Did a great job on our boy Arrow thank you they were very pleasant and helpful explaining what was going on and kind.

They have taken care of our dog, Bentley, for the last 14 years...including Norine who was his groomer. Dr. Carson, Shirley, Renee, and all the staff are awesome! ????

Since I ever moved to Grand Island for the last 3 years and travel back and forth to Hastings and other states for jobs, I went here vs all the way back in Hastings where even all my doctors and other visits still at the hometown. Apparently, my gut felt so trusted for them I went here and not batted an eyelash. First time was helping a stray cat we took in and got her fixed up. She is now in a better place with a new family. I would bring my rememberable Shiba Inu who takes boarding here, all her grooming, additional updated care since I gave up on Petco and Petsmart not treating a senior and a difficult breed well, but even at a boarding place locally, they absued her... Again Shiba Inus are not for everyone. My Shiba Inu is missed gendered all the time when it is a she, that does weird quirks things like male dogs Shiba Inu, stubborn, does what they want, and of course this one absolutely hates or challenge other dogs to behave or get put down. Otherwise, she is the only dog known that loves going to Vet without a struggle. She seem to love everyone at the Vet to knowledge. My last addional would be a cat I adopted in Texas that need attention soon, of course, I will be sure to come back and get all that care when jobs don't keep pulling me!! Aside the important details of treatment, care, emergancies, and they take CareCredit... I highly recommend!! It is sad I will be moving away after so long. I'd still will travel back and get updates if in the area! Thank you for reading folks.

A truly caring place for our lil buddies.

I needed heartworm medicine. I walked in and purchased it. They need to work on their people skills. I stood at the counter and not one of the receptionists acknowledged me.

This is the best place to get my ???? groomed. And ???? the staff.

The very best vet staff I've ever dealt with. they were very consoling with the loss of my golden retriever years ago. Since then they've been the source for all my dogs visits :) always informative and caring!

It's a good place to entrust your beloved pets health care. The staff, nurses (?) & doctors are friendly & efficient. They also send us a monthly news magazine with tips, stories & our Cunka's next appt. With info on which shots,etc are due. That's very handy! Recommend for sure!!

Always super friendly and my pup absolutely loves going here. Did a fantastic job with her nails too!

Staff are great, and they care for our pets like there theirs.

Horrible place never will I take another one of my pets here got my cat spayed and they messed up and tried to charge me to get it redone!!! Staff is very rude. Not friendly doesn’t explain anything. The stitches came undone and I took her back in and said everything looked fine which I knew I wasn’t. And when I went back a third time they said if I didn’t get blood work done and she passed away it was going to be on me because I didn’t pay to get blood work done. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed!!!!

Always take great care of our pets

We have been taking our pets are for several years they are very caring and loving and are definitely animal lovers dr. Kimbrough is the best we took our Bengal Kitty that wouldn't come out of the Pet Taxi without biting well it's made a liar out of bus he took her out she was just as loving and caring as can be did not up no fit

I have a small cat rescue, and have used 4 different vets in Grand Island over the years, but Dr. Kimbrough seems to me to be, by far the most experienced and knowledgable veterinarian in town. He is a master at diagnosing and treating small animals. His skills at surgery are unmatched in the Grand Island area. Renee, Theresa, Shirley and all the staff are wonderful, compassionate and super friendly. Can't say enough good things about this veterinary practice! Family Pet Clinic is fantastic.

Vet dosent like pitbulls, told me to control my dogs then proceeds to tell another nurse behind closed doors that he needed help with these “type of dogs”. My dogs were not aggressive at all. They where just very hyper, cause of a new place. I left & went to a different place for vaccines

People working there listen to you.

They had a normal healthy puppy in their care that died with no explanation. They tied my cats cones on to tight making one cat actually lose fur and almost get cut from it. I dont recommend this place if you can go somewhere else do it.

Today was my first visit here, staff is friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my choice in bringing our cat here, I feel confident that they will help with her health issues. Thank you FPC!

We take our pets here and they are very knowledgeable about what's going on and are very great with them! Love how caring everyone is and how they treat our pets like their own! They treat you like family.
