I've been taking our cats and dogs to Animal Clinic of Billings for 15+ years and am very satisfied with the quality of service we receive. I don't have to worry if my animals are receiving the attention they deserve.

I have been going to the Animal Clinic for 20 years and I have always been treated well . I have had dogs as well as cats. The doctors and assistant treat my cat as if it was theirs. They have given me alot of tips to take care of her.

I had car trouble as well as medical appts and needed to find a safe place for my Sadie (1 yr old shepard) The staff at Animal Clinic of Billings boarded her for me until I could make arrangements to pick her up. All of this happened at the last minute and the staff accommodated my needs on a last minute notification. They are very professional and the animals are always number one with them.

Dr Scott was very patient and caring with my little Shih Tzu. He explained everything with such care and attentiveness. His knowledge was superior and I highly recommend this clinic. As a new patient, we will return for all our doggie needs.

I recently switched to the Animal Clinic of Billings after receiving sub-par care at another Billings vet. The difference in the quality of care was like night and day. After one visit, I knew my pets and I were in great hands. Every single one of the staff members was so kind, caring, helpful, welcoming and very knowledgeable. It was obvious they care both about their patients and their owners. Care was amazing...I felt at home, like I had been bringing my pets there for years. The vet was so knowledgeable and took time to explain everything in detail. Labs were drawn and run right there in clic with results before I left my appointment so there was no back and forth phone tag to review the findings and plan for care. Overall, it was a great experience and I left trusting that I had come to the right place. I would recommend it to anyone who wants the best for their furry family member!

I have had several dogs in the past 35+ years and Dr. Ken Brown has been the vet for every one. I trust he and his staff 100% with my pets. Ken is the most caring and patient veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and have care for my pets. I am very honored to call Dr. Ken Brown a friend as well as my pet's veterinarian.

BEST clinic I've ever taken my dogs to. My 11 yr old dog recently had her back give out suddenly. We live in Cody, WY, and Dr. Brown was willing to take her in as soon as we could arrive. He has an incredibly gentle demeanor, instills confidence and that's just what I needed. The staff is beyond supportive, understanding and caring. What started out as the most horrific experience was made far more easier to cope with thanks to them. Tomorrow, a Saturday, he will be performing surgery on my little girl and I have such hope now. Thank you to all of you......I can't say enough thanks for your care and professionalism.

We have gone to the Animal Clinic since the 1990's. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere because of the care our pets and family have received. We had an emergency yesterday with our black lab pup and were immediately brought in for the care that he needed. Dr. Massic was wonderful! Dr. Brown has been with us for our new pups and he has been there for us when we have lost our beloved "furry" family members. We are happy to see any of the doctors at the clinic when Dr.Brown is not available.

We have been to a number of vets trying to find one capable of handling my working-line search and rescue German Shepherd (EXTREMELY intelligent and very high drive) and finally found Dr. Bobbi Jo Massic who came highly recommended by one of our training coaches. Incredible experience all around. The techs are amazing, know how to handle dogs and love them! Dr. Massic is the same- she obviously speaks dog language. Highly recommend for GSD or other high drive dog handlers.

Dr. Brown is AMAZING. My dog Lacie got her ACL repaired at another vet in town. However, she was not healing correctly, so Dr. Brown removed it for her. He was so great about sitting down with me and walking me through everything and staying touch! The staff is so sweet, and they’re always excited to see my dog. They are very professional and personable. The atmosphere is so welcoming. I’ve been to three other veterinarians in town, but I 100% recommend Dr. Brown and his staff every time. If it wasn’t for them, my dog would be in so much pain, but now she’s running around again and she’s able to be a dog again. Thank you for treating Lacie like your own Animal Clinic of Billings!

I had a terrible experience with another vet in town giving me incorrect information. I was in a panic and very flustered. But I am so glad I did my own research and found this animal clinic. The staff was so friendly and treated my girl so well! Dr.Brown is so knowledgeable and what I loved most is how willing he was to sit me down and go over all the ins and outs. The staff even let us take pictures and record them so me and my fiancé could communicate better with the procedure and the after care. I will probably never go to another vet again. I was so impressed.

I can't say enough about the folks at the Animal Clinic of Billings. They are always very professional, courteous and understanding. We have had now 3 dogs and one cat that we have taken to their office and have been nothing short of impressed with their commitment to the welfare of all of our pets. They have always provided alternatives to what we thought were standard treatments and clearly explaining their reasoning for either doing or not doing a certain procedure; many times against their financial benefit. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a great vet clinic.

We drove 6 hours from home to bring our pup to this clinic for a professional surgical procedure - Dr. Brown does a clean and exceptional job with ear cropping. (Cropping to reduce risks of ear infections and bleeding out if bit in the ear ) Mandy took the time to correspond with us on caring for our puppy's ears and bandages in between follow up appointments. Each person (gals at the front desk included) here demonstrates their love for the animals that come through their doors- its an uneasy feeling when you have to leave your fur baby overnight with "strangers" but everyone here gave us a very comforted feeling that our baby was in great hands. We are more than satisfied with our overall experience with the Animal Clinic of Billings. Thank you!

