They neutered both my male cats and they did amazing.

After my experience at an animal hospital I really appreciate it what the vets were able to do here. I would definitely come back.

Went in with no appointment. They got to me in a good time. The doc was very nice and understanding that my cat would be skittish. Very nice staff who knows what they're doing I couldn't get in before they closed to get some meds, so one of the vet techs dropped it off at my house because I had (stupidly) run out. Thank you so much!

Charge ridiculous prices, and my pet still had issues afterwards. Had to end up taking it somewhere else. Waste of money. Walk-in only service is a joke too for a non-emergency clinic.

I had been a long time customer taking 4 dogs. I took one of my dogs in for a routine nail trim and shot. Because of covid they took her in the back without me. I heard a terrible yelp that can not be explained. When they brought her out she was limping. I asked if they broke her leg, the vet tech said no. I demanded to see the vet she did an x ray they had dislocated her hip. She ended up having to do two surgeries. It was a long and very painful process for my dog. While doing physical therapy they decided they weren't going to pay for her remaining physical therapy. They hurt my dog and then had the nerve to say they'd done enough. I have a disease that can cause falling. As a result of me for months having to carry my dog up and down the stairs I had fallen and injured myself. Causing myself to have to pay additional medical bills. And they felt they'd done enough!!!! They did enough when they injured my dog and had NO remorse! They NEVER called to check on my dog during the whole process!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

It's easier to go somewhere you can make an actual appointment. You wait forever and then you wait some more. You sit in a room waiting so long that you feel like you need to go back out and check if they even know you're in there.

I got there to take my cat for a watery eye and sneeze.. There was nobody in the waiting room so i thought it would be quick. It took a half hour to get called back. Thats my only issue with this vet clinic... You have to wait too long! I could only imagine how long it would have taken if there were people in line ahead of me.? Other than that and the fact you cant make an appointment.. I have no comaints. My cat is better 2 days later with the medicine they prescribed. Although The veterinarian we got was very quiet and seemed to just agree with everything i said.. That was kinda weird. But thank you cbvc. After all.. We went there to get the cat diagnosed and treated.. That they did!

I just tried calling to ask about getting my dog seen as he is having seizures. Lisa rudely interrupted me, talked over me that they're a walk in clinic only today and tomorrow. Really??? Absolutely no customer service at all. I used to like this place. Guess we will go somewhere else. She needs a class on customer service.

We’ve been coming to this office for years. They are always great!! We drive to Council Bluffs from Bellevue (I know it’s not that far) just to come to this vet clinic.

You might have to wait to be seen but they typically move fast. The front desk staff, tecs, and doctors genuinely care about you and your pet. Special shout out to Vet Tech Holly - she is always kind.

Very friendly and professional. Great attention to keeping our cat Artemis calm and given treats to distract while the vet gave her multiple shot. Artemis didn't seem to mind the needles at all.

They are always amazing with our two dogs. I didn't love the wait but it is a walk in clinic so sometimes you get right in and sometimes you have to wait a bit.

I have always loved this animal clinic. They are good and loving to all animals. Most of the staff is kind and caring with compassion toward all animals. I was so disappointed after meeting staff member Bella who was so rude and spoke unwell of others and their animals. I still love this clinic, but will use caution with who I let my fur baby interact with. Bella does not represent this clinic.

Absolutely love this place. Staff is always friendly and answers all questions. Doctors are very informative and treat your pets as family. The care they showed my family when we lost our dog a few years back went above and beyond. Our dogs enjoy their visits and always get a treat.

VERY rude and poor customer service. I tried calling 5 times just for a quick question. 2 times they didn't even answer and I got sent to voicemail, third time she answered and asked me to hold for a minute and I said that's fine and sat on hold for 6 before giving up and having to go in to work, fourth time she answered and said "can you hold please thanks" and immediately put me on hold without letting me answer, last time she asked if I could hold and I said "no I'm at work I just have a quick question" and she said "okay well I need to put you on hold I'm helping someone" and I said "okay well I've called this many times and have been sitting on hold forever so nevermind" because I know there's always more than a couple people up there just sitting and talking to each other

They are friendly and very nice. If I had a pet I would go there
