It was alright. When you can get the attention of one of the staff they are really friendly and super helpful. If you don't, plan on waiting awhile or have to search someone out to get help.

I came in with some pretty technical aquarium questions. I was referred to a manager and then refered to another manager even higher up the chain. Eventually, I had the pleasure to meet Amanda, the in house aquarium guru. She asked me questions about my set up that I hadn't thought of and made sure I was doing everything right. She offered up better advice than I have found online and recommended a few products that I try. My plants are doing great and I think my Betta has been saved! Enormous shout out to this wonderful lady for taking the time to make things right in my underwater world.

I had questions about changing over dog food, and your associate explained what I needed based on the dog's needs and price point, helped me calculate how much I needed to purchase for one month's supply, and helped me get it all to the register.

It's very different from the Petco I used to frequent. Not as clean or organized.

Worst pet store on the planet! Rude cashier. The employees are dressed like they never do laundry. I see why online is popular!

Clean store. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of items for most every pet. I have reptiles cats dogs ferrets and fish so it's a great place to pick them all up something
