The people are amazing but for wedding receptions the layout is not that great depending on the size of people you are hosting for weddings. For small gatherings or having small events with spread out areas it's worth the visit! Look for Liquid Music Entertainment for the DJ!

American Legion Post #1, Omaha Nebraska, is a hopping place! I stopped there to re-enlist and they have the friendliest staff members you could ever have and hope to run into; Vicki and Ruth Ann! After they signed me up they told me all about the food, activities, variety of live bands, and food specials! Did I mention they also have food specials? Friday night fish, breakfast Sunday, all you can eat spaghetti dinner, all coming up! Then they gave me a March Post #1 bulletin with even more food, events like bingo plus a Doo Wop band! I know where I'm going to be! I wonder if my wife, Debi (who I also signed up) will miss me?...

Very well run service club. Friendly members. Only grump, cash only!

As a younger family man I don't necessarily fit the demographic of the place. I go because my father in law is army retired and as a big family we often go to the spaghetti dinners hosted here as a fundraiser. We enjoy it, and they have a cheap bar in case it has been one of those days. Spaghetti night is also rehearsal night for an oldies group of singer they have. So some of the time there is a mix of music and warm up sounds. It seems that whenever I try to take the kids to dance on the floor they stop singing though.

Enjoyed the Christmas party as usual. They really stepped up with the toy selection this year. My kids are very thankful

If you or a family member is a Vet. come and join now benefits of this club are too numerous to mention in a short post. Food and beer and friendships are fabulous here.

Great food and the people are great everyone is so friendly

Great place for the 70+ yr old crowd... Not so for a 40 yr old man and his family. Went there for $1 taco night. The food was great, but the atmosphere is to be desired. For example, nobody there thought it was a problem for three men to sing The Ballad of the Green Berets 5 times in a row on karaoke.
