Vets at EAH are the nicest and best in town.

Recently we’ve had a falling out with Elkhorn Animal Hospital. It’s very sad knowing our fur buds have gone there since they were pups. Looking for a new vet that’ll hopefully treat the boys and their customers with more dignity and respect. Never would I have ever thought this would happen.

I've been using this vet for about 16 years for all of my furry family. They've always been great. A couple of months ago I had to make the unfortunate decision to put my 16 year old dog to sleep in an emergency situation. Every staff member was so unbelievably compassionate from beginning to end and even after. I received 2 condolence cards, signed by staff and another saying they had planted a tree in my sweet Ellies memory.

Upon my dog’s passing, Dr. Jones was so incredibly compassionate! She was so accommodating in allowing my family to say our good byes and be with our dog. I also really appreciated the hug she gave me. She was very professional and most of all human and caring!

Very caring and professional vet. We drive about 25 miles to use them. Many other, closer vets in Omaha but none as good. They keep excellent records and are very easy to work with. Their Covid protocols are excellent. They come to the car for "pickup " and delivery. We feel very confident when we deal them.

I hate to give a 1 star rating. Elkhorn Animal Hospital used to be so awesome. We took both of our dogs there for over a decade. They had a wonderful, caring staff. Their prices were reasonable and they cared about our fur babies and about us as customers as well. They changed ownership years ago and things started going down hill. Prices started increasing yearly, they started to bill for every little thing that they used to do as part of a standard exam. Then they started getting new staff. The last time we took our dog in they said that he needed a huge surgery. There was no way that we could afford it so we didn't do it. We moved and took our dog to the new vet we found and they said he did not need surgery at all. They also charge so much less than Elkhorn Animal hospital. I feel like now all they care about is money. Please look around for other vets. There are so many other wonderful vets in town that don't charge and arm and a leg and don't recommend unnecessary surgeries. Our new vet charges almost half of what Elkhorn Animal Hospital charges for the same services.

Dr. Jones is my primary vet. Her, her staff, and the other two vets there are amazing. They were kind enough to stay late at work to do an emergency surgery that saved my dog. I highly recommend going to these doctors for your animals care. They will go above and beyond as they have for me. I can't thank them enough!

In the last moments of our baby's life, we were given all the information to make the best decision for all of us. We were shown love, concern, and most importantly sympathy. Thank you so much for everything.

Dr. Jones is awesome! We've tried other clinics but this is the best.

Dr. Jennifer Jones has been seeing our GSDs and takes extremely great care of them. She is compassionate and very professional. We appreciate her follow up calls and her familiarity with our pets which always reassuring when visiting Elkhorn Animal Hospital.

So glad we brought our dog to this facility. The vets and staff are some of the best in the business. If you're a registered veteran, you also get a discount.

I have taken every animal l have owned to Elkhorn Animal Hospital for past 30 years. I've moved. I've used Pet Urgent Care two blocks away from my house the past two years. Problems with my 16 1/2 year old dog seem to arise during the middle of the night. It was time to euthanize Lucy. It was not an emergency. I was told there were no openings Wednesday. There were times available the next day. Lucy was current with her rabies at Elkhorn. She had her teeth removed at Elkhorn. I was told there would be an additional $100.00 Quality of Life Exam required because she hadn't been in for two years + euthansia. The Pet Clinic came highly recommended. I called to establish care to euthanize my Lucy. I was told l do not need to establish care to euthanize. I do not need a Quality of Life exam. They explained they will work around my schedule during this difficult time. What time would work for me? They were phenomenal! Chose your vets wisely.

Only place I would every take my pets. Treat them like they are my children.

We have used Elkhorn Animal Hospital for as long as I've had dogs. I feel they are a little pricier but you can't beat the care they provide and their passion to help animals. Your animals will be treated as patients and not numbers. As long as they keep that up they will be our go to for veterinary care.

Worked in my sick cats within a day or two. He's now happy, eating, and phat again.

We lost 3 dogs this year. We took all of them to Elkhorn Animal Hospital and I can't express how grateful I am for having such caring, wonderful veterinarians to care for them from the moments they walk in until their last moments. Dr Jones and Dr Koppold are the kind of people you can entrust with your animals lives and know they are in the very best hands. I can't say enough good things. We don't have our beloved pets anymore but I know they were always cared for by the absolute best.

The staff and vets here are AMAZING and very competitively priced. Caring, knowledgeable, down to earth.

My customer asked me to call to ask a simple question on his behalf. After being treated so rudely on the phone and told me she wouldn’t talk to me because I wasn’t the customer in question (which I understand) but the way she went about it was not called for!!!!!!! If this is how people are treated (and from I hear, this is the norm) I would never refer anyone to this clinic.

Kind and very gentle with my elder dog. Did everything possible to help her.

Dr Koppold saved my cats life when another facility failed miserably. She went above and beyond and treated my cat like one of her own- with Tender loving care. She also understood what I was going through. And was very supportive during a very rough and scary time With my cats life. Crispin has now made a full recovery and his health is all due to the amazing care from his doctor and the entire staff!!!! I can’t thank them enough !!!

Super amazing people. Very knowledgeable and caring. I know my babies are in good hands when they come here.