I had a beautiful am staff puppy given to me, I named him Po. When Po was given to me the breeder had cropped his ears and they weren't symmetrical.called Dr. Brown with concerns and he heard me out and said we can fix it. Their was some confusion initially but the the Animal clinic of Billings had no problem accomadting Po. They fixed his ears up perfectly and professionally. I will never go anywhere else these guys are the best

The staff I worked with were absolutely FANTASTIC and relieved all of my feelings of foreboding of my little piece of work wiener dog that I love dearly would never be able to walk again! Dr. Brown was absolutely a superstar meeting me late on a cold Saturday night to take care of my little guy and perform surgery on a Sunday morning so he would be able to walk again. The rest of the staff was also great and I truly felt cared for my dachshund post surgery and taking the time to answer all my questions on how he was doing. Last thing I want to do a shout out to PT Laura for all the PT work she did with my little guy! 10 out of 10 recommend the Animal Clinic of Billings for their care and unique specializations on animal care.

Dr. Brown is amazing!! I couldn’t have felt more comfortable and at ease leaving my fur baby in his very capable hands. He eased my concerns and talked with me a good 10 minutes past my appointment to make me feel better about the operation. He did an amazing job on her and his staff kept me in the loop throughout the entire process! They’ve followed up twice since her surgery (6 days ago) to check in on her and I! I appreciate their attention to their patients and extreme care of personal circumstances. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found this vet service and will gladly be driving the 5 hour drive to see them again!

Two of my little Dachshunds had to have IVDD surgery. The staff and Dr. Brown were fantastic with updates and letting us know exactly what was happening and how our little dogs were. One we just recently got home and the other had her surgery several months ago and is doing fantastic!!! Thank you!!

4-5 years ago, Took a dog I was given, was abused prior, for a price on repairing her non set broken leg. They were Wonderful in comparison to the 3 vets We had visited. Saw them last year. Office Mgr has Issues! Not going back, much as I Love the Dr. Brown.

The staff is highly competent and they care for your pets. The billing department must have been trained by one of the hospitals. Make sure you know the exact cost before you agree to anything. They over charge for everything.

They have been the best vet we have ever had. After leaving another veterinary clinic from low levels of service and support, we came to Animal Clinic of Billings on a friends recommendation. It has been great ever since. Both our labs are actually excited when they go there and the staff greets them by name. Our older lab had terrible hip problems that required ortho surgery on both - great success! She is back to acting like a puppy again. Couldn't be happier.

Dr. Brown could see I was nervous about my dog's health and he went above and beyond to calm my fears. I phoned in advance to discuss pricing and Angie was very helpful every step of the way. The entire staff is very kind and professional. Highly recommend.

I had probably the worst day of pet ownership in my life on Saturday, when my cat was hurt badly by a neighboring dog. My usual vet was out of town, and we showed up out of the blue with my mortally wounded cat. They could not have been kinder or more understanding. Despite the pandemic Dr. Brown gave my daughter and I hugs and did all she could to help us feel better as we said goodbye. Then this morning I got a delivery from Gainans of a rose and with condolences from Dr. Brown. It was another incredible gesture of kindness from a vet that very clearly does, truly, care. Thank you.

Took my Giant Schnauzer to get her ears cropped. 100% recommend going to Dr. Brown and the team. Everyone was very helpful and very informative, can definitely tell they love and care for their patients. One of the better vets I’ve been to.

I called to get a quote on a visit and the first time I called they ask if I can hold for a moment and I said sure and it ended up being 20+ minutes so I call back and they answer right away like I wasnt just on hold forever! I firmly believe they forgot about me and didn't even apologize. Listen up ladys of animal clinic of billings if you dont like your freaking job then go work somewhere else.

Dr. Brown was recommended to me by my local vet's office for a TPLO surgery on my bird dog. At our first meeting he spent over an hour with me explaining my choices and answering all my questions. I developed a great deal of confidence in his ability. He did not disappoint. My dog has recovered nicely. Dr. Brown spent time discussing her condition with me following post-op appointments even calling me at home to discuss the results of X-rays taken and forwarded to him by my local vet. He has been very accommodating.

Dr. Brown and his entire staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable in all aspects of care, both for the pet and the owner. Dr. Brown performed a soft palate procedure and tonsillectomy on our Boston Terrier with an amazingly positive outcome. If you want a first class, professional and caring hospital, we highly recommend the Animal Clinic of Billings.

Our Pets are one of the “family” so treat them as one. The staff at Animal Clinic of Billings has kept my four legged family member in “Tip Top Shape and I wouldn’t think of taking her anywhere else and she really gets excited when we pull into the parking lot !! (No joke) now that tells me a lot ????

First time taking my dog there. Friendly staff. Prompt on appointment time. Definitely use again.
