I now have 7 animals and they all love their staff! ❤ 5/14/2019 I'm editing the review because I'm still going to Valley View , even after 8 years. They're crazy busy because they're that good at what they do . I love the staff and they are so good with my furry friends. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!.. Previous review: This place needs to install a voice mail system that gives you hours and location BEFORE it rings to the receptionist. Or they could get a website with that information. The place is wayyyy too busy for the anxious.

Dr. Lee is an excellent caring vet, with significant knowledge and experience. New location has separate waiting rooms for cats & dogs oh, we have one of each.

Great vet place people r friendly and doctors r caring good with ur pets . U love ur pet choose here they will certainly take care of them with love .

For all my fur kids needs

Very thankful for this clinic for my successful delivery of French bulldog puppies with emergency c-section. Everyone was very helpful from beginning of progesterone testing all the way through with X-rays and delivery. Most definitely will be my new home for any of my pets

I've been a client of Dr Lee's since before she opened her first clinic and she was making house calls. The staff is always kind and caring to my animals and Dr Lee gives them the best care. As long as I have pets I will take them to Dr Lee.

I really like Valley View. Obviously others do as well. They are quite busy but that's a testament to their staff. I feel their prices are reasonable as well.

I've been taking my dogs to Valley View for 10 years. Love them! Edit: I will not change my star rating because my dogs are always taken care of so well but if I could, I would suggest hiring more office staff, specifically for the phones. Within the last year I've noticed the wait times on calls have significantly increased. I have been on hold up to 35+ minutes just to try and make an appointment. I had to physically drive there just to schedule an appointment. If we could set up appointmens online, that would be great too!

I trust Dr lee with Otis life. The new building is beautiful.

Awesome staff and very clean facility

My purebred Male lab was laser neutered here. They did overcharge me 32 dollars but I went in and they refunded me with no problem. For first time patients, it was a little bit on the pricey end. Over 200 dollars. But so well worth it, very fast recovery time!

Excellent clinic. Very thorough. However, the front desk workers could use some training for customer service. Getting someone to answer the phone is like pulling teeth on a jello mold. Had a worker hang up on me 3 times after agreeing to hold.

Absolutely love all the doctors. Absolutely dislike the front desk staff, they are often rude and insensitive.

Best Vet in Metro area. Dr. Hildebrand and Dr Lee are exceptional. They care about your animals. They just move to a brand new location.
