Always nice and helpful staff

I don’t like to write reviews but we have a weird experience tonight. Normally when I go in with my dog to get treats, all the staff are amazing about asking to pet him (my dog is a deaf rescue and while he’s fine being around people, he does NOT like being pet by strangers. I bring him with me to do counter conditioning training in a distracting place). I always thank them for asking and politely decline and apologize and give a brief explanation and they’re always great about it. Tonight the cashier came up behind us, startling both me and my dog, and pet his back without asking or saying anything. My dog couldn’t hear him coming and was rightfully startled and scared by randomly being grabbed. I said he wasn’t friendly with strangers and pulled him back a bit. When my items were being rang up, the guy asked “so what’s wrong with him anyway?” I said he was deaf and could be people reactive. He didn’t apologize or say anything after that. I’m not sure if it’s part of training or anything, but if not it’s just common sense. Don’t ever pet random dogs without asking!! My dog uncomfortable and uneasy the rest of the time in the store. It might seem like nothing to some people but if you have a reactive dog you know how one bad experience can set you back.

I recommend the grooming Salon, Ronnie and Sammy are so nice!

One of the best stores ever!! Who doesn't want to go shopping with a bunch of furries and cuteness!! common now!! I love it there and the prices aren't too bad.

Attended dog rescue sale from out of town. , nice service besides grooming and pet CV products store..also had cats for sale from local pound

Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. Best dog groomers in town! They are honest and take great care of your pets while they have them!

Friendly staff but for the love of God can you stop forcing them to wear those stupid masks! I would like to actually see some smiles for a change! It is also very hard to understand what they are saying due to their voices being muffled by those muzzles! Stop the torture

Nice people a little bit short right now because of the lack of employees during covid. Not understand why that is! Oh yeah because we have a horrible president. Anyway everyone's nice though

Was very confused on which product I was looking for for my cat, store was very busy but some sweet worker named faith took time to help me & was very patient and friendly, really made my experience 10/10!!

Prices are very high compared to what you can get else where but to have your dog groomed is about the only thing that's a reasonable price but employees are always great when it comes to customer service

Generally I get the pixie, done panini style. Recently had the Soundgarden, also fantastic. BTW, I am in no way vegetarian. These two sammies are so good, I just enjoy them. And it's fun to look longingly at all the import goods they stock as well!!

Standard big box store. Clean, friendly folks. They had the feeder bugs I was after.

I DO NOT recommend taking your dog to get groomed by a gal named Oreana. She man handles the dogs. Do not bring any dog that is old or needs special requirements because she does not understand how to do her job. She is also very rude after every experience with her. I would not feel safe bringing my dog back to her specifically.

Well stocked, helpful, and friendly staff. My husband and I have a Bearded Dragon. Before the pandemic I always went to Petco for his (our Bearded Dragon), insect needs. However, during the pandemic live crickets became few and far between, if they were even stocked. Soon enough, crickets became more frequently stocked, except they were mostly always dead. So out of frustration I decided to give PetSmart a try. Much better stock and healthy live crickets! I also see they have some birds and reptiles available for purchase now and the pet adoption center is now in service again.

The store clean, staff friendly, animal cages clean with critters looking healthy.

Based on my experience at Petco I wish I could give six stars. The aisles are neat, well stocked, and organized (NOT the case with Petco which was more like a mini-tornado ran rampant through the aisles) and the services are excellent (we took our standard poodle in for grooming and were extremely happy with the outcome, especially considering it was $25 cheaper than the St. Louis location we used to go to). I also find that the staff are more accessible and knowledgeable than the 'other place', by a factor of, well, you get my point. Definitely recommended, especially for grooming (and apparently other places in town are booked out over a month. We got in in less than a week).

Great people and prices they have what you need

Didn't find what i was looking for. Stocks/selection seemed low, though i guess that is the way it is now. I guess it is easier for making decisions! Store itself, and employees are fine.

The grooming folks at this location are awesome! I usually take my pups to Shannon or Kiersten H - both of them are really sweet and seem to genuinely care about the animals they groom.
