Bark Club Gretna, Nebraska

Me and my dog love the Bark club! My dog pulls me to get inside when we drive into their parking lot. They have great communication and truly care about the pups!

Please read of you plan on boarding your pets here. I brought my two dogs in for a week stay during the week of Christmas. At drop off I needed to edit their notes for meals since both of their diet has changed since I made the reservation. The front desk was rude and short with me while I was trying to do this and the woman said “this would be a lot quicker if the notes were correct when you made the reservation” it was not a necessary comment but I let it go. When I was on my vacation I received a report card for one dog but not the other. I sent an email stating that I would like a report card for my other dog as well and had only received one for my other dog. I got a response “I sent one” I replied back re stating I did not receive one for my other dog. I got a report card and opened it and it was not my dog. I sent back another reply stating their mistake and then I finally received the correct report card. The best part of my experience is once I picked up my dogs they began displaying symptoms of kennel cough immediately. I had to take them to the vet to get treated. I reached out to GBC to report that they have kennel cough so no other dogs would be infected. The manager was rude to me when I was asking questions about their cleaning protocols and general cleanliness of the facility. I know that getting kennel cough is not 100 percent protected by a vaccine but I wanted at minimum some decent customer service as I entrusted the staff to care for our two dogs. I will not be returning and I do not recommend.

Clean facility and professional staff. My dogs were well taken care of. Their website to register dogs, view report cards, receive invoices, or book new services is great as well.

My dog loves playing with other dogs here and they do a good job grooming too

We have used Bark Club several times for boarding and spa days. We love them and love that they treat our dogs like their own. Recently, one of ours crossed the rainbow bridge and we received the sweetest card. Each of the staff wrote a personal note, not just a signature. We will continue to use Bark Club and highly recommend them!

So thankful we have a place we trust to take our kids when we are traveling! Our kids are not the friendliest with new dogs but Bark Club has been so accommodating with drop offs and pick ups. The report cards with pics were a great touch! We know Kubie & Ravyn are in good hands at Bark Club.

I am so thankful I found Bark Club! My COVID puppy needed some socializing outside of the house so I started taking her there for daycamp. The location is a little out of the way for me but it is totally worth it and I will continue to bring her there! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will send updates during the day with pictures and sometimes video of how Josie is doing. The facility is always clean and never smells like a dog kennel or a vet office so I know they keep everything every clean! Josie also never smells when leaving. I love they have an indoor and outdoor play space with tons of toys. I did board her as well for a couple nights and I found the pricing to be lower than other area facilities when compared. She's gotten a bath and a couple nail trims now and I am always happy with this services as well. I will continued to bring her weekly for play dates!

I had an extremely temperamental catahoula & they worked with her to give her the best experience. Our dogs love it there & they make us feel at ease when leaving our fur babies.

Great grooming experience! They opened up about the groomer being new to our type of breed prior to their appointment. I gave a picture for reference, and Charmaine took down a few notes. They turned out great!!! Almost identical to the picture and notes were followed as directed! Kudos to them!

Worst grooming I've seen. We have a long haired shichon and they shaved him with a horrible poodle cut when we specifically asked not to shave him and to take half of the length off. His hair was about 8 inches long when we brought him in and you can see lines all over his body from the electric razor. Never again.

We have kenneled our dogs at Bark Club before and loved it. Just took them in today for a grooming and they look Great! So happy to have this place in Gretna!

We were traveling through town and our golden really needed a bath. They were kind enough to fit us in last minute and did a wonderful job. While we visited the Zoo they made our baby beautiful again.

Had our 2 labs stay there for 4 nights. I would highly recommend their services.

Dropped our fur babies off for the weekend and they seemed to love the attention. Probably our new go to when we can't take them with us.

Good cut at a fair price

I feel so comfortable dropping my dogs off with them. When we walk in, they are so excited and they go play without any issues. We also board our dogs with them. When we do we have a stress free trip because we aren't worried how they are doing. Bark Club will also send you report cards and pictures to keep let you know how they are doing. Highly recommend them!

Lolo enjoyed her time today! She had fun playing at doggy daycare then came home smelling so pretty after her spa day. High recommend bark club. They even send you photos of your pup!! ????????

Our Aussiedoodle Lincoln has been a few times and loves it. He always comes home happy and tired. We like the friendly staff and nice facilities. We appreciate receiving a doggie report card and pictures during his stay.

My dog gets excited every time I bring him to Bark Club. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I know that I can trust them with caring for my pup while I’m away!

They say that a good dog is a tired dog. Our two puppies slept off and on for an entire day after playing at the Bark Club daycare.
