Always great service and care for my animals.

They have been my fur babies doctors for over 8 years and I am so thankful for them. My dachshund recently passed away and Dr. Herron(I hope I spelt it right) and Anya(also hoping I spelt it right) made me feel very comfortable with the fact that I was going to lose my boy. Anya is amazing. I've never met someone so emotionally involved with my fur baby as I was and to know it was his favorite German vet tech meant the world. We love you Caring Hands. My step son's dog broke her leg. Caring hands said she has to have her leg amputated.1000 dollars. Other vet said if leg isn't bothering her there is no reason to amputate 50.00 dollars. Murmur has a limp but is fine Caring hands care's about the money you put in their hands. My dog Ellie and I will take our business elsewhere.

Excellent Doctors, they've never made a bad call. I've gone here for 20 yrs, tried other clinics for various reasons over the years, but always come back here because they provide the best care to my animals. Very caring staff. They don't upsell. They do their best to provide the best care for your pet within your budget.

I brought in my sweet cat to have her put down and everyone was so kind and caring.

Treated him great. Gave him a a pedicure. Took blood and seems to care a lot. Willing to work with me and wants feedback on how he is doing. Really a great place and will be using them for future. Thanks people

Staff is fabulous and Dr. Herron is the best. We trust these guys completely with our whole menagerie of fur/feathered/scaled children. Plan to wait on hold for a minute when you call, because the client ahead of you is getting the same total and complete focus and patience you'll get when it's your turn. They have compassionate and honest care, and patiently help with nail trims or weight fluctuations, offer great boarding services and are up front about treatment options and costs. Artemis (my lab mix) ate a foam ball at 5 mths old and Dr. Herron acted quickly and expertly based on symptoms of "looking sad and not eating" to find, assess and remove the blockage and a piece of intestine. I think Art knows how much she needed the rescue, and 4 yrs later, still loves going to the vet.

Brought both my pups in, needed full shots for one and rabies only for the other. Had a friend dropping the dogs off and made it clear that she was not able to make any decisions on my pets and to call me. Instead, they just gave both my dogs full shots. Resulted in an additional $60 in charges. Manager refused to do anything about it and when I asked for a copy of the initial phone call they "lost" it. My first and last visit to caring hands, take your pets to Moore Lane instead, they actually care.

The service was reasonably fast. I wasn't able to observe as I has to wait in the car. For now, you will need to call to check in and wait until the staff comes outside to bring your pet inside and also wait outside until whatever procedure has been completed for them to return your pet. The bill was taken care of in a similar manner. They took my card inside and brought it back out after processing payment. If I had known this, I might have rescheduled for a day that wasn't so hot, but I needed to get shots done anyway. Thanks for taking care of our cat!

Unfortunately we do not recommend this facility for boarding! The lack of communication & care for our girl pup has changed our minds about ever boarding them again. This place does not have cameras or documents of when the boarding dogs are cared for when requested to see after my dog was returned to me being carried out in an employee arm's. I dropped pups off perfectly healthy, walking on their own and to be picking them up with absolutely no explanation of why she couldn't even walkon her own was beyond upsetting for any dog parent. We ended up taking her to the ER at another clinic shortly after she returned home from boarding here for 8 days. Thank God she is finally improving and on the mends of healing. Again, please know you're taking a risk when you drop your babies off here. Ps. We have yet to receive one call asking how she is doing or if her condition even improved since we got her from here. After reading many of your reviews you will claim that customers are in the wrong. I again told you like stated, there are voice-mail from your staff, Madison and one from your other vet doctor on March 17th. So this is totally okay and acceptable to give a pet owner back their pup that can no longer walk after they have been in your care with no explanation? Seems totally unprofessional and the comment you replied to this is definitely not professionl. So again, anyone who is using this facility, think about it before your babies come back injured, hurt or maybe result in death. Ps, they do not apparently have cameras in this business as well. Thank you for the unprofessionalism and to know who to stay clear of when boarding and trusting with our pets. And for your comment, I have every call log from your facilty, including date, time and voice-mails. So to say that you communicated about her injuries is beyond me. Let's not mentioned the "free" xray I demanded of my dogs injuries in your care and you wanted me to pay for it. You seem to not recall her foot was the issue but took x-rays of her leg?!? That had to be confirmed by another Vet clinic . You're stating I declined care but I ended up having to spend extra money rushing our pup to the ER after being in your care makes absolutely no sense! She received the proper care at another ER clinic, antibiotics to treat her FOOT that was beyond infected and foot soaking treatment for the week. Thanks for the concern and response we got after paying almost $500 to board our puppies and to end up with a dog in terrible pain, An ER visit, and extra time off to care for her since she could not walk!

