Place is a mess. Dogs kept in aquariums. Fish still in green water. They have a couple monkeys to look at. They ain't for sale though

Young couple helping out are always nice, get fish from them, always have healthy fish. Not sure about anything else, don't really look. I'd recommend for fish any day, they last longer then Petco or Petsmarts.

Improve the living conditions of your pets.

Animals in horrible condition, their cash value is more important over their health and happiness and it’s very obvious from multiple video and photo evidence found online. This is extremely disgusting. Close this place down.

If I could give you less stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting, dogs are in fish tanks, and fish tanks aren't cleaned. The animals have sores and scrapes on them is awful.

It is absolutely atrocious the way this company treats it's animals. Do. Not. Support. This. Business! If you want to adopt an animal, go to your local shelter. Someone should really send Humane Society of the United States to this place...

This shop MUST be closed immediately! None of the animals are held responsibly, they are sick, have no stimuli, no clean tanks, not enough room. This is animal abuse!

i’ve seen how poorly this place keeps their animals, it’s disgusting. should be shut down. those animals deserve to be looked after, all should be rehomed into a safer environment.

I was sick to my stomach after seeing how these animals are cared for. It’s worse than a dog pound, why are they in business?

I am sick to my stomach hearing about how these people cage animals. They aren’t properly cared for, they aren’t clean, and they have confetti all over the inside of their cages, in their water and food bowls, and in the corners of their eyes. The place is not welcoming at all, very eerie. The governor and local humane society have both been contacted and nothing has been done. This is completely inhumane and this place needs to be shut down. Those animals are dying in cages and you guys are trying to profit off of them! They need help! I will be sharing this story in hopes it goes viral. This place should be forced to be shut down. Those animals deserve better, and you know it.

Puppies are kept in disgusting conditions with open sores and fish the size of the tank they’re in can barely move. Birds and monkeys are kept in their own stench. Completely wrong that you can keep animals like this

I can’t believe a place like this is still open considering the amount of approvals that have to be done regularly to stay open. This place should be shut down and every animal in there should be given away to caring people who could save them, the poor animals are kept in dirty cages, wounded and i don’t even want to know what they do to the animals that they end up not selling.. please whatever you do, don’t give these people any business

disgusting the condition these poor animals are put through is disturbing and the fish are in tanks in which they’ll end up dying in due to size difference and i’m not talking circle of life the puppies are in fish tanks with no toys and eaten up with red spots and open sores not to mention the prices shut this place down .

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but the store leaves much to be desired. It almost feels like a puppy mill inside and all the aquariums are in dire need of cleaning.

Should not even be allowed to be open, have any pets/ animals or even own any pets themselves if they think the conditions of this place is acceptable in any way. Absolutely disgusting.
