Dr. Hauser and all of the other personnel always do a very good job of taking care of my two Pomeranian dogs, Candy & Mercury. Parks Veterinary provides all the vaccinations that my dogs need. They also have treated eye irritations, allergies, and tarter on the teeth. We are very pleased with all of the services and treatments.

Wonderful facility and excellent providers. They accommodate our pups needs very well. They go an excellent job working with our “temperamental” dog. They are patient and sensitive to his fears. Highly recommend

We have been taking our dogs here since 2011. Unfortunately, I feel the service has worsened over the past year. We have to schedule a month in advance for "routine" visits to be in person. If there's an acute need, they offer a "drop off" appointment (which has been same day or next day option in the past). However, I called on Tuesday this week and was told the earliest available drop off for acute visits was for Friday. The problem I have with this is, every single drop off appointment we've ever made has had something go wrong or something gets missed, but we take that as our only option when it's needed. On previous drop off appointments, the vet calls to discuss their findings. However, today I merely got a call from the tech who sounded confused and answered "I don't know" to a few of my questions. After 10 years, I guess it may be time to look at other options for our vet care needs. ????

The people were friendly and was doing the best they can with making our dog happy and comfortable there.

Looked everywhere for a vet to check over and to give a little grooming to my rabbit but couldn't find one. Finally Parks Veterinary was recommended to me. I'm so glad that I found them!! They took good care of her and gave me some helpful tips on how to care for her!

Charges way to much and forces you too pay 100% of the bill in exchange for your dog. Its ransom. We never had a single time where we felt helped or any genuine care besides kind words used to get us in. I've always felt like we were just dollar signs to them and I will be taking my business to the Aurora veterinary clinic. Where they pick up any time take no money down an work with the price to help you in your time of need. Thank God I never have to go back to parks vet an the fact I only owed them $80 so after getting aloan from a friend I was able to get my only dog out of their hands.

Parks Vet is so amazing! We chose this vet knowing they provide comfort care knowing our dog was getting older and eventually had to be put down. When it came time to put our old dog down and it was the most calming and peaceful experience. The staff was so caring and took such great care of our dog in her last moments. When we picked up her ashes they gave us a nice last paw print and a sympathy card. They truly go the extra mile!!

Groomers here are the best. Thx Parks for getting Winston in so quickly. He looks amazing.

This place is by far superb! Reminds me of the Vet back home and that's always a plus. The staff is phenomenal and my pets feel so comfortable with the Vet. Would definitely recommend for Grand island!

A great place, Buddy got hurt at the dog park & they were able to get us in right away.

We are currently in the process of getting our 3 year old Pomeranian comfortable. He has a stage 4++ out of 5 collapsed trachea. Dr. McCartney is helping us with complete concern for our puppy. His is a rare condition at his age. We trust this veterinarian with his life. Thank you to the Park Veterinarian Clinic!
