I cannot express my gratitude towards this facility. They are professional, responsible, reliable, and loving!! They really care about my big boy and all of the staff took the time to get to know him. They accommodated me on a moments notice when I had to leave town for my family. They know how to handle large breeds and educate their staff that are new. I’d rate 10 out of 5 stars and would highly highly recommend. Love you guys!!!

This place has been absolutely wonderful with both of our pets, a cat and a dog, whenever we have utilized their services. ????

They have a cat wing and a dog wing separated by doors. Very welcoming outside and inside. Staff is great and one of the owners is a veterinarian too!

I was about to go on vacation when my pet sitter fell through. I called a handful of places and they had no availability. Luckily, I came across Paddington station and was able to reserve for the whole week. Upon arrival I saw that it is very clean and sanitary. I came back and my dog didn't show any signs of stress. The pricing was reasonable and my dog came back happy and healthy!

Clean. You can tell the animals are well taken care of there. I took our family cat there for the day because my apartments were being sprayed for bugs, and my cat did not seem stressed out like other places we have been. The rates were very reasonable.

Great prices, great people, great owner and a great location. I live in Omaha, and when looking at boarding locations I worried that my dogs would spend a lot of their time in kennels because of the lack of yard space in the city. Paddington however is in a very rural area offering fresh air and lots of open space. Paddington's staff was very receptive to the little "quirks" that every dog owner knows about their dogs, and they came back happier than ever. Thanks Paddington!

Oh my God. The service here is out of this world. The girl with the bangs has gave me an amazing tour and helped assure me that my two Japanese spitz's would be alright while I was away on business. I gladly paid for the playtimes and nature walks as long as she was the one watching over my little love bugs! She's the only reason why I'll only return to this place. she needs a raise! Keep up the good work!

Best place in town for your troublesome dogs! Since the beginning we put our full trust in the staff we have two of the rowdiest dogs in the world! We always get them the nature hikes and stuffed Kong’s as add on services and our puppers always come back home worn out! They love coming to Paddington super quick on running in to greet everyone. Highly recommend for your high energy dogs the staff has way more energy to make sure they get all the exercise they need!

Dropped our 2 fur babies off for a stay for 10 days. This was our first time using Paddington station. We were impressed on how clean the facility was. Staff is very friendly. Just picked them up today and they are happy and healthy. They gave them baths and I didn't even ask them too. Nails are clipped. Overall great experience and we will be using them again. Great boarding facility. Staff really care for your pets. They are wonderful with extra large dogs!

My wife and I trusted them with our two dogs. We knew before dropping them off there was a possibility that our boxer wouldn't handle it well. We made it very clear to them that we had a backup plan if he wasn't handling it well, and instructed them to contact us if he was having issues. They chose profit over the well-being of our very sweet emotional boy. We called them at least 3 times while out of town, and according to them everything was great. After picking them up it quickly came to our attention that he NO LONGER HAD FRONT TEETH. They allowed him to grind his teeth down to barely nubs on his kennel. When we called after picking them up, they claimed to not know anything. At some point during his stay, there had to be blood all over his kennel. They lied to us repeatedly, but was quick to fully refund us. Someone other than the owner - I'm sure - left something for us. What did they leave us in his belongings? A TOOTH. A whole tooth. Our vet determined that he needed surgery to clean out the remains of one of his shattered teeth. I would have sued but wanted to put the past behind us. All I can do is warn others. Please, I implore you, do not trust these people if you also have a nervous dog. I chose Paddington Station because of their excellent reviews. After some research, I could be wrong, but it seems that someone may have purchased the location, as well as the rights to the name. Business owner names don't match. Service certainly doesn't seem to match old reviews. Again, please exercise caution before choosing Paddington. He will never be the same, and has a difficult time eating. I don't want this for any other pups.

This is the best place for dog boarding in Omaha! My dog actually really enjoys going to the facility and I've never had any issues with their service. The staff really listens to any requests you may have regarding feeding schedule or other concerns, and they log all that information into their computer system, then review it with you on subsequent visits. Highly recommended!

We've used Paddington Station for our two dogs over the past year and we've been very happy with their customer service and care for our pets.

A bit expensive but it's a great kennel with great customer service. For the price, I think they should start offering a complimentary bath at the end of the stay because my dog always stinks when I pick her up.

I feel totally comfortable leaving my dogs here when I travel. I know they will be well cared for and I won’t have to worry. Staff is always responsive to my questions. And rates can’t be beat. Highly recommend.

They truly care about your animal and will do anything to make you feel at ease. One of the only places I know where they actually still take your pet outside. Clean, large runs and yards at one of the best rates in Omaha.

We boarded our German Shepherd at Paddington in October and we were very pleased. We ordered a bath on the last day of her 7 day stay so she smelled very nice when we picked her up.

I have been taking my dog to Padding Station for years now and yet to have any issues always seem so nice. Under new management does't seem to have missed a beat of customer service. great job.

We used Paddington Station a long time ago but had then kenneled our dogs with our vet. After the vet discontinued his boarding business, we asked him who he would refer to and he said Paddington Station. We boarded our dogs from July 19-29 and just like our former dogs, they were taken care of with excellent care. The staff is very friendly and caring and the place is very clean. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love boarding our dogs here! reservation process and check in is very simple and convenient. We also love the many options they provide for our pets, such as play time, one-on-one time, bathing and nail clippings. Our dogs always seem happy when we show up for drop-offs, which is a big plus given our dogs! Will continue to use this place for our dog boarding needs!

The new owner accommodated our request to board our dog near our friend's two dogs and was very pleasant and easy going.

My pets are very well travel. We have used a lot of of kennels. My pets were very well taken care of here. We were welcomed right from the very first phone call. We had a very tricky situation moving to Nebraska and finding a home. They were very accommodating with our situation. Our fur kids stayed here for almost a month. If I need to board my pets again we will be returning customers. It is clean. Staff is very friendly Very patient also
