Glacier K9 Resort & Spa Kalispell, Montana

We decided to switch from another dog daycare place to Glacier K9 because we love that they have indoor/outdoor playtime. Our pup Willow was shy for the first few visits, but they made sure she felt welcome and loved. We had to start off her first 5 days on their "slower" days, to get her acclimated to a new daycare routine. Now, she walks in with all the confidence in the world. The pricing is also very fair compared to the previous daycare we were taking her. Highly recommend Glacier K9, and will be bringing Willow here all the time! The enrichment activities are also a fun add on too!

The pups had a blast at doggy daycare. They came home tired, with a smile on their faces. The upside for all, besides the amazing care, its affordable too. What a great service for the Flathead.

Always leave our Dog here when we go out of town.

We are so happy with the service we got! Finally a place we feel safe taking our fur babies to! When we took our Shepherd to kennels before she would come back unhappy, and depressed for at least 2 days. This time both dogs were happy!! We will definitely be back!!

This was my first visit with our dog. The staff was welcoming and warm. I felt our dog was in a good place. I will definitely go back many more times.

Our dog Buddy is always excited to go play with his friends. We had to stay in a hotel due to a water leak. They helped us by taking Buddy for some overnight stay. We missed him, but new he was in good hands.

My dog Odie loves to play here! He is well taken care of! Fun activities each week and lots of outdoor playspace.

Simba has so much fun at doggie daycare and we love the staff. Everyone who works there is so good with the dogs. Also, good selection of quality dog food, toys, treats and other goodies. Thanks for taking such good care of us. We think Glacier K9 is the best!

These guys truly go out of their way every day to make sure your furbaby is taken care of. They are amazing people, super dependable, and will even work around your hours to make sure they can help whenever possible! They're amazing!

Got our two girls to stay here for the day while we hiked glacier. They seemed to have a good time. No issues or anything and the girls were exhausted when we picked them up. A tad bit of info to fill out online at first but it makes the exchange at the facility go very fast. $42ish if I remember right for the day. We dropped them off at open (7:30a) and picked them up pretty much at close (6p). We had called and asked if they could also give them a bath while they were there. The lady said maybe. Goes on like a write in list? Wasn’t really sure/didn’t quite understand. I wasn’t too worried if it happened or not. But just be aware if you want them put up for the day and to get a bath, call a few days ahead and discuss to see how you can work that out. Would go here again without hesitation after our experience.

Our dog was there for a few nights, she had stitches in her paw from a recent surgery. It was supposed to stay wrapped and dry. They said they could handle this. When we picked her up she arrived with no wrapping, torn stitches and a dirty wound. We were upset about this, and the owner insisted no notification was needed to us or her vet??? They just made that call on their own, never bothered to call us or her vet. Their excuse was she kept eating it off, so ok...then call us or the vet and we will bring here to the animal hospital. If you don’t mind medical negligence then give it a try! HARD PASS!

We have been taking our dog to Glacier K9 for about a year and a half. Our doggo can be timid at times, and if you're anything like me, leaving your pet can be painful! However, the folks at Glacier K9 do a great job socializing with pets and understanding their unique (quirky!) needs. We feel confident each time we take our dog there, and we know she enjoys her time too...the tail doesn't lie!

Maple loves when she gets to stay here! I really like the options to select extra play time, snuggles, treats and day care for overnight stays. Staff is so nice and friendly. 10/10 Also! They even sent me an email reminder for yearly update to get Bordetella vaccination. This was actually super nice, appreciate the reminder!

Great facility! Really clean and amazing staff! Our Golden Retriever is boarded here when we are out of town.

Murphy and I just love this place Murphy's my almost 2-year-old auss ie he loves it. He knows as soon as I get on the highway where we're going they're clean they're wonderful people there. He goes every week for playday.

The staff here are so friendly and are always so excited to see our dogs. I know my dogs are well taken care of here. I have used doggie day care and boarding services here and would recommend them to everyone! They are excellent at communicating as well. If any issues or concerns arise they call right away. They do stay pretty busy and often have customers in the lobby and/or on the phone but do a great job staying polite while taking care of everyone. (they do have an occupancy limit in their lobby due to covid - they can pick up your dog at your car if you don't want to go in the lobby too.

Friendly, compassionate staff. They do a wonderful job with dog daycare! My pup always sleeps well after his days there, and so happy each time we go back!

The facility was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful, caring for our dog like she was one of their own.

Our puppy Mysti absolutely loves doggie daycare. She is so excited to get there and always a little sad to leave. She comes home nicely tired out. She loves it so much we've expanded the number of days we let her go. It is good socialization for her and really helped her blossom.

Friendly staff and clean facility. When my dogs are boarded here for our vacations I don't worry and I know they are well cared for. Also great day boarding!

My dog is insecure and fearful especially around other dogs. Her confidence grows every time she goes to daycare. This shows me that she is receiving nothing but gentleness and support at daycare. Thank you for helping her grow!

Staff really care about your pets. I have been taking my dog to Glacier K9 to get him use to being boarded again. He had a bad experience at another kennel. We have been doing daycare for and up and coming boarding. He feeld very comfortable here which makes me feel comfortable to bring him here to board when we need to. Can't say enough about the staff and the and the safe setting

If I could give 0 stars, I would! We’ve taken our 3 fur babies to this kennel a few times in the last year. Every time they have told us that they had done well with the exception of June when we were only told that one had a bit of diarrhea and that otherwise they did great as usual. This time we showed up to pick them up from the “Presidential” room after a two night stay. When we showed up we were told that they did bad this time and pretty much told us that they weren’t welcome anymore because they supposedly were aggressively barking but fine if someone went into their room. They lied and said that we’ve been told this before which isn’t the case as we would have never taken them back to that place. The man working there was pretty snippy and rude. One of our dogs needed a bath as soon as we got home because he had caked on poop on his tail and paws and another wasn’t fed one of her meals leaving her hungry for one day. We counted the bags for each pet and they left two of her food bags instead of one. I’m appalled at how these people treated our pets. Getting upset because a pet gets an upset stomach and letting them stay dirty is not something I expect from a quality kennel. Leaving one of them without food for one of their meals is unacceptable. We are very disappointed and would never recommend anyone use this kennel.

Love this place. So friendly for dogs and super clean and nice. Highly recommend. The best dog daycare/boarding place in the valley hands down.

I will never take my little bulldog there again, she loved going there the first and second time. When we picked her up the second time she seemed not to happy and was shaking. Last time we took her there she didn’t want to go in at all. When we picked her up she seemed traumatized and was very upset all evening, she was freezing, her ears and body were cold, she must have been out outside and the temp was in the teens. We took her to another daycare and she was shaking at first. But she loved it. I don’t know what happened but it wasn’t good at your facility. If I didn’t have to put one star up I wouldn’t have put any. Never again will I take her to your facility. I must add after I posted this review the owner called and reached out to me and was very nice and invited me to watch the video of the time Gracie was there. I declined but felt much better knowing that she was genuinely concerned about my review. Maybe something happened out of there control.
