Email from client: I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Misty and Dr. Greg Clausen for over a year now and when I found out they were leaving the Bozeman/Belgrade area I was sad to see them go. Once I found out they were purchasing their own practice in Livingston I decided I would travel to continue to get the best care possible for my fur babies. Both of them give the best quality care and truly care for my pets. They are amazing doctors and worth the drive!

These guys were awesome. I had an emergency and they were the only vet in town who would take me (albeit she was a new patient). They were clearly VERY busy but handled themselves professionally and as prompt as they could. Very thankful for them. And my patient is doing great!

I am so thankful for this veterinary hospital. I called another vet in town, and they could not see my 15 year old dog after another infection arose after being bitten by what we think was a brown recluse. Livingston Veterinary Hospital don’t hesitate at all even though they had no appointments available. They told me to drop her off and they would squeeze her in somewhere and get her seen by the other be of the day. They knew my concern because my dog is very old and she didn’t seem to be doing well. They could see the infection was bad. They listened and wanted me to leave her overnight. They did not charge me to keep her overnight, which I found incredibly generous. You can tell how much they care for they’re pet patients as well as the pet owners. I truly can not say enough great things about this place. They reassured me the antibiotics should help, and told me to call if she didn’t appear to be getting better. I’m so thankful, and my dog is finally starting to act and appear normal. I highly recommend this ver. The owners are amazing and the staff are all incredibly caring. I could hear them taking care of and cleaning my dog when I came to pick her up because she went to the bathroom in the kennel she slept in and stepped in it. They kindly gave her a quick rinse and talked to her the whole time. Not only were they amazing in seeing my dog without an appointment, taking care of my dog, dealing with me being upset, but also the facility is very clean and inviting. The front desk staff is amazing too.

Livingston Veterinary Hospital is wonderful with my 2 cats. I have a 15 year old senior cat with mast cell liver cancer that we have gone the route of palliative care treatment. I also have a 4 year old male cat that had a urinary blockage. They are wonderful and knowledgeable with both the young and old felines! They are compassionate and talk to me. They mention prices of treatments beforehand which I highly appreciated to mentally prepare myself for the cost. What really impressed me was that they are willing to research information to create the best treatment plan! I know time is limited for attention to each pet, but they were willing to look into concerns further. I highly recommend them! They are also very reasonably priced!! We used to use a veterinarian in Bozeman, and while they were great - I always wanted to cry after seeing the bill because it was always so high even for routine care. However, after both routine and emergency visits to Livingston Veterinary Hospital, I've been extremely relieved at the pricing! (Don't get me wrong they aren't cheap, they are still expensive because that is the nature of veterinary services, but they are *reasonably* priced compared to other vets in the Bozeman/Livingston area.) I highly recommend this place. Ohh, and they also approved of a chewy prescription diet and pharmacy order which was nice, convenient, and we really appreciate. I know some vet offices only allow ordering prescription diets/medicine from their own in office pharmacy. It's good to know we have both options at this vet to order prescriptions on site at this vet as well as online options from other venders. Thank you!

What you did for our family to help with Kaiser was above and beyond. The house visit, how calm, respectful and comforting your staff was. It was just very nice. And what you did with him after his passing warmed our hearts up. Thank you very very much.

We were traveling in our RV when we had an emergency with our two Shih Tzu's. The doctors and staff got us right in and took care of our furbabies. Everyone was wonderful ❤ they even called us the next day to be sure that our pups were doing well. I highly recommend them.

They always take time with my cocker spaniel before any exam to make sure he's comfortable very kind hearted always there when I have any questions! Good people you can count on who truly care!

Very caring staff and Dr. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for seeing my Maddie today and even tho it was the worst news I could get....I know they all cared very much. Thank you.❤ Edited: Saying good bye to your most beloved pet is one of the hardest things to do...I thank the entire staff for helping my husband and I say good bye to our most loved Maddie Girl. You made it painless (for her) and hugged us with total support and love....I will never forget that. Im.sorry your time with her was short as I am sure you would have been the best vets for her....I made a good choice on Google. You all would have fallen in love with her as we did 15.5 years ago.❤ Thank you all.

My 7-month-old puppy became ill while we were visiting Yellowstone NP - 1,000 miles from home. Dr. Clauson was kind, compassionate and caring. I highly recommend this place.

