Have taken our 2 dogs and cat to this clinic for at least 4 yrs. Very friendly Doctors and Staff. Applaud their Covid restrictions. Despite their additional time and energy of devising a new method of dropping our animals off to reduce Covid, our animals still receive the same expert care. They also still keep us involved personally with any health issues. Our animals range from 5 to 10+ years old. The eldest dog at 10+ years has allergies and other health issues but still can walk 3-5 miles/day. She loves it!

The people seem to genuinely care for the animals they treat. They offered explanations for their thinking and were receptive to questions. Dr Keast did surgery on our pet and could not have been more caring and informative. He answered all of our questions and he and his staff were available to answer any concerns we had once we were home. Dr Keast as well as his staff called to follow-up on the wellbeing of our fur family member after surgery. Again all questions were answered in clear terms. Would recommend this Vet for any and all needs that you pet may have..

Love Grant Creek Vet! They've always been excellent with all my pets and I'll continue to come with any I have in the future! Excellent customer service, and did an incredible job with my dogs TPLO surgery.

We have 2 dogs of our own and are fostering 2 extras right now. Both doctors at grant Creek are very patient and understanding, and love our babies as much as we do. These guys are absolutely the best in town, and I'm grateful for all their help with our unique circumstances.

All of the Veterinarians and Technicians are amazing. I could not recommend a better place to take your dog(s). They have been able to get me in on short notice a couple of times with our Golden Retrievers due to my hectic schedule. I never leave wondering if my babies have received the best care possible. 10/10 would recommend.

If it’s going to be an hour wait let me know so I’m not stuck outside wasting my time. Please don’t keep telling me only a couple more minutes for an hour.

It's hard not being able to go inside with my babies, and have to sit out in the car the entire time. But, Dr. Johnson was Fantastic in talking to me. I've got an appointment next couple weeks to get my boys teeth cleaning.... which scares me always to have to put them under.....So, we'll see how everything goes.... check back

My wife and I took our puppy & our cat in to get updated shots and a general wellness checkup. Afterwords I felt so compelled to write this review because I could not be more pleased with the service. Everyone we dealt with was an absolute pleasure to talk to & were clearly there because they care about the health and well-being of animals. Being a born and raised Missoulian & having had pets my entire life I can safely say this was the best experience I have ever had visiting the vet. If you are thinking of taking your animal somewhere in town, this is the spot.

I wish I could give this group 10 stars. In all my years of having dogs and living all over the nation, this facility is by far one of the best I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Dr. Choat (I probably spelled that wrong) is kind, patient, and will treat your best friend like it is her own pet. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. All very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend you take your furry friends here!

Dr.Michael Keast said he wanted my dog there at 7:30 a.m so he could meet me and go over the procedure that my dog needed, that he could do this early so he could monitor him before i pick him up by closing time that he would be o.k. to take home,he did not get started until noon according to Dr.Keast he also stated that it was a few hours of surgery that he started as soon as he could,so starting at noon and a2 or 3 hr. Surgery and pick him up by 5 o clock wasn't much time to recover they had me drive around back to pick him up he could not even stand up on his own the Dr. and myself picked him up and put him in the back seat of my truck, I asked the Dr. ,if he would be o k. And he said he would be fine that if i was worried i could take him to a 24hr emergency care and they would watch him over night,he felt (the Dr) said he thinks he will be o.k. so i get my dog home and within the hr. my dog dies . My personal thought the Dr. should not be allowed to do this type of surgery unless he has staff to watch the animal's over night. My dog was my best friend and companion. So for the people out there that their dog might need this type work think twice.( hay but the Dr. did get his 1,300.00 dollars and medication i can not return.)

I looked long and hard for the right vet clinic for our family of cats and one special dog. Dr. Johnson is the best ... kind, professional, expert, responsive, empathetic, reliable. We All love her and the staff here is great. Highly highly recommend.

Even amidst a global pandemic, Grant Creek Vet steps up to take care of our pets. Dr. Johnson worked overtime to see our old dog on his last leg. I can’t thank her enough for her selflessness and expertise. In this unimaginably hard time saying goodbye to our beloved dog, she made this as smooth and painless as possible. Look no further for a compassionate, intelligent hard working vet.

I needed a vet rather quickly as I'd just returned from a trip to find one of my dogs had a pretty severe ear infection. I was able to get in the very next day. The staff processed my regular vet's records very quickly, assessed my dog's condition and thoroughly explained the issue and how they wanted to treat it. The vet and staff were very thorough, professional, and kind. If I ever look to change my family vet I will definitely not hesitate to choose these folks!

Love this veterinary service. My girls get fantastic care by loving responsive people. Prices aren't outrageous and I feel safe about my babies being here!

We were visiting Missoula for two weeks only, and our pup needed a dental. Staff was wonderful in working with us to get her in asap, and the Vet took her time explaining every little detail. Our girl had her dental (surgery) done and was her usual happy, playful self by the next morning. No trauma at all! Would definitely recommend.
