Amazing experience! We were seeking a second opinion for our 11 year old fur baby who was diagnosed with cushings. We were able to get an appointment quickly and Dr Neils was so sweet & kind with our pup. She spent a lot of time explaining cushings and our options for treatment. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. I then had to call a few days later while we were waiting for the test results because our dog stopped eating and drinking. The receptionist was so compassionate and caring and passed the information onto the dr right away. I highly recommend them!

Do Steel took great time n patience to help my German shepherd, who had a spinal cord injury, to empty his bladder, and not jump into the idea of urinary urethra,… in about 2 days later, my dog was able to do it himself. Amen! Very busy vets in this office, but they made time to see my handicap dog who can’t use his hind leg. Thank you to the great kind staffs, who helped me load and unload Goose, and my bill was very fair and affordable …I am very grateful to All Creatures at this stressful n crucial time of Goose’s recovery. I’ve changed my mind on this clinic. Weeks later still waiting on Dr. Neil’s call on my Shepherds X-rays. “I’ll give you a call tomorrow”- never happened. In addition..I’m sure there are healthier alternatives then giving your dog Zyrtec for allergies. Are there any true blue, caring, not “burnt out” veterinarian’s in the Flathead anymore? And Whitefish Animal hospital isn’t any better. $800 plus for testing and x-ray ..audacity to say.. $50 extra you can know the results now… or wait until tomorrow. Why does everything have to be such a nickel and dime racket? If anyone does have a good recommendation for a vet…please.

After taking my kids animals to All Creatures I have seen that they are back to being the great service Vet. Clinic I used to use and will be returning there again. They are very good and compassionate with your pets. Very thorough and knowledgeable. You can trust them with your fur babies.

I guess I was disappointed because when I rescued my dog from a shelter who was slated for euthanasia I was told flathead county vets participated in free wellness checks. My pup had a hot ear so I was hoping to get her checked and include treatment for her ear which I made it clear I would pay for. I was met with a big no. And also told to go somewhere else. Which I did. Bigfork veterinary clinic was more than happy to do a free wellness check and treat her ear. I am disappointed that All Creatures is not interested in promoting rescue in a time where there is such need, not interested in having a rapport with Bigfork all year residents, nor establishing a pet owner with care as a client. But, then again, I must thank them as I now have the comfort of knowing my awesome dog is in the right care now.

Every one of the team members at All Creatures is beyond amazing!!! ???? They r always slammed but quickly and cheerfully get everyone taken care of as soon as possible and with a smile on their face. All of the Dr's take all the time I need for questions every time I am there and they r very good at their jobs. Our community is very fortunate to have such a caring and professional small animal clinic ????????

They worked me in for a same day emergency appointment, when I hadn't been a client prior. Took great care of my cat, and will be switching vet care for all 4 of my animals here. Vet was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and explained what was going on very well. Great clinic, well priced as well.

My daughter has a 16 yr old Chihuahua who developed a bad cough and was having trouble breathing. We called every vet in the area with the same response...full and not taking new clients. We called all creatures and they said they were full but would squeeze him in. I originally thought kennel cough but all creatures quickly diagnosed congenital heart failure and put him on medicine immediately. Within 24 hrs "Biggie" was again full of energy wagging his tail rapidly and again barking at random animals and people. The staff was very attentive and curious and knowledgeable about his breed. Cost was far less than i expected for the visit and medicine.

Thank you for the care and compassion you all gave us when we had to have our Angel put down. Being able to do it outside in the sunshine where we could love her was special.

Terrible customer service. Sonya the front desk lady is the rudest person you will come across. Would not ever recommend to bring your pet here. You will waste your money and time and they won’t help your pet.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The vet was great at walking us through all of our options and explaining what was going on and what to do next. Wasn't able to go inside this time but I know they keep a very clean facility from previous visits.

I would have left this feedback privately via email, but it seems they have no website. I had positive experiences in the past with Dr. merkellis and reptiles. But that was years ago. Recently, I called to schedule a vaccination booster and dental cleaning for my cats who had their first round of vaccines at this clinic. The person who answered the phone couldn't find any records of me or my pets and couldn't schedule an appointment. I told him it was fine and I would send my records over later that day. He said he would call me back when he received the records. I sent my records over that day shortly after noon, and my contact info on the records was exactly what I had told them on the phone that they had no record of. I never received a call back after sending the records over so I called them the next afternoon. The same person who answered the call previously then made me 2 appointments one for the booster one for the dental. Both appointments were around a month out. I would've much rather scheduled one appointment since I have to leave the animal there for the dental cleaning anyway but fine, whatever. The person on the phone said they would send a confirmation of my appointments, but I never received one for either appointment. I also didn't get a reminder for the first appointment so I decided to just take my animals somewhere else. Somewhere that would return my calls or send the confirmations they said they would. Also more convenient to go (this location is on the edge of town and only accessible when traveling east.) Today the original person who answered the phone called with a reminder of the second appointment. Mind I never got the confirmation call, reminder about the first appointment, or a call about missing the first appointment. I expressed that I was frustrated about never getting any of the promised return calls and that since I am moving soon I'd just schedule something at a new vet in a new location and he canceled the second of my 2 appointments. Even if I wasn't moving, I would find somewhere else that at least seemed as though they wanted my pets to go there.

I don't give them any stars! They were too busy to even look at my baby dog ???? and he died 20 minutes after I got off the phone looking for some other vet that all creatures recommended to me!????????????

These people are the most professional veterinarian clinic in the Flathead. They truly care about your pet almost as much as you.

My usual vet is out of town where I spend too much time due to work. He gave a terminal diagnosis as multiple tumors were closing off my elderly dog's colon and urethra. I decided to bring him for his final days to his home in Montana. I went looking for a local small vet clinic that would have a caring and compassionate vet for the euthanasia procedure. I noted the five stars reviews for All Creatures and thought I found the right place. The procedure went horribly wrong. I was extremely emotional at the time due to my recent cancer battle where my dog had been at my side throughout and helped me through it. My judgement might have been clouded by this? I asked my regular vet for an expert analysis. 1. An initial sedative shot is a part of any caring vet's procedure. I had to ask for that shot to be given. As it turned out if that shot had not been given he would have suffered much much more. 2. Misjudging the amount of heart stopping drug that had to be administered is inexcusable. A second shot needed to be given. His judgement is that the Vet at All Creatures was "incompetent" and should not be practicing. The proper handling of this type of procedure is one of the most important of any vet's practice. The very least I owed my dog for 15 years of unconditional love and companionship was a dignified death as pain free as possible. I failed. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Go somewhere else. It takes an extremely sick individual to cut corners with a euthanasia procedure.