We think of our dog as a member of our family and take his health and well being seriously. It is a rare privilege to find a veterinarian facility that takes such pride in what they do. The staff here really take the time to connect with you and your pet. We will continue to bring our dog here and highly recommend them to anyone in search of a vet to care for their animal. Five stars isn’t enough!

The Dr's saved my dog he ate part of a rope toy and they started surgery at 330 in the afternoon and over 3 hours later I got a call they had to remove 2 ft of intestines but he's doing better has had a little of a rough day today but I was warned that would happen but thank you so much for saving keno

We called on our way to Livingston, and they gave us an appointment within an hour of calling for a new client. Customer service was top-notch, everyone was so nice and welcoming. The Vet showed genuine care, concern, and compassion for our kitty with an ear ache... he delivered a diagnosis professionally and timely. One of the best veterinary experiences I have ever had; couldn’t recommend this establishment more!

I recently moved to Livingston from Miami and I needed to establish local care for my 12-year-old Siberian Husky, Sam, and update his vaccines so that he's ready for the land of mountains and lakes. I was at the mercy of choosing a place at random since we are so new to town, but I was pleasantly surprised as I looked over their website on how comprehensive their scope of services is. So, I booked Sam an appointment and I could not be happier with the decision I made for my best friend. Dr. Clausen became Sam’s veterinarian and Jill was our technician on this visit. They both treated Sam with care and, even though Sam was there to get scary shots, I could tell that he really liked them both too. Both Dr. Clausen and Jill thoroughly explained the options available for treating Sam’s arthritis and dental needs, and they came up with a great plan to make his senior years the best that they can be. In addition to everyone in the practice being highly professional, they were also fun to be around and it is evident as soon as you walk in that this will be the best place to receive a high level of care for your pet. Unlike other veterinarian practices where Sam has been a patient, Livingston Veterinary Hospital did not offer me a line of expensive treatments that are unnecessary, their plan for his care was truly dedicated to establishing the right care, and at the right time. Hands-down, this is five stars.

Everyone that works there is super friendly! The vet spent a ton of time answering 4-5 of my questions about my sweet pitbull. He loved on her and definitely showed that he cares about her. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience bringing my dog in for dental work and to explore a heart murmur. Both doctors took plenty of time to explain what I needed to know and to help me understand my baby’s issues. I really appreciate the care and professionalism demonstrated by both doctors as well as the staff. Highly recommended!

I can count on both Drs. Klausen and staff when our boys need care. We appreciated their attention last week when they had a full schedule but found a way to squeeze in one more pooch with a sore foot needing treatment.

Dr. Greg Clausen at the Livingston Veterinary Hospital is awesome! He is extremely caring, always gives you lots of options with your animal and is so reasonably priced. I am so glad he bought the business from Dr. Dickerson! We are very impressed. We will be bringing our animals to him for as long as he is here in Livingston!

Dr. Greg Clausen has been helping care for my dog since she was diagnosed with cancer 8 months ago. He has been straightforward but compassionate, gentle with my dog, and has made time to see her same day as needed. I appreciate the compassion and care provided here, and that my love for my pet is understood and shared.

I love Dr Redig and had brought both to my dogs to her several times. She was always very informative and had compassion for my pets. My 13 year old dog had been scheduled for a tooth to be pulled last february with the new doctor that had recently purchased the clinic. I dropped her off for her appointment and recieved a call later that there was another tooth that needed to be extracted and I shouldn't wait on it. I had originally been quoted a couple hundred dollars and assumed it wouldn't be much more since she was already sedated so I gave them the go ahead. When I came to pick her up the bill was around 700 dollars. I was pretty shocked and asked if there was somehow I could make payments. The doctor I could tell was not ok with that and said I spose we could do half now but would need the rest in the next couple weeks. My husband said just pay them and be done with it so I did. They brought out my dog and she looked like she was in shock. Her pupils were huge she was shaking and had blood all over her mouth. I then noticed the doctor had dry blood all over his hands. When he brought her to me.Very unprofessional and my dog was not herself for a few days after. She acted like I had beat her and took a while to warm back up to me. I will never bring my pets back here and I would never reccomend anyone else to either. Overpriced and not experienced.

Dr.Greg and Dr. Misty are both kind and compassionate people! They are the only ones I trust to take care of my pets!
