Having an emergency with your pet can be one of the most difficult situations, but the staff here are nothing but kind, understanding and compassionate which truly helps. I would highly recommend them for when your furbaby needs emergency care.

Excellent staff. I'm truly thankful for their help but I feel like we were over charged by hundreds of dollars. Maybe it's standard pricing here but where we are from not so. It feels like we got stuck and just had to pay whatever we were charged so as much as I am thankful I'm also thankful I don't live here. I would be bankrupt just taking my dog to the vet

Unfortunately, I can’t give this place a 100% great review. The front desk person gave us the paperwork to fill out, put us in an exam room, and left for the day without telling anyone we were there. I had to go find someone and ask why we hadn’t been even checked on after an hour. Not a great look, and it definitely felt horrible to be forgotten in that kind of environment. On the other hand, once that was resolved, the care we received was excellent. They were kind and very helpful and took care of my dog with lots of compassion. They also apologized for the front desk error. So actual veterinary care-5 stars. Front desk handling- 2 stars.

Very unprofessional. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. If you like helping people and their animals act like it or don’t work for a vet clinic. Why is this such a horrible emergency clinic? Because of the people and how they act. Get new employees and vets. They should have no reason to be there..

From initial visit to final heal follow up, we were so pleased with the experience our 6 month old puppy had when she broke her leg. She was thoroughly taken care of and given the best outcome. Very grateful for the care and expertise!

I was glad they where open to help my dog get her stomach stitched together . But they where more concerned about getting paid up front before helping my dog. The vet wouldn’t even start working on my dog until I got Pre approved credit. They just kept coming back to the room asking if I was approved or not. I am really happy they were open and they were able to help my dog. But I just felt that they where more concerned about money than helping my dog I just left feeling as though my dog was just another pay day for them.

Had such a wonderful experience when my dog ate some corn cobs and needed to vomit and get x-rays. What a blessing to have a clinic open after hours who can so compassionately and efficiently treat a hysterical owner as well as their pet, even when it seems like half of Missoula was waiting to be seen too. Thanks sentinel staff and doctors!

These people were amazing! My pup got a puncture wound and needed stitching up and Mrs. Drivdahl was super sweet to my dog and was very professional. They helped me out financially as it was a costly procedure. They gave me a cost estimate and was conscious about my financial bind. I couldn't have asked for a better vet to take care of my pup and I'm blessed to have been led here.

I am BEYOND thankful for the vets here! Everyone was so kind and caring to me and my fur baby. I bought him in because he was bleeding from the mouth my house was covered in blood. I was a sobbing mess as well. They calmly took my baby back as soon as we walked in the door and got him looked at. From start to finish they were incredibly kind. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby!!!!

This was a poor experience. As a visitor, the scariest thing to have is for Vet visit to feel depleted, unproductive, and unkind. My dog was in pain, and the vet tech , while she appeared confident is a vet tech. She was the one I spoke to. The veterinarian was disinterested in helping me with my dog. She offered no concrete solution. I fortunately had the chance to get a second opinion and had much more thorough examination and support. They wanted to prescribe me everything to get their money and ofcourse offered every exam possible in which is how they make their money. While the wait was 45 minutes, the vet took three minutes with us. The location will not give you a prescription and want you to buy everything from them. They treated my dog like another transaction. When you care for your pet as much as I do and as much as others do, the last thing you want is to feel like an ATM for a vet hospital. Do your research. If you have the option to book elsewhere, I would say that is better and save your money for a vet that will give you more care.

Unreal difference between Sentinel and another vet in town that rhymes with Cryin'. Very professional, clean, organized and best of all, THOROUGH. They have absolutely earned a lifelong customer. Dr. Briggs is amazing and likely (hopefully) saved my dogs life after a misdiagnosis at another popular Missoula vet.

Staff worked very well with my dog who is rescue and is anxious around new people. Will definitely bring her back to this facility if she needs any ER care in the future.

One of my animals has had a UTI twice in the last month. Both times, my regular vet and secondary vet were booked out a week or more in advance. SVSE was able to see and treat her immediately, both times, and with the highest level of professionalism and care. Both Drs. Odash and Ryan (?) are highly skilled, AND show caring and good communication with their patients, and their patients' people.

Dr. Anderson and his staff were absolutely amazing during one of the hardest visits we've ever had to make. They were quick and efficient, yet so compassionate and kind. Thank you so much for helping ease the brunt of saying goodbye to our fur baby.

I honestly wish there was regular veterinary services in Missoula that even come close to the same professionalism and care that the staff of this emergency care center have. I brought my cat Mister in recently and he was greeted with love and patience. The staff are upfront about cost and explained payment options that worked best for me. Making the experience less stressful for both me and Mister.

Very amazing staff. We had to say goodbye to our cat late at night on the weekend. The staff was very compassionate and made the tough situation the best it could be. They never rushed us and sat and talked with us before and after. I would highly recommend this place.

I just went through the struggle of putting my best friend down. From start to finish every person I interacted with was wonderful. They immediately put me in my own room away from the waiting area where I could cry and spend those last precious moments. The doctor walked me through the process and only started when I was ready. Nothing felt clinical and she died in my arms. This was the most humane way I could imagine.

If I could give them no stars I would. They turned down giving care to my puppy who has a severe ear infection. She’s been sick for days and can barely get up because it hurts so bad. Front desk employee was very rude and inconsiderate. I also see that they only reply back to positive reviews so that says a lot about this place.

Amazing care for my kitty. After 2 vet visits during the week we were still concerned about my 17 year old Lilly. We took her to Sentinel. From Amanda at the front desk to Sigorney vet assistant and Dr Ann, we were very impressed by the clinic and the care our kitty received. They all were caring and compassionate. Took their time like we were the only ones there. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic. Fees were reasonable as well.

Our large dog had gotten into a compost pile and becuase VERY ill, 105 temp, passing out, etc. The Vets and Techs at Sentinel quickly got him diagnosed and set up on fluids all while keeping him (and me!) calm and informed. They were very transparent about services, cost and care. Our dog spent the night and is healthy now. We were so thankful there is an after hours and weekend care clinic in town!!

I had a critically ill cat and everyone at the center, especially Dr. Amy Wright, was kind and gentle. I ultimately had to make the difficult decision to let her go and Dr. Wright was so compassionate and caring, supporting me through such a tough time.

My dog Blue had an unknown and severe toxicity that was quickly diagnosed and treated by the team at Sentinel. They did great job treating him, being transparent about costs and care options and were kind and compassionate during a scary time for Blue and I. Thanks Sentinel team!

The doctor and tech/ nurse that helped us and our puppy were kind and friendly and helped as much as they could. I would highly recommend them for that reason alone but being that they were open at 4:30 a.m. was a blessing! Great caring people work here and I would trust them with my pet Everytime!
