stitches and cleaning the wound. The vet was very thorough and made sure I knew how to administer the medications to my dog. A couple of hours later and my dog is in a better mood and her paw is looking much better. This pup is more than just a dog. She’s my hunting partner and means the world to me. I’m so glad that Cottonwood provided me with great service and took fantastic care of my partner in the blind. Thank you guys so much.

Take your pets here if you want uncertainty, and to be treated rudely by their staff. Dr o'connor needs to learn how to actually deal with a customer who is upset that their pup is dying, versus trying to gouge as much money as possible.

They handled an emergency for me while I was traveling from Denver to Chicago. Really wonderful experience. Highly professional, very gentle and kind. I wish they were closer. I would switch all my services here.

I called them at 5pm which according to their website says they are open until 6pm to ask them a question about my pets spay incision site and as soon as i started asking the woman who answered interrupted me and said “you are calling after hours sir do you feel this is an emergency?” I was kind of annoyed for being rudely interrupted and told her no I guess it is not. And she then said “well then you’ll need to call back between 8am-6pm tomorrow.” So the only day you can’t be bothered with a simple question after 5 is Tuesday? If you’re closed then update your website.

Unfortunately the first visit to the clinic was to say goodbye to my beloved Ralphie dog. The staff and vet were extremely supportive and handled the situation with care and grace. I'd recommend them to anyone needing care for their pets.

Good customer Service, Good Care, Cost is equal to the quality of services provided.. ie I am satisfied with saying I got what I paid for..and was very satisfied.

Clean but pricey. Dr.Tramp was the only reason I'd have come here. When my dog was stolen last year, I needed paperwork for court and they refused to help. Visiting town this week made me think about it. Expect to take your dog to another vet if something urgent comes up as about half the time you need to see someone same day they tell you to go somewhere else. Might as well go to Hilltop since they are cheaper and have always gotten me in same day.

LOVE this place for our kids!! To some they are JUST pets. To us, they are our kids and the staff at Cottonwood treats them like they are JUST our kids!!!

I called this morning to see if I could get my pup in ASAP. He had been throwing up a lot. They told me they had an opening in 15 minutes! I got there and we were seen right away. They ran their tests and checked him out and determined a possible food allergy. They even gave us an almost full bag of hypoallergenic food for us to try for free! They could have just gave us a small sample of it but their kind hearts gave us the whole bag! Such a great place to bring your pets. They do care and do all they can!
