Love when I take my cat here, they clearly love kitties and they are quick with his pawdicure, and he loves how they call him handsome every time!

My experience was, and always has been, great!

I called to have my cat seen for a wound he recieved. The individual on the phone was extremely rude. She wasn't sympathetic or helpful at all. I was pretty much shamed for having a cat whom got injured and made to feel as though I'm a neglectful pet parent. More or less her cattitude wasn't called for. This isn't the first time I've called here and been treated rudely. I do not recommend this vet.

Quick and friendly with my kitty, they were really helpful told me how to help my cats digestive issues and got him updated on all his shots,but i just couldn't go in with him for some reason i had to drop him off so they could work him into there schedule but they got him in fast an in a couple hours back home.

My cats are 11.5 years old and of all the vets they have been to in different states, Cats on Broadway is by far the best! Dr. Jenny Ault is so nice, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She is honest and there are never any "hidden fees" or surprise charges! She treats my kitties as if they are her own, with so much love and respect. Her staff is always wonderful and helpful, too! 100 stars!

I've had multiple vets across multiple states, and Dr. Jenny is the finest vet I've had the pleasure of working with. Both her and her staff are knowledgeable and care deeply about their patients. As for prices, it's veterinary care. If you were going to the doctor without health insurance, things would be pretty expensive there, too! The quality of care and the quality of the staff providing that care are more than worth the money.

Really great staff and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was to microchip my cat and get his vaccines updated. I had a lot of questions coming in and the vet was really experienced and knew exactly what to do in order to get our paperwork done for an upcoming move.

Everyone was a joy to work with in my and Tulip's experience. We were in and out quickly, which I liked.

They were wonderful with my kitty! I was able to get him in when everywhere else was booked for months. The treatment was amazing and much less expensive than vet clinics I've been to in the past. I will for sure be going to Cats on Broadway with my fur balls in the future!

From my first phone call to Cats on Broadway I felt like I had made a good choice. Ashley (I think) was very sweet and listened to me. She said she'd pass on my call to Dr Jenny and I didn't expect to hear until the following week as I'd called quite late on a Friday afternoon. But, Dr Jenny called me that evening. After our appointment we had a good chat with the vet regarding the care of our beloved fur baby. We are so relieved to have found a vet and practice that seems genuinely interested in every patient. I love the attention to customer care; from lovely staff to emailing you lab results and surveys on your experience. Very impressed with this practice!

I cannot say enough nice things, but Cats on Broadway has a uniquely sympathetic touch when working with cats and customers. I have had such great experiences with the doctors and the staff and I could not have put my cat in better hands! Thank you so much!

started out good... I'd rather drive an hour to Hamilton where a vet will actually work with me on a game plan. this one ended up causing issues that didn't need to be caused and didn't address it properly.

Friendly staff but super expensive if u don't have a lot of money to get ur cat fixed and there shots.

Dr. Ault and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable about felines and always make my kitties feel comfortable during our visits. I have learned so much about feline nutrition and care that I never knew before thanks to Dr. Ault. I have watched her bring a cat that I thought for sure was on her way out back to life through her care and her instruction for home care and nutrition. I very much trust these wonderful people with my pets health and quality of life ❤

Everyone is always very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, and they take such great care of my little fur baby. Dr. Jenny and the team are also always happy to answer my multitude of questions about cat health and behavior. I appreciate this veterinary team so much, and highly recommend to anyone with a feline friend! We also board our cat here when we leave town for the holidays and couldn't trust anyone more to take care of our fickle feline. 5 stars, all the way. Thank you, Cats on Broadway!

I love this place! Dr. Jenny is an absolute wonder! She always takes the time to talk to us in depth when we need more information, and she's so good with our kitty! Her office staff is friendly and helpful.

You can tell the people working here do really care about animals. I've been going here for years and I've never had any problems.

Dr. Jenny and her staff take extra care in your's and your pets experience. A trusted professional vet. We take our pets here and worry about nothing. Highly suggest bringing pets here.

The doctor here is amazing and is very friendly and professional however, the office manager is very snarky, condescending, rude and lacks customer service skills. You should NEVER argue with a customer regardless if they are right or wrong. Because of her attitude, I have gone elsewhere and the friendliness of the staff at my new vet is night and day difference. It’s unfortunate that business was lost for this wonderful Dr. due to her poor choice in management.

Hands down worst vet clinic in town. The other negative reviews are correct, these people are rude, try to upsell you, only seem to care about the money, and flat out get "snarky" with their customers, as another review stated.