Everyone here is very caring and create an atmosphere of security and trust when leaving your little ones with them ????

This was the best vet I found for my animals, unfortunately when covid hit I called to get my dog a shot for his itching, I called 4 times the gal I spoke to said she would relay the message to our doctor, and sent an email. I waited for 3 weeks to get a response before I went to another vet, I just couldn’t watch my dog scratch his ears to the point they were bloody and raw. Also our 10month old puppies records say she was given shots before she was even born almost all of her records say she is over a year old

All around the board great experience...

Took my cat here as a kitten when she needed shots and then again when she had a little health concern. My only complaint is that the waiting room is pretty small and animals often interact with each other- my cat hates other animals. Overall it is a very great place. Will come again if the need arises.

They are great with ur animals and low prices

Dr. Herron and Jordi were such a great team. They were very friendly from the moment I called. They did whatever it took (and even stayed after hours) to get my beloved doodle in for a surgery. They brainstormed endless solutions for healing and went above and beyond to give him the best care. Best of all, they treated him like he was their own!! Highly recommend this team!!!

Easily the best veterinary clinic in Billings. The staff is friendly with me and also my doggos. I would absolutely recommended Caring Hands to friends and family.

All my pets i take there, they are down to earth and always helpful. Love that it feels like the neighborhood vet. Staff is always friendly. and they love my babies!!

Reminders for shots, dental, checkups, always makes sure your pets healthy updated

What a wonderful caring place of business! We took my daughters dog there as she was having sudden health issues. They were able to work us in between appointments. Listen to our concerns, answered our questions and help to to stay with in our budget. Sadly we lost our fur baby later that day. But again they were so kind and caring and worked us in again in trying to help us save her. The compassion of the whole staff during this horrible sudden tragedy was so Heart warming. They allowed us all the time we needed to grieve in the moment with our baby. Thank you all so very much! Their prices seemed fair Not outrageous like some. I want to thank them for the wonderful treatment they gave my daughter with her dog! I will definitely be giving them another try for regular care when it’s not such a stressful situation.

Caring Hands is an amazing and well established veterinarian hospital I’m Billings. The staff there is extremely helpful and it is obvious that their staff cares about their patients. Since moving to Billings a little over a year ago Dr Herron and her staff have been taking great care of my dog and have gone above and beyond to make sure he maintains a healthy lifestyle. Even though I had recently made a tough decision in regards to my Husky and with all the COVID shenannegans happening, Dr Herron made sure I was aware of his situation and helped me feel confident in my decision of getting surgery. I know for sure that I’ll be using this bet hospital in the future if I decide to stay here after graduate school. I would recommend this vet clinic for anyone.

I had an initial appointment today for my dog. After dealing with 2 front desk staff that were beyond unprofessional I walked out without even seeing the vet. Update: They called me 35 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment because they finally realized I had walked out. I understand emergencies take priority, but there was no mention of a wait when I checked in. Also, they are the ones that had called me one day prior to my scheduled appointment and asked me to move it to this time. I should have known the experience would be bad. When I called to schedule my appointment I was on hold for several minutes and the receptionist was rude then. Really good customer service you got there. ???? Update: A rude response. No surprise considering it's from this place. What a joke! Take your pet elsewhere!

They have been great with our 3 dogs.

Extremely disappointing! This is the second time there have been issues. Moving on to another vet this time! When I called for appointment asked if my pets needed to see the vet for anything and was told things could be handled with a tech appointment Upon arriving today things changed. This happened a few months ago same scenario. My pets are spoiled and don't mind making sure they are checked out and taken care of properly with their needs. Really miss Dr. Kuehn and Darlene!
