I have three dogs and two are very sassy rescues that don’t respond well to just anyone. They do well going to happy tails and like the staff. It’s the only place I feel comfortable boarding my pups. Thank you!

Very happy with their grooming team. My puppy came home smelling terrific and nicely trimmed once more. Saw the staff out in the fenced front exercising the boarding dogs who appeared quite happy. Really fabulous, friendly staff. Will be using them going forward.

Front area is nice and employees dreibdly, but behind closed doors the cages are open to each other and don't block views or mute sound so high anxiety dogs will lose their minds going here.

Love this place! Steve is exceptional and the bus drivers do a great job picking my dogs up and delivering them back home. My dogs love Happy Tails

Once again Happy Tails proves to be the best Kennel in Great Falls, and maybe in Montana. Our dog Tigger was with them for two days, 8/20/21 & 8/21/21 for doggy daycare. Tigger is an old guy for a Chesapeake Retriever at 13 and needed some additional attention so he didn't play too hard or mix it up with big younger dogs. They looked out for him both days, he had a great time and was well cared for.

Happy Tails is simply the best place for boarding pets. Superior in every way. My dog is always excited to go there.

Always friendly...they know our dogs by name when we come in..Cooper and Sammy. Means as much to me as it does to my boys!

If I could give a negative review I would. My grandmother lodged her dog with happy tails for a weekend for my sisters wedding. Immediately after she picked him up he started aggressively coughing and throwing up. You guessed it, kennel cough! My grandmother made the incredibly poor choice to stop by my house with him (I was unaware that she had) which then resulted in my two dogs getting it as well. So, now because of their poor sanitary practices we have three horribly sick dogs. I pray that all the dogs who also contracted this from this horrid kennel heal quickly. Watching my fur babies wretch like this is literally bringing me to tears. ***DO NOT LODGE YOUR DOGS HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEIR HEALTH***

Our pup lived it! We were given a tour first and felt very at ease leaving her in their caring hands for a couple days. Will definitely be back!

Love this place! Boarding, grooming or daycare my dogs always come home happy. They look forward to each and every visit. The staff is awesome! Would recommend them to anyone!!

By far the best place to take your pet for all their needs ! We have an English bulldog who we take to daycare once a week. She absolutely loves it and gets so excited to go and is snoring on the way home. She gets her baths and is boarded here too when we go out of town. Steve and the staff are so nice and go above and beyond for their clients .

Have taken my dogs here for bathing and boarding for years. My critters are always excited to go, relaxed and energetic when I return. Recently, I got help working with my German Shepherd pup (now 8 months old & 80 #). Training was so so sooo phenomenal.

Absolute love taking my animals here. If it's just for daycare for the day, or boarding them for 2 or more days. I know they are well took care of. All the staff are so nice and knowledgeable.

The care that our dog receives at happy tails is always 2nd to none! Our dog loves going here For day care or when we are gone on vacation. The staff takes extra special care of her and we know she is loved when we leave her here

I love taking my beagle to Happy Tails. She loves Steve and always has to much fun there. My roommate's black lab goes, too, and he loves it. They both are tired for days after going there. They are always so welcoming, accommodating, and it is so clean. My roommate's dog had gotten hurt from a fence, and they were amazing! They drove him to get stitches, paid the bill, and kept us updated and dropped both dogs back off at my house. I respected them so much for telling us. The dogs love going and get so excited to go. Steve is so great with them both. If I could afford it, I would take them there everyday. We also buy dog food there and they have delivered to us before. I know that when I take my dog there she will be getting the best care for boarding.

Our Scotties diet and nutrition is paramount for us . We are fortunate to have Happy Tails Lodge to help us navigate the maze of foods that claim to be healthy for our dogs .

Brought our cat in for a shave, he came back with a bunch of scabs.

Sweet dog got Kennel Cough at this facility. Picked her up Saturday 6/13/2020. Took her to vet where she was diagnosed with this illness ---she was very sick and running a fever. Putting her on prescriptions and hoping she recovers soon!

2nd time hes stayed there, he appeared to like playing with all the other doggos

Took good care of our 5 Huskies while closing on our house. Better priced than we expected... thank you
